Vancouver House

Very nice building from the outside. I still don't know how the lower floors can hold the weight of the larger upper floors. It's mindblowing.

Renting here and so far I’m really enjoying it. The unit and building amenities are great and there are so many great restaurants close by.

One of the most architecturally interesting buildings in Vancouver. Worth the walk along the Granville Bridge to get the right shot and angle.

Best location for condo living. Lively safe neighborhood to buy grocery, eat out, or take a walk. There is nothing like this in Vancouver. There are reviews/complaint about food delivery not going up their unit. It is for safety and security reasons of residents. I hope people can at least be reasonable and burn a few calories to take the elevator and pick up their food! Some units were completed in the beginning of Covid so Strata has been very helpful to resolve the deficiencies. Things could be delayed (just like anything else you order now) but it is getting done.

"beautiful" "stunning" "intriguing"? This building is creepy, looming over the city in an unnatural unnerving way, and it looks like a hive for insects

Love the apartment on 19th floor. Modern Architecture at its best. Gonna enjoy every moment here.

I would kill to live here not literally of course the architecture is amazing and the name of it fitting the oh it'd be so dope.wonder how much rent is. Be nice to purchase. I'd love to even just oh too cool of a building

I was delivering food to the building and the concierge would not let me up to the floor as instructed in my delivery details. I left it at the desk and carried on to do another order as soon as I made my way for the door he swore at me. Such behaviour is vary unprofessional and I am surprised a building so nice would hire unprofessional people to be the face such an iconic building.

A unique location with London Drugs, Fresh Street (grocery), E-Bici (electric bike supplier & rental). Worth the walk to view the overhead chandelier that spins st noon, 4 pm & either 8 or 9 pm (not been here for end of the day spin)

Architecturally intriguing - beautiful from all angles, and an iconic gateway to Granville crossing over False Creek. No comment on livability.

This is one of the best high rise building I have ever lived in. Westbank done a great job of designing this building. The committee of this building is also very efficient. I have to say this is a very well-managed building.

The building is a disaster. Not sure anyone would want to buy it. Water leaking is like a water fall.

What a nightmare! Iv'e lived here one year, and finally got out of my lease. Day 1 started with Leaks in bathrooms, Kitchen sink collapsed, and I was out of a kitchen for 1 1/2 months. My washer and dryer needed repairs 2 times, and waiting for parts. REALLY, These are NEW appliances? Garburator broke, 1 week wait. I still had another leak in the kitchen when I moved out yesterday, I gave up. The Elevators move fast, but wait, oh yes, the line ups! They were advertised with Airconditioning, what a Joke, couldnt get it below 23 in the hot summer days.

A NEW London Drugs! Large, clean and very friendly service. Located under the Granville Island Bridge on Pacific Boulevard. My new drug store!

Awesome building with some very unique architecture. Some strange choices though.like a water feature built into the ceiling and waterfall stairs

Tonight, I parked in one of their lots to do some grocery shopping across the street. I paid for parking. The gates closed prematurely and upon returning to the lot, I was unable to access my vehicle. There were no numbers displayed with which to contact security, so I was left to wander in the cold around the building for an hour until a nice person came by who had access and let me out of the building.

The lack of security and disregard for patrons is shocking and unacceptable. Be very wary of parking anywhere underground in this area beyond 7pm.

I live in this building.
It’s beautiful from the outside but living here is a disaster.
With wait times for the elevator reaching over 20 minutes! I have been late to work many times because of it.
On top of that, sometimes the elevators don’t work at all. Imagine if there was a health emergency. You can not even get out of the building.
When only one elevator works you can imagine how many people are in the elevator. A covid nightmare.
Glad I am renting and glad when my lease is up!
I feel bad for the people who bought in this greatly overpriced building!
Don’t normally leave reviews but this needs to be known!

I live in front of Vancouver House.
The architecture is beautiful!
The only problem is that people is throwing stuff in the balconies that is very unpleasant.
Like a mattress!
Do you have rules of what you can put in balconies?

So my bedroom wall is literally vibrating due to my neighbor's noises at 11pm. They are allowed to move around their apartment and close the microwave without the entire building shaking. Like what is the matter with developers. To be so vain and spend so much money on the architectural part yet build paper thin walls.
