Value Village

It’s full of junk at retail prices. Seriously found maybe 1 good thing here at a decent price in 20 visits. If you’ve ever gone to thrift stores in the states then you will relate. They have dollar store items for 3.49. Shirts from Walmart for $15. Whomever prices this stuff is having a laugh.

Service is excellent, but the prices are out of control lately! I went to value village in Rutland and was very annoyed that their product is WAYYY cheaper than the west kelowna location. Its DEFINITELY worth the drive. Prices in comparison make that drive essentially pay for itself. They get their product free. They make pure profit. It's pure corporate greed. Go to Rutland.

Great staff. Kirsten, who was working near self serve pay area, was so helpful. Generally, found the items priced reasonably. Great ladies summer tops. The staff were just awesome. The store was organised and clean. Great buys!

I brought a shirt up to the tilll to buy and the tag had fallen off. I told the cashier that it was $2.99 and she didn’t believe me and tried to make me pay $7 for a Budweiser shirt that you get for free when you buy a 24 pack of beer. Lol wont be returning here

Great selection of items. Lots of quality household goods and furniture. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good selection of bookscon a variety of topics and genres.

I'd rather enjoy the customer service here once again it's a little less Pick 3 than the one in Kelowna little bit more variety and some more more unique things overall worth a visit

Excellent selection for kids clothing, books, and housewares. Clean store, much nicer than Kelowna store. Better pricing than some VV's but lots of clothing is still outrageously priced, wait for a sale!

There are lots of clothes choices for all sizes, the shoes aren't that great of selection they look really old, dirty, just honestly should have been sorted out to not be put on the floor and sold. I understand the value village is a thrift store but there is a line. Also notice people that donate things that are higher quality or have that brand name that's populqr the donation person will cut the tag off the shirt so they aren't priced higher for the brand. Which i think is so fair and nice for the customer because i am sure excited to find some treasure in there, but if classified as a good brand, but still has holes, rips stains it still gets marked to $40 - so word of advice, just nake sure you reallrbkikwb

Prices are high, they seem to forget they are a thrift store. Even if it is a brand name, if it is very worn it is not worth the premium price they want. A savvy shopper can get new cheaper at times at winners. Just saying.

This thrift store has changed so much this year for the worse, im a teenage girl who cant even go thrifting without getting harassed by the staff and getting accused of stealing.i used to be able to go in their with $5 and get tons of shirts and pants and now with that money i could MAYBE get a plastic bracelet if im lucky;) what happened.

My last stop here was actually pretty successful. The pricing is pretty good compared to other value villages and it's pretty organized.
My main complaint is the staff was kind of all standing at the front talking with each other and doing nothing. I'd you asked something, they seemed annoyed to have to actually help.
I'm not one to complain about staff because I believe people have bad days and things can easily be misinterpreted but I've never felt so judged and unwelcome at a store before.
Everything else was good though.

Really sad there are no longer change rooms as we live out of town and don't want to have to come back to return.

Holy hell, what has happened to this place? The idea used to be that you'd find bargains here. The stuff is insanely priced, considering it is all used with no guarantee anything if complete or functional (or clean). I'm just looking for sporting goods, or maybe a board game or whatever, but I'm sure most people are there for the clothes which are just terribly priced AND you can't try anything on AND you can only return for store credit. Frankly, I'm shocked anyone still goes here, but they sure do.it was quite busy.

Just a few turns off of the highway. Free parking adjacent to entrance which conveniently has auto open doors. At the showcase it was mere seconds and a staff member was available to assist me. Very clean, organized and quality items. Multiple self- checkout kiosks.

Pretty good selection, store is always organized and not a dumpster fire like the one in Rutland. Prices can be a bit outrageous sometimes.
