Dr. Lam is my kids' dentist. He's very gentle to kids and very patient answering our questions. I highly recommend him to anyone. The clinic and front desk never disappoints, they are always prompt and attentive to their patients

Me and my husband were greeted by friendly and professional staffs (Brasel and Ellen). Brasel was very patient with our questions and concerns even after our treatment. Dr. Sia was incredibly reassuring and she took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The treatment we received was thorough. Overall, it was really a great experience and looking forward to our next appointment in December!

It’s my second year at the vancouver dental and it’s always been a good experience! Front desk is always very welcoming and provide tea/water service every time I visit. I recently have concerns about my insurance and the front desk went in to check and made sure my plan works. The doctor and nurse is also professional and does thorough checkups and cleaning.

I had a cleaning with Siya, who was fantastic. I have sensitive gums and she was very careful, 10/10. I’ve been coming to this clinic for many, many years and I have always had an excellent experience - I’ve referred family and friends and they have also had the same great things to say. No pressure from the staff to get work done, prompt service, and a calm environment.

Been coming here for a few years now and have referred my family members and friends here for cleaning and doing Invisalign treatment. I have nothing but praise for this clinic! They are always on time for your appointment. Every dentist, dental hygienist, assistant and receptionist has been awesome, friendly and very professional. Thank you so much!:)

Today was my first time in this clinic and i am really impressed. The place was clean and well kept (including washrooms). The staffs were all polite and welcoming especially Brasel, she was so approachable and accommodating. She made me feel welcomed the moment i stepped my foot in the clinic, also offered drinks while filling up forms. The Hygienist that attended me was Siya, she made sure that i was comfortable, she definitely did a really great job with my teeth. If i could give 100 stars i would. This clinic is highly recommended!

This office is the only dental clinic my 14 years old son will go. The clinic is very nice and modern, and the hygienists are friendly, and always explain what is going on in my son's mouth. The staff treats my son with care, patience and humour. I have already recommended this place to my family and friends.

1st time visited for check up, after x-ray Dr. Benson Fung came to check out my teeth simply & quick and told that his computer down he can't see the x-ray there's not much he can see and tell me but still fully charged. I didn't say a word but paid in full.

2nd time visited for cleaning, they changed my appointment to a couple days earlier than what I booked, after cleaning I asked why didn't give me fluoride, she told me because my appointment is couple ahead of my insurance renewal.

I wish I had ended the relationship with them when those problems happened because those were only money issues.

3rd time visit for filling a small chip which Dr. Benson Fung recommended. After the filling, the teeth become sensitive which I've never had before and the injection spot has been painful for 2 weeks.
I went to see Dr. Benson Fung again, he did some polish on my teeth, the sensitivity went away but 2 days later the filling fell off.
I went to see Dr. Benson Fung again and he didn't ask me questions nor told me anything but refill it for me in 10 minute. But 2 weeks later the filling fell off again.
I went to see Dr. Benson Fung again. Finally he talked to me this time and told me I have to use a crown to prevent the filling from falling off. I was so mad that he never told me his skill is so bad that the small chip filling will need a crown to fix what he has done.
My tooth is damaged. Now there's no way to go back, regardless I have to spend thousands of dollars for the crown but I have to live with a crown.
Last, Dr. Benson wanted to keep me silent on my madness, he offered me a refund on the filling. I believe he thought he could solve all his mistakes by refunding the clients.

This is one of the best clinic I ever had, amazing customer service and qualified doctors.

My new dentist and hygienist were so lovely and made the experience overall positive for me. It was my first time at the office and I will definitely be coming back.
Ellen, at the front desk, was so warm and welcoming, making such a great first impression on me. She also was the one to help me book my appointment over the phone.
My hygienist, Siya, made me feel welcome and I had a great rapport with her. I spent the most time with her. She was so attentive and did a thorough job, which I greatly appreciate in a hygienist. Also, seeing her enjoy what she does, and her friendly interaction with everyone there, I highly recommend Siya and actually look forward to the next appointment.
My dentist, Dr. Lam, was highly professional and helpful. I was very happy he was able to accommodate me for my NG impression on the same day.

I have been going to this dentist for at least 2 years now. I can truly say they are one of the most kind and helpful dentist office I've ever been to. Their hygienists always so welcoming to me despite my anxiety and gag reflexes, they always make the effort to accommodate me. The receptionists are very friendly and easy to talk to. I have a slew of mental health problems I am working through making it definitely not easy to schedule an appointment with me over phone and they still treat me with empathy and try to help me pursue dental hygiene.

I just got my top wisdom teeth out today and it left me wondering why I hadn't left a review sooner! I believe my dentist was Amy Kim and it went so much better than I could have imagined. While I did have a bit of a panic attack when undergoing the freezing needles, Amy and the hygienist with her were so patient and worked to talk me down from my anxiety. She established a form of communication with me that greatly improved my anxiety, providing insight into every step she was taking and why. If you're anxious about procedures like I am, this level of patience and communication gave me so much comfort. I felt like I was in safe hands.

Hello wow my dentist appointment went fairly well. Unfortunately the dentist had the wrong tooth chosen for my next appointment and the dental hygienist and l had to choose it. That is fairly scary. I will not be going back. I’m going to book at another dentist office.
