These guys are great to deal with, especially at this location. Prices for auto parts are very competitive. Customer service is second to none. My new go-to auto parts dealer!

Really friendly staff, happy to answer all questions and give you time to think. Great advice, great stock. Great customer service system too (like, very well organized). Prices for parts are also amazing.

The only downside (I don’t think this is the store’s fault), but the price to buy a big 4.9L jug of oil costs more than buying 5 small 1L jugs, even with the recycling fee! Very strange haha.

Jessica was super friendly and clear on the phone and price matched Lordco. In the end when I found out I bought the wrong parts they even helped me refund it with no trouble even if it was a non-refundable item. I will definitely come back again.

Just got off phone with one of reps. Bang! Helped me right away. Spent a couple hours searching parts across Canada online. Guy knew exactly the part I was talking about with no headache and no attitude. No need to go online from now on. I will call this place first now and get fast good service and competitive pricing.
