I didn’t get papers that we signed for the loan and when I asked it wasn’t given. Things went wrong with the van that I had and Helen wasn’t not really helpful with the situation. I’ve reached out to her many times and no response. Not really professional about their customers. I wasn’t able to use the warranty for what went wrong so I was paying it for nothing. I’m so glad to be DONE with these people.

I have never had such excellent service when buying a car. Russell was there right from the application to handing over the keys. He was such a pleasure to work with. Worst experience ever. Sold me an suv with a broken seat that slides back and forth. They sold me a car in the beginning that had 10,0000 damage done to it by one of their dri ers when it was being delivered. I only had the car 3 weeks they took the negative equity from the car and added it to the suv I got from them without telling me. I would never recommend this company to anyone their crooked

Honestly don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful this experience was! My first time getting a car online with someone out of town, but Jake has made the entire process so much fun and easy to go through! Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago my little red rocket died. At 516,000 km, it’s to be expected. I haven’t been a very responsible adult so my credit is shot and I wasn’t sure how I was going to get back into the road. I need wheels to survive with my freelance work. Thank god for for Ariel because she told me I should just talk to someone in her company and see what I can do. I was handed to Michael and he took great care of me. I am a person who can talk a lot and ask a ton of questions. This man was incredibly patient, even with all my anxiety to pull the plug saying yes. Initially I wanted a Honda but due to my own irresponsibility I wasn’t able to get it- yet. As long as I’m a good girl and make my payments on time then I can trade in for the vehicle I want in a year all the while working on my credit. Even tho it’s not a Honda, this Hyundai Elantra is pretty sweet. I’ve never owned anything this nice tbh. I still feel like it doesn’t belong to me but Garfield (yes I name my vehicles) is mine. So to Michael and Ariel, I say thank you for bringing Garfield into my life and for your time, energy, patience and most of all kindness in dealing with my high stress anxiety ridden butt. I’ll be calling you in a year Michael ;)

I bought a truck here. It’s in way tougher shape then made out to be. It’s not even the package I was told it was originally. That’s my fault for trusting and financing a bad truck.

After I had gotten it the sales guy told me he tried to stop the deal but wasn’t able to due to the fact they’d already bought the truck. They were going to fix a bunch of stuff, never did and were impossible to get ahold of. I gave up dealing with them and will just trade this truck in somewhere else later.

It was delayed on delivery, repairs weren’t made, communication was bad and even the detailing was done poorly. Due to that I would try a different dealership.

This was the first time I've ever purchased/financed a vehicle and I don't think I could have done it without the help of Russell and the team of van auto credit really happy with the experience

Aleta was absolutely amazing to deal with. I was trying to get out of my soccer moms station wagon and in to a newer truck with a low rate and Aleta got me exactly what I wanted. Not only is she really hot! She is incredibly talented at what she does! She got me a really good deal on a Gmc Sierra! I will be sending everyone her way!

I got my car back in April. I couldn't have asked for better service. They got me out of a horrible lease and now I own my vehicle instead of leasing. It is a great little unit! They drove to me, even got a couple of rock chips which the are compensating me for cause it was done on their time not mine. Everyone that I have dealt with during my purchase was absolutely fantastic and very helpful in getting me into something affordable.

Mike made the process of purchasing a new vehicle easier than expected. Not having to leave the house is a great thing and having the car delivered, inspected and fully detailed shows that these guys are looking for repeat business. I recommend giving them a shot at your business.

This company got me into a vehicle that was a complete and total lemon of a truck and then refused to do anything to resolve the issue. They “fixed” the truck and kept returning it to me with the same issues. I made payments on a vehicle I didn’t even have for 6 months because it was in and out of the shop constantly. They said they put new winter tires on worth $1300 and the mechanic said they had less than 18 % life left when he checked and were completely used up. He also said the brakes were needing to be completely replaced as they had hardly any life left in them either even after I was told that they were “brand new”.

The vehicle was also delivered to me with 1000km more than what was advertised. The vehicle also has body damage that wasn’t disclosed. They also advertised it to have a full screen in the vehicle and it didn’t. Their staff are rude, incompetent and not at all helpful. I had to get AMVIC involved and it was an absolute nightmare to deal with. The vehicle still had mechanical issues as well after they kept passing it as fixed.

Their sales reps will lie through their teeth to get you into something and then vanish. And the owners and management of the company are completely incompetent and will email you from personal emails. I had to screenshot and keep phone records to make sure that everyone was honest as the owners and management started twisted the story around to AMVIC.

Worst service ever, some dude from this company took all my bf personal info and never heard back from him, I've called and called over and over and left numerous messages and never got a call back from the manager either, not impressed.

I had an issue with a car I received and James H and his team handled it like true profesionals they understood what I was talking about and dealt with it keeping me in the loop at all times and came up with a resolution that was more than fair I will buy next vehicle from them and will highly recomend them to all my friends

Had my guy Michael help get my ride, gatta say probably the best guy to contact if you need a vehicle, he’ll get you a vehicle you want and absolutely professional and easy and fun guy to talk to, seems dedicated and would rate 5 stars

My vehicle is my livelihood, as I work multiple jobs and am a single mom. My credit isn't the greatest due to a property fire 5 years ago. I couldn't get financed through a dealership. I found AutoCreditDeals through an online add, and submitted my credit application.
I received a phone call within an hour from Mike at Vancouver Auto Credit. He took the time to listen to my story, and helped me figure out how much I could afford first. Once the financing was in place, he gave me some options. I told him I would drive a pink car if I had too, I just needed a car. He made sure I had a car in my actually preferred color.
I commute to multiple jobs, daily. So Mike and his team even covered me for all of my taxi and Uber costs. My 14 year old car died on Thursday, and by the following Monday I had a newer Grey Hyundai Accent delivered to my door by Mike and his delivery team, Kaz and Omar. (From Calgary, on a Monday night) They even registered it for me, (Ive worked in car sales, that normally doesn't happen) Highly Highly recommend this team for anyone struggling with credit issues and in need of a car immediately. -Thanks Guys.

Was sold a vehicle with multiple issues, that after signing found many things it failed on inspection and was still sent to me as Safe and passed.my vehicle did not even come with oil in it. Company refused to take the vehicle back, refused to fix the issues including massive rust on the doors.tried to work things with them and all I got was the worst communication on the planet if any at all.tried to be sold a new vehicle way over my budget, and ding me negative equity for the lemon that they sold me.

Bald tires, Check engine lights, Rear shocks and sway bar gone, apparently the brakes were done at inspection yet they also needing caliper replacement, vehicle had an oil change at inspection and was delivered with no oil not even a drop on the dip stick, major rust on 2 doors that I was told was no big deal and not to worry yet was promised a rust free vehicle, a liftgate that has never latched properly. The list goes on I have worked between 4 different people and had the worst communication and customer service on the planet.

I would like to say a big thank you to Finn who went through a lengthy process into getting me my vehicle. Himself and his team showed great patience and understanding as I was notifying this office and that office without no callbacks just to get a letter and have the vehicle insured. I definitely recommend anyone looking to get into a vehicle to contact their office. Thanks again Finn!

Ryan De-Sousa and Blake were great with helping my grandma into her new vehicle, despite the difficult situation she was in. They went above and beyond even though we may have been difficult to deal with sometimes. My husband and I also bought our vehicles here and had a wonderful experience. 10/10 service and definitely recommend coming here if you need to get into a new vehicle, they are great at what they do!

SCAMMERS, please never buy from this company. I had the worst experience possible.this company shouldn't even be on the market.these people are trying to trick you all the time.they claim to be the best, but they are the worst.they tried to sell me a car with an interest rate of 30%, and I got it with another company for 6.99%.

Justin was fantastic and helped us every step of the way. I'm 8 months pregnant with our third baby and our SUV started acting up so we decided a Dodge Caravan was the way to go. We didn't have to leave our house and everything was done over the phone including financing and trading in our old vehicle. I bought a vehicle from here and was told after making all my payments you can trade in for something better and to get lower payments, Well I'm ready to trade in and was told my payments would be higher then paying now. I never missed a payment. Don't get scammed by this place. Very misleading. Poor customer service as well.

I'm obsessed with my new car We traded in our 2012 Chevy Traverse for a 2018, and I am SO happy that we finally took the leap.

My husband and I don't have the best credit, and Nicole was still able to lock us into a PRIME rate Not only that, but she was so communicative, patient and understanding of our hesitations.

I told her our DREAM situation and vehicle (same car, but newer, and needed a certain amount of anchors etc) and she NAILED it!

She sent me full presentations on potential vehicles with pictures, info, etc and I didn't even have to leave my house. I could look in my own time, talk to my husband without pressure, and best of all. NO SMARMY CAR SALESMAN! There wasn't deadlines that I had to decide by, no catches.nothing.

We got our SUV delivered last week with a full tank of gas, ready to go! We could not be happier. It's so nice to not have that burden weighing down on us of knowing we are being ripped off, but not knowing how to get out of it.

If you've been putting off trying to get a lower interest rate, or getting a more reliable vehicle, send her a message. She doesn't make commission, so she didn't pressure us whatsoever, and it was such a great experience. Even if you're just curious on what she can do for you, like we were.

Cody was awesome he helped me find a car that fit my budget and I liked, apparently what I can afford and what I like are two different things! But Cody found me a car that fits both.

Edit: They sold me a car that I was told had the required winter tires on it. It did/does not! The "winter" tire on it are so bald they are below the tread threshold for summer tires! So I pay for a car and insurance for it to just sit there in the driveway until spring.

I asked if it needed tires so I could make an appointment when it was delivered and was told no it was all good.and now the roads are so bad and the tires so bald I can't even drive it to the damn tire shop to have new ones installed.

This place is a joke ripp off scammers greasy sales men the will up the cost of a vehical on you if your not carefull and thye will not fully diclose all options which they are required to as it is a consumers right. I do not reccomend going to these people and stay away from helen the chinese finance manager
