Van Isle Water (Victoria, BC)

I broke open a section of irrigation line digging for a new footing and had to splice in new section of the line. I came into Van Isle looking to get the parts and instructions on how to combine PVC with Poly lines, couplings, glue, primer etc. Store was short staffed that day and pretty busy but the folks there managed to work through a line of customers answering all kinds of questions and getting parts for their projects. Finally got to me and the staff there was courteous and polite walked me through step by step what I needed to do and sent me home with the right parts.
I wasn't a customer that made them a lot of money and I was the last guy before they closed but they still took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and got great customer service!

Happy to have found a reliable bleach supplier. Don’t go to ACME go here. Friendly helpful staff and got a free shirt!

Looked around a bit before a staff offered me help, they were very helpful and friendly.

I needed to solution a repair on an irrigation system after a unfortunate dig. Both of the 2 guys at the front desk were very helpful and attentive. Both offered ideas of possible options.
Great service, patience and knowledge. Very friendly.

Very disappointed with the owner he is absolutely useless and he has no respect for customers he’s name is Jeff after spending thousands of dollars there I had to return one piece in the store, and the store was closing in five min, first of all after I explained to him, the part it’s not working he tells me NO the part it’s fine without looking or fourth investigation he was so rude,

After I told him everything, then finally he tells me come on Monday. I have no time for you I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, I ask him can I speak to the owner or the managers then he tells me I am the owner,

I was shocked when he said that, this guy he have some issues with him self, I will not recommend this place at all…don’t be a victim.

Amazing customer service. I needed a water softening system and they got it ready the same-day for me. Highly recommend them.
