Valley View Motel

Oh my gosh. I'm not one to be writing reviews for random motels, but this place is beyond incredible in my opinion. Every room is either the top or bottom of a cabin (from what I noticed) and it's perfect. So many cute ornaments, a garden they encourage you to take from and the young couple running the place are so kind and caring. It's unlike any other hotel I've ever stayed at. I've never felt so welcome. I can't wait to visit Creston again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful place to stay with amazing hosts and they've done so much work with this place, just loved it

We stayed for a family reunion with many people. The rooms have been redone beautifully, the grounds and common areas are perfect. The first night we stayed the fire ban had been lifted, Jill not only brought us wood but started the fire and brought out smore supplies for the kids!

Stayed here a couple times for family reasons, absolutely love it and love what they've done with the place recently. Tons of room to accommodate large groups, nice clean rooms, nice outdoor areas including an outdoor kitchen area which is wonderful! We will be staying here again forsure!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. We had our family reunion here Sept 1st and 2nd, 2023. The staff were amazing! The newly renovated suites and grounds are gorgeous…highly recommend staying here.

Our HUGE family has been coming to this Motel for our family reunions for the past 12 years and we are so in love with everything about it. The STAFF is incredible, the rooms are stunning, it's like our home away from home at this point and we are so grateful to have this place to make memories together.

My favorite place to stay in Creston. Love the setting and appreciate all the hardwork the owners put in to making sure guests have the best possible stay. Will be back for sure, most likely next week!

We’ve stayed at the Valley View twice now, and both times were excellent. It’s always a pleasure seeing Gill and/Tracy upon arrival, the cabins are well-equipped, spacious and most importantly, clean. The extra touches like welcome baskets for pets, a treasure from the treasure chest for kids, and the outdoor space make this the only place we choose when staying in Creston.

We have made a point of staying here, every time we're in Creston. The rooms are cozy, and the location is beautiful and quiet. The yard and gardens are so inviting, lots of fruit and veggies available, in season. Plus Gillian is so helpful and accommodating, a real Gem!

As previous reviews have stated, hands down the best place to stay in Creston. Amazing view of the valley. Experienced a beautiful night of rain showers with some lighting. There is an awesome outdoor space with a BBQ and comfy swing seats. They also have that bean bag toss game. The greenhouse has board games and a picnic table inside. The vegetable garden is unbelievable and they give away whats growing, huge zucchini, squash, tomatoes, strawberries and beans. Will stay here every time we go to Creston. The owner is really cool. Not only is it a comfy place to stay, the room we stayed in was awesome. It's a place to make memories that will last a lifetime.

This is a wonderful venue! The cabins are all unique and newly renovated! The grounds are beautiful! We had our family reunion there in July and it was perfect for all of us! We were just stopping for the night to break up the trip, and I’m so glad we did! The cabins are beautifully renovated and are very comfortable, there’s a garden, greenhouse, and seating area on the property which was really nice to relax in, owners are friendly. I would honestly come back here as a destination!

We booked the Valley View Motel for a family reunion for three nights and it was the perfect place. Cabins recently renovated, grounds and amenities are beautiful and hosts and staff are incredible. We had a group of 30 people staying and everyone was blown away by the property and hosts. Thank you Gill and Glendon for making our family feel at home.and for the huckleberry cheesecake!

The rooms and service were beyond our expectations and will definitely be coming back. Had a cousins reunion and had a great time. Thank you so much for the welcoming greeting and going the extra mile.

This has got to be the best motel experience ever. The staff was a so gracious and made sure every detail was taken care of. Rooms were clean and I could tell they put a lot of thought into a wonderful experience. Nice amenities like a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and honest helpful tips. I can’t wait for my next trip to Creston.

I was surprised. The rooms are being renovated and I was shocked. The room was beautiful with many little touches to make you comfortable. The newish owners are putting in some serious hard work to update this motel.

This is a lovely place in a lovely valley, it's almost like staying at a park. I like that it's not right off the highway, this makes it quieter and gives it a homier feel. I love that Gill took the initiative to ask if my room needed cleaning halfway through my stay. Thank you, Gill!

Becoming one of Creston's must see sights. Newly renovated luxury cabins, creative landscaping, artistic wood sculptures, and the soon to opened live performance stage, The Venue @ Valley View with a fully outfitted sound & light stage, a 20 x 30 dance floor and concession booth.

A great place to stay! Stayed with our three kids, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the views are great, and the hosts are super nice and welcoming.

Mark and I were very happy with the renovated room. The bed was very comfortable, the location was superb, quiet and restful. The room was spacious but cosy, top stars for cleanliness and
amenities. Our grandkids loved the treasure chest at check in. We would definitely visit again and thank you again Gill for your lovely hospitality.
