Went in to open an account.told I'd have to make an appointment. (branch wasn't busy)
Couldn't fit me in that day.hmmm
I suggested another date.nope.
Suggested third date.set appointment.
Then I got an annoying amount of texts to remind me of the meeting. (remember this part).
I go to the set date and arrive at set time and talk to a teller because there is no receptionist.
The teller looks it up and says yes and please have a seat.
So I sit for 15 + minutes with no contact what so ever.
So I decide that is a lousy way to act in business and leave.
Then I get calls from the person I'm suppose to meet with.
I get a third long distance call 604 area code say the teller never advised him I was there.
I don't know what she typed in her computer but now I don't care.
All I get is 'sorry' I'll bring it up with her.
At no time did the person come out to the lobby and check to see if I was there.
I was the only person sitting in the lobby.
Way to impress new clients.
Time is money as they say.and you lost and wasted it today.
Definitely gives me a clear impression of why they have far less than 4 stars.

I had great service yesterday from Micky (Micki?). She was pleasant, proactive, courteous, very helpful and resolved my issue efficiently. I got the impression it is a friendly bank branch.

Closed at 11am on a Saturday, but time not updated on maps.

This Bank used to be good until they started charging you fees to pull out your own money. Its been brought to my attention if go through the teller they charge you. 70 to pull money out that is ridiculous and I do not agree with it so I'm going to look into switching banks now. I did call in there was no help from the agent. I am with a different bank now thanks anyway. Only scammers make you pay to access your own money.

ATM's aren't open outside of business hrs.what's the point of them other than taking the tellers job when the branch is open.might as well just eliminate the tellers already. Hire a security guard to stand within the atm area when banks not open if need be.
