Quick and seamless to book and attend appointments. They are very kind and helpful. Kind of a hidden gem it seems amongst all the dental offices in the downtown core. Dentist is thorough and encouraging and cleanings are pain free and quick!

Dr. Baharloo is a gem in the dentistry world. She recommended against an expensive treatment that i wanted to get to see if my situation would get better at first. When it didn’t, she was super professional, explained all the potential side effects and gave me a first timer discount on it too.
What really made my day is the fact that she asked me to call the clinic in 1 week to let her know how I’m responding to the treatment. Thank you for the patient-centred care.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vancity Dental, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked through the door, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had a calming ambiance.

The dental team at Vancity Dental is truly top-notch. Driven by their expertise and genuine care for their patients, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the entire visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain each procedure, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity.

In addition to the excellent dental care, the administrative staff at Vancity Dental were a pleasure to deal with. Scheduling appointments was a breeze, and they were accommodating and flexible to meet my needs.

I called at 8: 05 am and they got me in at 11: 30 am and had X-rays done in 10 minutes, than my tooth fixed in 45 minutes. Friendly and efficient!

I went there for the first time. They were on time, professional, and it was an easy experience.

A friend referenced me to this place (specifically to Dr. Baharloo) and I loved it.

I had been going to another dental place that felt to me like “quantity over quality”. I had an onlay fall through the weekend and they wanted to do all these costly and unnecessary procedures.

When I visited Vancity dental, I felt more relaxed, they walked me through everything that needed to get done, turns out the procedure was more straightforward and less costly. Dr. Baharloo was wonderful:) I had a great experience and a lot of quality over quantity.thank you!

10/10 would recommend Vancity Dental, went in for my first hygienist appt today since covid started, and can confirm I definitely needed it! Erica helped me get all cleaned out today and she has a sense of humor and personality that just can't be matched in this line of work. Will be coming back again in the fall for some more regularly scheduled cleaning.

All the staff at vancity dental do such a great job with anything my teeth need done, they are also genuine and kind which makes me feel so welcome! After having negative experiences at my previous dentist, they make me feel comfortable in the dentist chair again!
