My husband and I went to this bank in the Shauhnessy street branch to apply for a visa card, and two very responsible and energetic employees, who were very kind, Mr Sepehr and Mrs Farnoosh, did our work well.

Black short hair agent at interior deskbleft side came by while I was getting some documents with bank agent for BC housing and said in rude way, you have to pay for these printed document next time? Really? Acted like she is paying for paper and ink from her own pocket! She let me feel they are giving me hige favour by that rude words! The gentleman who is assisting me can say that. Why you are coming and cutting us off in that cheapy offended way? Stay away from this branch. Treats you like buying from vegetables store not as an institution.

I struggled for weeks trying to sort something out with Visa. Brittany patiently helped me through my challenge, with us both taking turns talking to Visa. I was finally able to get to a resolution and am very appreciative of Brittany's help. Thank you.

Quick service. Friendly staff. Staff at multiple locations give me different answers for the same question though, but overall a good experience.

I have been a Vancity member for many many years (40+), but have been moving my money away from Vancity the last few years. Although the staff are very friendly it always seems to take a painfully long time to get anything done in branch

Not sure whats happening now I go friday at 320 closed on a payday? Check the website for sat it says closed and they have a lot of computer problems since they did the software change over since then half my shares are gone close to $600 worth they say because it is a joint account my wife has never seen a statement showing she has them beside the fact I have requested one 3 times.staff are friendly and do their best but something lacking in their systems and that is concerning!

Awful. Just completely awful. The employees here really need a training session or two on customer service. From the moment I entered to the moment I left it was a huge disappointment. The teller I was dealing with had a huge attitude. When I finally had enough and said that I don't like how she is speaking to me, she instead of apologizing she started fighting back. Spoke to the manager after a simple transaction ended up into a confrontation. All I wanted was to deposit a cheque and get out. Instead I ended up with an unpleasant teller having a bad day and looking to take it out on poor customers. I guess I shouldn't have said anything but come on seriously? Stop taking your frustrations out on others. Manager was nice but I could tell she wasnt going to deal with it. I will not deal with this bank. I'm back to rbc.
