Instructor Dave is awesome. He makes the things very clear and understanding. I found his way of teaching very interesting. I am glad that I chose Vancouver First aid to get my first aid certificate and had a really good time learning about basic life support.

Very unprofessional with the booking. Booked a CPR class a week in advanced and got a TEXT message An HOUR before the class start to inform me the class is not available cause they are overbooked.
I would be more understanding if they informed me few days before but the day of.

Just did the Emergency First Aid for Childcare certification course at Vancouver First Aid Surrey location. It was a great experience and our instructor Kyle was very knowledgeable, personable, and made the class a lot of fun. I highly recommend them for First Aid training!

I just finished My Emergency child care First aid, CPR /AED today on 26th November 2022 at Surrey branch.
Instructor was really great teacher, very knowledgeable, professional and his teaching approach was very easy to understand. He had an great knowledge. We didn't realized how time passed. I Would definitely recommend this instructor to anyone who is looking to do their courses. I am really grateful that I had an opportunity to do my training course from him.

Booked for an appointment for mask fit testing but there’s no one in the office. And the call centre is just saying that “they have no idea where the instructor is”. So UNPROFESSIONAL and I don’t recommend this place to go especially if you have to get the license immediately.

Connar was a awesome instructor recommend the course to everybody it was not only educational it was entertaining. Thank you for the great class.

Highly recommend the surrey location, instructor Rachel is really helpful to us all and we really learned a lot from her.

Today, we had first aid instructor Ashton at the Coquitlam location. The content was just fine. Although I can generally understand and get what he was talking about, there's some improvement that can be made in the use of the English language. For example, he would say " if the patient goes for heart attack, if the person goes for vomiting" etc. The use of the 2 words "goes for" to substitute for other more appropriate words like "developed, becomes, deteriorates" etc.was difficult to understand and made following his trend of thought muddled. If used once or twice, it won't be much of a problem, chalk it up to laziness or just mis-spoken, but it was used throughout the 4 hours. It needs to change.

Next came the use of "my good friends" at the start of many a sentence. We should be addressed as "class" not "my good friends".

He also needs to learn how to pronounce the word CELSIUS. He pronounced it " celestrious".

Otherwise he was clear and professional.

Provided an excellent program that was easy to understand and created a fantastic learning environment.
