No change rooms. Bad refund policy. Hard to find any attractive plus sized clothing. Friendly staff. Lots of other knick knacks. Some deals to be found

This store should be given a ten. Volunteers work to raise money for the VGH. At this location you will find rare and unusually items from the past. Many items that seniors no longer need and donate to the thrift shop are valuable collectables to many shoppers Love to go there and check out what's new. Give them a try. Worth a visit.

Its gotten So dirty, and they are now over pricing everything. Dollar store items are going for $5+
Clothes are really stained & coming in dirty. You might find a good find but very rare

LOVE this place! So many treasures of all kinds. Thoughtfully curated and good prices. I have had awesome interactions with helpful staff (almost all of whom are volunteers).

Some ok items at a decent price, but most staff are not very friendly/ condescending. They seem to forget they are a thrift store, and may not know the real value of certain things. Over pricing is common. I was made me feel really stupid for asking a reconsideration of price on damaged items. Will focus my funds to Other non profits.

Its okay.pricing is decent.benefits VGH so all good. You can find some gems there if you get there at the right time. Found some old Jordan 1's there. Whether its a knockoff or not.we will see

Humble, good prices, caring staff and volunteers. Edited to add that they always have wonderful background music playing too.

Great location and great deals. The (volunteer!) staff are friendly and helpful, and the items are well-curated: despite a large volume of donations, much of dubious worth (you can see it piling up at the rear entrance,) the staff works hard to sort and organize and real junk does not make it onto the shelves. Bonus - often local shops like Pulp Fiction, and Red Cat Records will donate items so you can will periodically find exceptional deals on books and vinyl. Pricing is extremely reasonable keeping in mind this is a non-profit raising money for the local hospital. When valuable items come in they are not garage-sale priced, having said that I found a box of collectable dishes for $50 (4 place settings for 4 plus some extra plates!)

First time coming by, I thought it was a decent store to look for stuff, similar to that of salvation army and spca thrift stores. But for the VGH. Lots of parking at the back, there is also a lot of places you can choose to goto eat, Mexican, Thai, vietnamese, pizza, all along hastings.

Dont like being followed around as if your going to steal something.clothes overpriced.got a couple books and bits 30.00.isnt it suppose to be cheep.

A great shop and a convenient place to donate items to help the community (easy to drop off things into the shop via the lane at the back - bonus, they are open on weekends)

They had a HUGE selection of PC games, some of which were still sealed. I'll definitely be coming back!

Very well organized and clean. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. The price is VERY reasonable compared to some other big brand thrift stores. Will come and visit it regularly.

I both donate and shop here frequently. As a customer, the prices are extremely fair for the quality of the merchandise (which often isn't the case elsewhere; you get over-charged for merchandise that's broken or full of holes). As a donator, I can appreciate that the items will be priced fairly, and not be intended to rip off the community for dubious for-profit intentions. Better still, are the management and volunteers who work here (side note: there is often great, eclectic music playing in the store). In the somewhat short time that this store has been here, it has developed a loyal customer base including folks like myself. Great job!

This is a well run well staffed thrift store with good pricing and good selection. It's smaller but, it's great never ceases to please I like it very much and the service is friendly polite ECT. Nice merch
