I had a really good experience at Vancouver Career College in Burnaby very helpful with getting everything done and very helpful with explaining all the details

I highly recommend Vancouver Career college, Burnaby campus. The campus director Behnaz is very helpful, kind and professional.

Constantly calling after repeatedly asking them not to. Won’t provide any info, pricing or requirements for courses online.

The fact that they won’t publicly provide this basic information really concerns me. Any other college provides this information on their websites, without asking for contact info or an agreement to a subscription.

Thanks to Ritu for providing honest complete information in different fields of study. She helped me enroll in education assistant program. She was above and beyond for helping clients. She cares a lot and helps if I have any questions or need any support.

Overall, my experience at Vancouver Career College Burnaby campus was a great experience ever. I was able to practice skills in the lab due to small class size. The instructors are very detailed and passionate about the success of the students.

I am so glad to have chosen VACC for my career change and cannot speak enough of the Program Coordinator and the team she overseas. I was able to find employment before graduating.

VaCC Staff are great they help me a lot doing step by step to process my papers and also the clinical instructor are very good the way they explain to us how i expect. I recommend VaCC for LPN course.

It must be better than it used to be. If you didn’t want a failing grade you passed by providing oral services to a director.

I did my ECE with really good experience and enjoyed. It’s dependent on your instructor how he or she teaching you. I feel very lucky that i got marry khammountry as a instructor. We asked questions again and again she never said, dont ask again also we really enjoyed with her.

I was a Pharmacy assistant student here and the instructor Marinela was the most knowledgeable and most experienced instructor, so happy to have her as my instructor.

Very good HCA instructors, I've learned a lot. Highly motivational instructors especially JJ and Dona.

The campus director is also very approachable and very helpful.

As an International student, I’m grateful that I pursued my Healthcare Assistant (HCA) program at Vancouver Career College - Burnaby Campus. They have competent instructors, fully equipped laboratories with top-notch equipment, and helpful staff. Also, the career services will assist you right after you finish your program to help you boost your profile and get you ready for the industry.

I have to say that I met a very good teacher in this college. Location is Surrey Campus. Her name is Mary K. She is a very patient, professional and interesting teacher. She taught me a lot of practical knowledge that is not covered in textbooks. My classmates and I like her very much. If you come to this school to study ECE and Infant Toddler courses, please remember to take Mary K's course. It will be an amazing learning experience

I love how the instructors are very experienced in their field and how they are always connecting what we are learning to the real world. Ms. Lorraine Molina is one of the instructors that I truly admire! The way she delivers the topics and her strategies in teaching her students is very effective. Who knew that learning about phonemes can be fun and interesting.

The Campus Director is very accommodating! He’s approachable too and helps the students a lot! I recommend this campus!:)

Very disappointed with how the finance department handles money. They promised me with scholarship and that I could have it after I complete the program, in which I did. I passed them the requirements on February, and they “processed” it at first week of March. They told me I have to wait 2-3 weeks for it to be deposited in my account. I followed up with email because it has been more than 3 weeks. And they were just passing me around to other people. A Finance Administrator told me to “wait patiently” because it has been passed to the “Head Office” and awaiting for approval. I waited patiently. 3 months have passed and no scholarship was given. I emailed the said finance administrator, but no reply. I decided to come to the campus and talk to them since it had been a very long time. I came in today, June 14, spoke with my Student Admission, and again, passed me to the finance administrator, only to tell me that they have changed the people within the finance department and that they will pass it again to the “Head Office”. And they told me again to wait for a “few days” for the money to be deposited. Not only that, they have informed that I am not the only one who has been asking for their scholarship. This experience is very disappointing. These people are giving false hopes to students. I hope you resolve this issue!

Highly not recommended school especially for PN Program. Instructors were very unsupportive and they just want your money!

I take ECE there. It is such a lovely class. Our first instructor was Ms. Mia then now it is Ms. Min, at first I felt so nervous but now I’m so comfortable. Staffs are so friendly.

I started my ECE diploma in Vancouver career college since oct 2020.almost done my whole program now. I have to say thanks for all my instructors.they are very experienced and have good strategies to give students clear guidance and useful tips.and school student service. Infront desk person who work there.they always help you when you need any information from school.and student consulting office I remember who helped me explain the course and enrollment in school she name is “Mina “ super patient and friendly. From being to end she always helps when I have questions to ask her. I have to admit that I had wonderful studying experience in Vancouver career college …. Highly recommended who needs to study Ece /IT /SN.just go there.

Couldn't recommend less. I was asked to pay twice for my massage and can't get any information about my refund and its process which has been two weeks at this point. Still nothing. Avoid going here unless you like to be double charged for your service.

it’s been a month since being double charged, and i continuously am ignored by email. For the times they have replied, I’m told they can not find my card for my transaction. Apparently money disappears into thin air at this place

It’s been over 3 months, still no refund. I can’t express how poorly this organization has handled a transaction like this. Just pray you don’t need to get refunded or else you will have to call and engage with them on email for over 3 months just to get money that is rightfully yours.

My friend told me that there is a current student who is confirmed positive when she did Covid test couple days ago. I think the student should report herself to school and government that she has infected. I think some people who tested by themselves with the self Covid test kit don’t report themselves! The school and government should test the students everyday to ensure the safety of everyone.

Poor organization with payment and refunding, with unprofessional instructors in the college and so behind with the work. We paid huge amount of tuition fees for this with unorganized and unprofessional staff working in here. So disappointed and I do not refer to anyone to this college.

I was recently enrolled in this college, the professors are verbally abusive to the students to the point of making students cry. They do not provide encouraging support to do well in their programs. Would not recommend going here, they promise 100% passing rate but that is not true as they keep your money if you fail and don’t let you transfer with the money you’ve already paid

Unprofessional environment, they don't care about your education after they get your $$$ sink or swim.no concern for the students wellbeing or education, would not recommend.

LPN - Had my reservations at first, but as the course progressed I was extremely satisfied with the course load and delivery. Great mixture of lab class for practical learning (reduced due to COVID-19) as well as theory. They also emphasize safety of students and staff as well.

I got enrolled in a program at this college and Jennifer Vailappilly guided me through the entire admission process. She is very nice and professional. She went out of the way to help me to get enrolled in this course. I really recommend taking her help and guidance if you are planning to do a course at this college. Thank you Jennifer for your help. I really appreciate your effort.

My experience has been good with Vancouver Courier College so far. My Instructors Mr. Abdollah Safar is very knowledgeable, helpful and knows the electrical industries long enough to teach you what you need, to be an electrician. If you are looking for electrical apprenticeship training, I recommend you electrical foundations program in VCC.

-Teachers and stuff are great!

-Fees are higher that other schools
Some basic things like proper internet connection, proper use of technology wether is an online classroom platform or the school website itself are total disappointment.
- funny things happen when for an online presentation one of student need to hold a laptop in the air for the teacher to present sth on zoom.
-There are many things that have room for improvement to reach a minimum standard but I have a feeling that being part of big organization make things difficult and dramatically slow.
- the school does not offer any medical coverage but I am not sure if other schools do
I like the school because people and I want it to improve.

It is a complete waste of money! They aren’t organized, they charge more than we are supposed to pay, the schedule changes all the time!
Instructors are rude and not helpful!

I regret every day of training for this college!

I studied there for electrical.conclusion: it SUCKS, dont come.they cramped 15 students in a classroom as small as a broom closet, switched instructor 3 times over the course of one term, two of which sleeps during class and tell you to play with your calculators when you have a question.

I did the electrical foundation program at this location and it was great! Our instructor Miki was super nice and understanding. He taught us a lot about the real world and I definitely feel very confident as a first year graduate. I recommend this campus to all my friends.
