Overpriced but still fun. Don’t forget to sign up to become a member to get your coupons! SO worth it!

Please join the Canadian boycott and stop shopping at Value Village. The prices are illogical.

Wow. First time at VV Boutique and I received the most outstanding and appreciated service from Harshita. She recognized my special requirements (temporary disability), made unexpected accommodations, and best of all applied her keen fashion sense to help me, and validate my decisions, like an absolute pro. I don't know if the help I got today was typical, but I know that I left with 5-6 times as many items as I intended to, and I'm extremely happy about it. Thank you!

I came here to buy pants. There *aren't change rooms* Just the most ridiculous, anti-customer move I've ever seen.

The store has dozens of different garments, fits, brands, from all different eras.and instead of that being a bonus, it makes accurately selecting clothes that will fit me impossible. I am, apparently, just supposed to guess.

They only offer exchange too, so once they have your money they just get to keep it and you get to keep coming back to play roulette again and again until you give up. No further incentive for them to help you. They already have your money.

If you care that little about your customers getting what they want then why the hell open a store?

No change rooms & prices aren't that inexpensive for used clothes. Selling basic H&M ts for approx $7.99+ tax.
I did come across some good finds but not in a hurry to go back.
Staff were exceptionally nice!

No change rooms - expected better from a "Boutique. " Every other high-end clothing/vintage stores has change rooms, why can't yours?

Really clean store, but it's a small selection and it's pretty cramped. It's a nice change of pace compared to what Hastings was, and what Victoria has become.

I love this place!

I’ve visited this place with different friends now and every time they get all excited from finding the best items possible.

I’ve found the most unique and stylish pieces from here and their prices are so cheap for what they are.

Plus! The staff are extremely friendly. They make every visit special. Thank you!

It’s just a thrift store - I guess the “boutique” is to fit the neighborhood? Staff very kind, friendly and hardworking. Found a $2000 Celine dress with tags for $90 and three other items, $9, $15, and $40. Honestly if I lived nearby Id make it a regular stop.

I would give it more stars if the prices were better. Some stuff is good, like I found a shirt for around $10, but a lot of stuff is overpriced! (It seems prices are hit or miss.)
No Value Village has change rooms, so don't expect this place to!
I generally do not like Value Village, but I would go back.

Good quality clothes at cheap prices, excellent customer care services easy to shop and fun

I enjoy browsing thrift stores, especially this newly opened Value Village in Vancouver west side. Coming here is like treasure hunting, as long as you're willing to spend some time, sometimes you can buy good quality items at very low prices. This store is quite large and everything is very neat. If you join as a member, you often receive discount emails, which makes it even more worthwhile if you happen to want to buy something you like. Most of the staff are friendly, except for one supervisor, Sam. Whenever I ask her questions, she always puts on a high and mighty poker face. On the contrary, there is an employee named Arif who helped me with self check-out and even put all the items I bought into my trolley. Another employee named Nicolas also often greets me with a smile and a friendly attitude.
If you, like me, enjoy treasure hunting, I highly recommend this store ·

Dirty looks, just assumed i was stealing.payed 15 for heels that were marked 9$ but they tried to scribble it away… this place is kinda a joke

Horrible experience, my sister and i were racially profiled by a worker who wouldn't let me touch the clothes in my basket.when i tried to self check out she started freaking out that she needed back up at the front. And then took the scanner out of my hand and said she would scan it for me. Self checkout is when the person does the checkout themselves. So rude my friend checked out before me and the worker didn't even bat an eye.and then another worker came and wouldn't let me even see the price of all my items. If the workers can't chill the f out and let people buy their clothes no one will come there anymore.the second my sister and me came into the store we were followed.it's disgusting behaviour

This place has the worst vibes. Beyond the ridiculous high prices and poor selection, the staff always seem to be in the middle of following, harassing, and calling the cops on people.

Today I went to the store, it was my first time visiting this location. I spend 2hrs checking the stuff and put some things in my basket. I put my purse, wallet and car keys on the basket while I was trying a jacket. After that, I got my purse and car keys and keep shopping. Basket was all the time with me. However, when I wanted to see a dress the aisle was narrow and people was there. No way to keep going with the basket. So, I left it right at the corner. 3 min later disappeared. I was looking around but didn’t see it. I went right away to asked the employees if someone got it. Unfortunately, when the manager came she was rude with zero emphatic told me that none of the employees got it without even ask them. When I turn my head I saw 2 of the swimming suit I was going to buy back in their place. That means that it was obvious someone from staff took the basket and put the stuff away few minutes before I was talking with the manager. Some employee stole my wallet and manager cover it up. Of course, I will put a police report. But If you go to this store Be aware of your personal stuff, it maybe stole it from one of the staff. By my experience, stay away from this location. Plus prices aren’t worth it.

A great location for a Value Village. The selection can be really great. They have multiple self-checkouts and a very helpful staff.

They have no fitting rooms. If you're a fashion retail store there should be a fitting room. A single fitting room with a curtain for the whole store would even be fine but there's nothing. The return policy is 2 weeks which is alright for returns but not if you don't live near the area. The selection is honestly just okay, I will say there is a guranteed couple gems you'll find but prices are not guranteed to be cheaper, which is crazy and like I said before you can't try anything on. Also just because it's a boutique doesn't mean these items don't have stains and holes all over them. It's an overhyped thrift store: (

This store used to carry better quality used items at a decent price, now the quality has all but gone and the prices have completely skyrocketed.
Make sure you thoroughly examine any item purchased here, and know ur brands and prices as some items r marked at department store prices and even more.
The people who work here though are fabulous

Friendly staff and interesting items. I’m happy to have a value village closer to my house. Yes, some items are more expensive than I remember them being but that’s true for all their locations. Overall I enjoyed my visit.

Not a bad haul, good selection, calling it a boutique is a stretch though, its just a clean Value Village with French music.

So profit driven I couldn’t find N affordable cheap pillow; even their ugly pillows were overpriced on top of moving out to the rich areas

If you are looking for clothes and books its a good choice for ladies and gentlemen you can find everything wearing stuff such as jackets pants ties dress and you can find some books CD's records and ect but not like other value villages you cannot find everything here, anyway this is value village boutique, for people who use wheelchair its not affordable and moving through lanes

Sort of just 'meh'. The smaller space made for more of a cramped shopping experience. The isles of the clothing racks are only 1 person wide, so if you need to get to the other side you can't pass someone else in the isle. The downstairs is a little more easier to walk through. Being a "boutique" I wish the staff were more interested in you/willing to answer the questions I had.
