What great customer service! I found the auto key battery that nobody in town seems to carry, supplied by a very professional and friendly staffer. My friend and I considered stopping in at the store a morning highlight!

Vancouver Battery has a wide selection of batteries at great prices. The SLA (sealed lead acid) batteries in common computer UPS (uninterruptible power supplies such as APC) can be replaced with similar quality batteries for around half the price of the same batteries from UPS manufacturer. I have saved hundreds of dollars. You can also safely dispose of old batteries here.

Amazingly fast online response for questions even if they aren't able to help. Danny gave me several leads to find what I was looking for!

Great source for finding those obscure batteries for old cameras or even medical equipment. Huge selection of regular day to day batteries. Friendly service. Parking available on Broadway or just behind the building.

Lousy Service. Very Disappointed, I traveled a long way by bus to this store on Dec-16-2021 @ 11: 30am, to get a battery "G9-a". The lady
told me she could not help me because it was a unknown type. When I came home, I found out by 'Googling' the number which instantly popped up
as a "#394" battery. Why she sent me away without her trying to find a replacement was very poor service. Not happy with this store.

My go to place for batteries. Great prices and great service from Sandy - she'll even check your used batteries to see which ones are still good.

Recently went to get some batteries for my drone remote and had a great experience and even learned some new info that I hadn't realized before. Highly reccomend!

Amazing I have an old watch that requires a battery that isn't that popular, and I couldn't find it anywhere so I went to Vancouver battery and as soon as I told them the type of battery the nice lady got it right away for a good price.

Under the current covid situation, this location has excellent protocols in place to ensure the safety of staff and customers. One customer at a time, people just need a little patience, will be worth the wait.

Friendly and professional service. SUPER DECENT PRICE. The only place you would like go if you are finding flashlights or any other battery related accessories. Best place to buy chargers for phone with the most acceptable price in the whole town area. Lights vary from few hundreds Lums up to 12,000 lums which satisfies all your needs. Highly recommended.

They had the dry cell batteries that I was looking for, and the staff knew their products. Good service.

They have all sorts of batteries, and if they don't have what you are looking for, they can probably order it for you. I got a cell phone battery which was defective, and they happily accepted to return it.

Every time I go here I become more of a fan of the place. They have always had exactly what I needed and only once did I have to wait on a backordered item. (which of course was a battery for an iPhone.they all die at the same time it seems.) even then the wait was less than a week.
The owner is genuinely friendly, helpful and interested in what you're doing. He's helped me solve problems refurbishing my own camera batteries in ways and with techniques I didn't even know existed. He seems to love a DIY challenge as much as I do.
You can't put a price on that kind of service and yet his prices are reasonable. And i find it very satisfying to support such a genuine local business that is trying very hard rather than send my money off to some internet store or a big box hardware store that won't likely have what I need anyway, and won't even know how much they don't know.
Jeeez! That was quite the gushing review wasn't it? I'll shut up now. Just go check the place out next time. I don't know the owners or any of the employees names but you'll like them.
