I often go there to buy sportswear.
It is a bit more expensive than other used clothing stores, but it is suitable for those who prefer vintage clothing.
Recommended for young people
Surprisingly, there are a lot of old vintage t-shirts.
Especially soccer jerseys or hockey jerseys.
It can be purchased at a low price
I sometimes buy hats
If you're lucky, it costs about $40 at a specialty store.
Hats You can purchase New Era hats for around 7~9 dollars~~
NFL New England Patriots again
Buy for $8
Please visit and find some good items.
I recommend it

Not very well organized. Grumpy staff.its a thrift store so not much to expect for customer service. Used clothing cost more than buying it new? Don't understand this

In last 2 months I spent over $450.in this Langley Value Village store.
I bought a stone ring $150.and a Early's of Witney 100% wool blanket $250. (These prices did not include taxes), and I spent an additional $35.dollars to have this blanket dry cleaned.
I bought the blanket from 'Sunny, ' as she help me hold it up and examine it. I commented that $250.was over priced, but Sunny convinced me this was the going rate for a 3 1/2 point wool blanket (twin size). Turns out this blanket was only a twin size and it was grossly over priced. I checked on-line when I got home - and most of these Bay 100% wool blankets are in the 100.dollar range for a much larger blanket.
Today, Jan. 2/24 I returned to this Langley Value Village. I just walked inside and looked down at the jewellery counter when the security guard who was standing next to the front door asked me "can I help you? " I motioned 'no' - and he asked me a second and then 3rd time. I admit, I felt hassled by the guard as I just walk in - and I wave him a 3rd NO. He went up to the Manager 'Sunny' and they both came back and Sunny told me to leave and never come back and she said she had called the Police. The security guard (who works for Blackbird) had the biggest grin on his face (showing all of his teeth he was so happy) and the Manager Sunny also seemed to be enjoy herself by disrespecting me after telling me to leave and NEVER COME BACK. Both the security guard and then the manager 'Sunny' took my picture on their cells. I felt violated and after spending close to $500.in their store. It was gross how they treated me and I want to know what they plan on doing with my pictures they took? After I left the store I went back inside in order to get the manager's name 'Sunny' and I wanted to take their pictures as well.

Lots of product selection. Very large store with lots of free parking.lots of free parking.located next to two other thrift stores
06 October 2023 18:51
A bit pricy (noticed some dollar tree items that were $2.99-5.99, could get it new for $1.25)
Large selection
05 October 2023 7:31
Honestly a bit over priced! Options are limited for thrifting and this is close to home for me but for real, may as well hit Facebook marketplace because its usually cheaper. I’ll update at a later date with some pics to show prices for items.
01 October 2023 22:32
Prices have gotten OUT OF CONTROL, even the staff say it's embarrassing.
Try to remember, you are supposed to be a "Thrift" store.
29 September 2023 10:14
I love this store, they're always so incredibly helpful and you can find some great deals!
02 January 2022 1:20
Prices seem to get higher everytime I come here. Glad to see sanitation of the counters. Staff is friendly as always.
29 December 2021 5:24
Value village is okay 8n some towns, other towns, like for Abbotsford for instance, they are complex rude and assume that everyone who walks through that door is shop lifting, You cannot have a peaceful, enjoyable time shopping there, cuz they follow you everywhere you go.in that over priced store! Not too impressed!
17 December 2021 15:15
Got a Halloween costume for my newborn for her first Halloween for some pictures, look around and you will find some gems.
06 December 2021 2:12
Found a decent pair of shoes, I was only inside to look around because I was waiting for my ride. Security guard aggressively walks up to me and glares at me making me feel super uncomfortable. Cashier also ignored my questions. Needs better customer service. Also put the sticker in a better place on the bottom of the shoe. The sticker is ripping off the fabric
27 November 2021 7:18
Excellent staffing controls of organization when dropping off materials for donations staff was curtious and polite.
27 November 2021 5:17
Value Village is great for location and variety but their prices are so bizarre. Very clearly used items are priced high and anything remotely brand name is marked up. Some things are priced higher than the new item would be at an outlet store where the product was new (I used to worked retail at a womens fast fashion/clothing store and often recognize pieces that would be on the $5 rack selling here-again, used- for $15+). Then I find other items that may be valuable but the employee pricing it isnt aware of its worth, and you get for an amazing deal.wish there was just better consistency, its a thrift store after all!
Its a great place to shop if you're looking to stop adding waste to the world by buying new, but they really need ro rethink their pricing models.
25 November 2021 11:46
Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated by the MANAGER. I left my purse on the rack to try out a jacket. When I was done the manager & security refused to let me grab my purse & physically removed me, telling me to come back in the morning. How rude, disrespectful and outright discusting.
24 November 2021 5:49
Best selection of goods I’ve ever seen at a Value Village.

Clean store, very good staff and bright.

My new favourite Value Village.

Shout out to Deanne Beverley and Denise.
23 November 2021 1:49
Good selection of clothes, books and houseware items. Electronics are pricey and sadly, are often missing parts due to some customers permanently borrowing only what they need.
14 November 2021 13:05
They have a security guard that treats everyone as if they are stealing even if they just spent $60 on things.
25 October 2021 3:09
Great place to get Halloween costumes, a good variety of second hand clothes at good prices, also all kinds of books and much more, too much to list.
08 October 2021 23:26
I will never buy clothes for myself there if I can't use the fitting rooms. So I've moved to a store that allows for use of fitting rooms and they are clean and bright and plenty.value v is often over priced.cash grabby with brand name donated items.opportunistic.
02 October 2021 0:37
Not the best place Ive been security Made me feel un welcomed he followed me Ground video tapering We like Ive stollen from there this is not the case so I feel they profile people. - base on apearance.feel this type of stero typeiny profileing should Be looked at as move Illegal then the theft as it makes people ' l ike me feel small Imbaraszed ect. I work full time anda Second hand Store isnt where I d go or o shop lifting Charges thanks that's the second bad experience Ive had there Im good never going there again,
01 October 2021 17:27
Great selection. Some (Edit: almost all) items priced way to high for used goods. For example used men's casual high end shoes priced at 35, I bought a pair new at marshals for 32. $49 for a cast iron skillet, you can get a brand new one one Amazon for $45. They seriously need to review how they price goods.
Be cautious if you ride your bike here, they have known bike theives operating in the area. There is security watching, but take extra precautions.
30 September 2021 6:24
Every time I go here I hope it's a better experience than the last and every time I am disappointed! Environment can get quite messy, the staff isn't very interactive or welcoming and one of the male supervisors doesn't know what good customer service is if it smacked him right in the forehead. The mission value village is the best in all the fraser Valley in my opinion
16 September 2021 19:54
Thought I was donating to a registered charity where the proceeds from sales would be used to benefit the less fortunate, but was disappointed to find out that Value Village is a "FOR PROFIT" organization. Shame on me for not doing my research in advance. Lots of good charities in the area who will now be the recipients of my future donations.
15 September 2021 20:23
Love Value Village. Buy the things I don't need or have too much of here. Well organized fair prices and of course 30 % off for seniors on Tuesday.
14 September 2021 7:28
Prices are all over the place. You can find the same shirts with a $10 difference. Sometimes it’s cheaper to buy new. They don’t have a “reason” on why something is valued the way it is also.
14 September 2021 2:13
Didn't go in just went to drop off some boxes dull it items that we didn't need anymore so hopefully it'll help some people.
11 September 2021 6:54
Always a fun time shopping here. Lots of 2nd hand items for sale and friendly staff to serve you. There is a vast assortment of most knick-knacks from new to old and even some you'll remember as a child growing up! Loads of pictures and frames and clothing for every person shopping there. Check it out and you won't be disappointed. It's almost certain you'll leave there with something as the selection is incredible!
08 September 2021 21:32
No longer having change rooms just doesn't work well in a clothing store. You have to buy, take it home try it on then return for instore credit if the item doesn't fit. Just a unbelievably bad experience I would not recommend it
08 September 2021 10:03
The security seems that nobody inform him that he is working in a second hand store. The store manager should. Remind him that he is not working in a HERMES or Louis Vittuon outlet! He is security for a 2nd hand store and the stuff there are mostly DONATIONS!
08 September 2021 7:00
I've been visiting this location for well over a decade now and it's gone through the same changes that all thrift stores have. That is, prices keep climbing for all types of products whether that is clothing or housewares or furniture. However, as one of the largest thrift stores in the area that means it also receives the most number of donations and has a pretty good selection. Typically I try to find what I'm looking for at another thrift store because it'll often be cheaper. But if I can't, then I come here and usually they have what I'm looking for. The store is clean, well lit and fairy organized.
01 September 2021 21:24
Value Village as a whole is pretty good, decent variety of stuff and it tends to be in decent condition in order for them to put it out, plus their prices are great. This specific location carries things that aren't exactly my style (being alternative) but are certainly fitting for others, and the workers are always very friendly. Been going here since I was a kid, I'd recommend it if you're looking for affordable clothes, books, etc. (Plus their jewelry section has always caught my eye, they have a good selection there)
31 August 2021 23:30
Prices have gotten way to high. Can't try things on which deters sales as you can only exchange. The new points system is just plain stupid and not worth the effort. Used to love it there, now not so much.
28 August 2021 14:21
Wow! Quite the little operation that have. 1. Overpriced items 2. You can no longer try on the clothes so you have to buy them and try them at home. If they don't fit you have 2 weeks to return them, not for your money back nooo, but for other items that you take home and find they don't fit either and the cycle continues. Either way they win. Most people's time is more valuable. Walmart is cheaper, new, and returnable! Value village used to be for those who couldn't afford new clothes. Now it's just a scam really.
26 August 2021 9:51
Selection is pretty good but the prices are too high for used items, considering it's a non profit organization. I used to come here a lot as thrifiting is a great way to buy clothes for half the price but I'm honestly disappointed now.
26 August 2021 5:59
Really sad to hear that Value Village eliminated change-rooms for the sake of theft prevention.
12 August 2021 23:08
No access to changing rooms but if you buy anything and it doesn't fit you can't get a credit or a refund. Rip off. Bad business practices.
10 August 2021 7:45
Always love going to Value Village. We make sure to hit this one in Langley when we're over. Twice the size of Nanaimo's VV. Prices at all VV could be better though considering all of the items are donated to them.
04 August 2021 21:35
I used to shop at this value village all the time and although there are still some decent deals to be found, they have removed their fitting rooms, the staff is incredibly rude, and their prices have gotten too high and unfair. On four separate occasions I have pointed out to staff that they have priced items higher than brand new items and they refuse to change it. I will no longer shop at or donate to this store. Try Talize or Mission thrift right across the street. They’re way better anyway.
31 July 2021 21:00
So many great things here lots of variety and hasn't been picked over like a lot of other value villages or thrift stores
25 July 2021 3:26
VV boutique is what some people call it. Personally my question is why are we paying taxes on used items. Talk about double dipping.
14 July 2021 10:28
A great place to spend a few hours, looking over books, dishes, assorted bags of goodies, shoes and clothes.
Can't say a lot about their prices however - considering that they get everything for free, they shouldn't be charging more than a few dollars for each thing - regardless of what it is.

HEY, JUST LIKE THEY USED TO DO!
Most things now are a rip off - I can buy new clothes cheaper than a lot of their used ones.
I am a firm believer of reduce, repair, reuse and ️.
This company no longer believes in that practice.and it shows in the prices!
13 July 2021 5:52
YOU ARE THE BEST STORE EVER I LOVE YOU SO MUCH BUT I'M NOT GOING OUT WITH YOU BECAUSE OF COVID 19
03 July 2021 21:04
It was my first visit in years. It is not as good of the selections as the one on Hastings. The cashier was very rude. She gave a bad look after I asked her if i can put my merchandise on her counter because of my left hand is semi paralyzed.sad place
27 June 2021 0:45
I like the selection and variety of stuff at Value Village but I find the prices high for donated items. I did buy 3 children's games and when I got home all the pieces were there and we had alot of fun playing the games. I paid $3.99 per game. There is security at the door as Langley location brings in all the addicts in looking for things to sell or buying bedding. It's annoying when security walks around the store as there is a imbalance of power.

I’m always blown away by what the pricers at value village get away with. Today I saw a broken xbox 360 for 50$ and a used windows Vr headset for 350$. This is close to the price of newer better current sealed models (such as say the oculus) with warranty from an actual electronics store. Strictly out of curiosity I politely asked why the price was so high on this item. The lady at the showcase told me “because that’s the price.it’s new or something” she says looking at a clearly open box.

After some more searching online this headset was sold on Amazon.ca and at staples for 249$ brand new before it was discontinued a year ago. It’s not a collectors item so I still do not understand the exorbitant jump in pricing.

The only explanation I can find is an employee has likely marked the item up so high that nobody will buy it before they can mark it down and buy it for themselves.
16 June 2021 13:45
Very satisfied with the pricing of this location compared to the Surrey location where most of the stuff is over priced! I’ll be coming back here from now on. I live in Newton but I saved money at this location!:)
12 June 2021 1:10
Very good clothing, and variety of household items for low & average income people. Community donation center is available at this store.
17 May 2021 15:47
Large selection of Clothes but way too expensive for what you're getting. I feel like for most things I'm paying the same price I would be if they were new.
12 August 2019 3:21
Store is organized, so it is easy to shop. I had some very nice finds from there, but the pricing is not always cheap. I got few brand new, never worn clothes, , the price is similar to Winners.

June 2019
I have to change the 3 stars to 1 star. Their pricing is getting higher and higher. You can get better deals at retails stores when they have sales! I saw a mother walked around with her 3 or 4 years old son, then told her son: " This is not the valley village I know. We can't afford to buy here! "
This is a store receives free donations to support others in need, but I start to wonder if that is still it's mission.
01 August 2019 12:48
II used to come to Value Village before, not to this one tho, but since the ones nearest to me are getting expensive, I wanted to come to this one, I was just looking around, wondering what to buy, but. I started seeing the prices and I have to say IT WAS INSANE, Women T shirts (very bad conditions) in 7$ + I used to see those ones in 2.49$, AND I’M NOT KIDDING, The T shirts from Dollar tree that cost 1.25$ are way better than those ones they’re selling for 7,8, EVEN 12$ stretched, super worn, stained. I don’t know what’s going on with the people on the computers. I worked for value village and I know how they define the prices, so for that people, they should put glasses on or either fix the computers. Unbelievable! I had buy a bunch of brand new clothes from metropolis and most of them were cheaper and brand new
