Booked this company for my wedding day. Their response time over email is great/ fast. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. They got the backdrop I ordered wrong, but the one they came with I liked even more. They also let me bring in custom props and I got to use my personal wedding logo I designed at the bottom of the film strips. I Ioved the amount of custom options!

Having a photo booth at our wedding was the best decision we made! First of all, the booking and planning experience was so straightforward and great. On our day, the attendants were amazing, fun and so helpful, the setup was quick and beautiful, and the photos were so cute! All of our guests loved using it and we’ve been loving the photo book website. The one thing about a wedding is, you will never get photos of all of your guests. We had the open air Photo Booth for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning they were so quick to respond to my questions, work together on our design for the photo print outs and accommodate any requests I had. The staff that came to our wedding to work the Photo Booth were so kind, efficient and so fun with our guests. They wanted to ensure my guests had a fun night and they sure did! Our guests loved the booth so much it was a total hit. The photos all turned out great. Seriously great experience from start to finish.

We rented the closed Photo Booth for a school year end party. The kids loved it! They got pictures to take home and we ordered the usb of all the photos for extra prints.
They came to set up early with lots of time to spare and with zero disturbance to our own decorations. I would highly recommend them for any function!

We booked the Selfie Booth station and it was the perfect addition to our event. It didn't take up much space, was very easy to run, and everyone loved how quick and easy it was to get their photos directly to their phone to save or post to their social media. I used their services for my wedding back in early September. Booking was a breeze, it was easy and quick to get a response from the owner. However, I did find after my first deposit, the communication became a bit more difficult. A week out from the wedding and I hadn’t heard a follow-up from them in terms of the layout or final details so had to reach out twice before the ball started rolling again. Once we did pickup again, the designer, Jason, was patient and helpful. Then day of, they did not set up where I asked, but I just let it go because at that point I was juggling enough things (why this didn’t work out is that they did it outside, but because it was during dinner, the sun did set and the lighting was a bit funny - not the worst, but noticeable). One attendant was very helpful (got chairs for the shorter kids to stand on and helped us extend our time), was sweet and very engaging. He was excellent! The other attendant was short and harsh with the kids. It was quite off putting to the point my guests who saw this were so unimpressed and complained to me later. It was a shame as the photos of the little ones were some of my favourite. The props left much to be desired. And finally, it took 3 emails, and 2 weeks later before I got a response on even just the digital library (I don’t expect things RIGHT away, but even just an “I’m sorry we’ve been backed up…” or any kind of response after the second email), and it is now 7 weeks after the event and still no update on the USB.

Overall, for prospective brides, I would say they’re ok. It might be worth it if they deliver on all that they said they would and kept in a little better contact.

We had an open air photobooth at our wedding. The initial contact with Rashmi to book the booth was efficient. Rashmi was quick to reply to all questions and booking was simple. I had to follow-up about a design template for the photos which I was told would happen 2 weeks out. I again had to follow-up it a week later after sending a questionnaire to their design team. At each stage the responses were timely, however I felt I shouldn’t have needed to reach out to them in the first place. The design team was responsive to feedback and provided multiple options for templates.

The day of the event, the booth attendant, Milad, arrived on time, setting up quickly and quietly. He happily interacted with guests. The pictures print quickly and clearly. The QR code is a great option for an additional keepsake.

The night was sick staff was so friendly the vibes was amazing and the video came out sick 10/10 recommended

The booking process with Vancity Photobooth was good. I gave them 3 stars because at the time of the event, I was quite underwhelmed and disappointed at the lack of props they had. There were very few and was told by the attendant that most of the props were broken.

I felt like they should have informed me of that detail esp because I paid about $900 for what I expected to be full service.

The setup was done so quickly, and the staff worked quietly during the ceremony. The design on the photos was beautiful and the photo quality was amazing. Vancity photobooth takes the cake for excellent customers service. From my very first conversation with them to the day of the event they were extremely organized, responsive and flexible. On the day of our event, the backdrop that I ordered wasn’t exactly what I had in mind but their team went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. This is the best photo booth out there! I hired them to cover my wedding reception, and I'm so glad I did. I have been to many events, including weddings, birthdays, even corporate events, but have not seen quality like Vancity Photo Booth. The staff was incredibly friendly and made an extra effort to make sure everyone was having a good time. They even gave a few extra prints to the guests even when I only had the single prints.
