The team at Valleyview Veterinary Clinic is so amazing! From their front desk staff to their vet techs and vets. I feel safe bringing my beloved pets here as I know they are in great hands.

If I could give 100 stars! I would, it is one of the best vets offices we have ever been at, the staff is so nice and they treat you with respect, they are kind to animals and it does not feel like you have been robbed when you pay the bill,

Had to bring our dog in for an emergency procedure. Valleyview got us in right away, kept us updated on what was happening and about 3 days later they called to see how our dog was doing. If this wasn't already our regular vet, I would be changing vets.

The vet and staff were very friendly and amazing with pets. They kept my ferret quite comfortable and handled her well. Im happy they were opened on a Saturday

I brought my cat here on an emergency basis. They were incredibly professional, compassionate and responsive to my cat's needs and my input. I would not hesitate in strongly recommending them! Thank you Valleyview Vet Clinic.

Very poor communication. We took our daughters cat in for an emergency. My daughter tried to visit her cat at about 10am that same day but was told by staff she could not. She made a couple calls that same day to try and visit but was told they would call her later in day to arrange visit just before closing. They never called. We tried to call but no one answered. Her cat passed away sometime overnight (Vet had no-one monitoring overnight). I would not recommend this Vet if your pet is in distress. They do not have any compassion.

This vet is fantastic all my pets go here. They are caring staff and honest with their customers.

Had to make an emergency appointment. Everyone was kind professional and empathetic. Despite being very busy the vet went above expectations and answered all my questions and took time to make recommendations. Just a top notch job.

Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They even called after our emergency visit to make sure everything was going all right.

Fairly new to this clinic. Our dog had his teeth done and they did a great job. Our next visit was to find out why our dog was having issues in being lethargic. Dr. Fraser using her skills and knowledge as a vet was able to diagnose our dog with an unfortunate mass in his abdomen. She was very compassionate and showed me the issue and the possible outcomes. The valleyview team went to work to get our Rupert into surgery promptly knowing the severity. With a lot of luck coupled with surgical skills he was able to have a new lease on life. If this was not the outcome this review would still have been written about the care, compassion and understanding of the valleyview veterinary team. Highly recommend this team for your pets.

Always been great to deal with and great with my dog! Always been good giving estimates when requested, which is very helpful!
