I made an appointment for a basic pool closing. All I asked for was to blow and winterized the lines. When they showed up they did that as well as add chemicals that did not need to be added or asked for and also put on the pool winter cover, also not asked for. They send me an invoice for $484. I contacted them and said I will not be paying for work I did not ask for. They told me they would adjust the invoice and bill me for the basic closing at a cost of $269 plus tax. I’m, ok that’s reasonable. I then gat a new invoice for $474, a $10 reduction. Well my math says $269 plus tax does not equal $474. I again reached out to them via email, twice. No reply. This is not the only time I have had an issue with their service. I asked for a tech to check my hot tub as it seemed to be running too hot. A tech came while I was home. He did not knock on my door, just went to the back yard and pushed a couple button on the control panel. He was there maybe 5 minutes. Never bothered to speak with me, just sent an invoice for $169.
I do not recommend doing any business with Valley pool and spa.

We purchased a brand new hot tub and had to receive a new mother board and panel as the original did not work properly. Our new spa received a replacement motherboard dated 2017. It is not user friendly and even with downloading the user manual it has been an Olympic sport trying to figure it out. We haven’t been able to use the spa for weeks.
We are still hoping against hope that they will work to resolve this issue.
If in fact we can get this resolved I will update this review.

Very happy with Valley Pool & Spa! Purchased a new hot tub from Sean Colluney (sales) and Sean spent a great deal of time with us during our search for just the right tub for us. Pre-inspection of our site, delivery and installation was very smooth, professional and on time. Dawson, lead hand for the delivery and installation definitely knew what he was doing and it was obvious he had done this numerous times before. Professional, courteous and very friendly. Highly recommend this company.
