Vancouver Laser is such a luxurious spa experience! For an eternity I've searched for a place to touch up my previous laser treatment, and was worried about the archaic painful machine that was used on me 13 plus years ago. Not only was my appointment pain-free, but I was treated to free ointments for irritation afterwards! Everyone who works at VL is extremely helpful, I was blown away by every practitioner who worked on me! I had three different laser techs and they were all really sociable, kind and thoughtful.

I'm so happy that I was referred to VL by my friend Amanda, it was delightful. I hope to zap all my unwanted hair away one location at a time in the future! Thank you Vancouver Laser!

Dr. Rowthorn is my absolute favourite and I trust her above anyone else. She’s not only personable and great to work with, her eye and judgement is unparalleled.

The team and technicians at Vancouver Laser were incredibly accommodating. They not only offered snacks but also provided thorough information about the procedure. The spa is impressively spacious and impeccably clean. Despite my initial nervousness, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Had such a great experience with my mom here! The clinic is very spa like, clean and relaxing. I got the HydraFacial and my clogged pores were so clean and minimized after. It left such a beautiful glow. My mom got the Glass Facial Therapy and she loved it. Her skin was tight, glowy and hydrated and her complexion was so much more youthful post treatment. Highly recommend this place!

Sally is amazing at what she does, her service is very professional and I always look forward to coming into Vancouver laser because of her. Vancouver Laser exceeds all expectations! Consider if you will, how nervous most people are exposing their body to painful lasers, or just de-robing for techs in general. For me, who had laser done in 2014, I was worried the machines were still painful and archaic. Lo and behold! Vancouver Laser had an incredible new machine that I could barely feel. VL also sits you down for a comfortable consult, answers any question you need, and makes you feel completely at ease every step of the way. I felt right at home and everyone who works there was so kind and respectful. At no point was the pre-laser experience worrisome, and my laser tech, Kenzie, was phenomenal. It was painless and she was so fun to talk to! The building has such a ritzy aesthetic. The entire VL level looks and feels like a futuristic spa.

Amanda helped me book my appointment, and gave me a pre-rundown on what to bring with me. With my busy schedule, it was great of her to be there for me when I had to rebook last minute! Also, I'm absolutely obsessed with the care and attention to detail of their Instagram account-I had a 15 minute wait because I came early, and I lost myself in their before-and-after pics. Do I need to come here all the time now? Maybe!

The whole process from consultation, selecting treatments, booking, preparation, and treatments themselves, and follow-up was very professional and pleasant. Hi I definitely recommend Dr. Brock for under eye fillers and Botox.

I also was told that Ulthera laser would help with tightening my jaw and slight double chin. It was super expensive $1400 and didn’t do anything at all, I even waited the 6months to see the final results. I definitely DO NOT recommend Ulthera at Vancouver laser.

Do not recommend this clinic at all. Not professional. The treatment made a big dark spot on my skin. Stay away.

Love this place! The best cosmetics clinic I have ever been in Vancouver. I got my laser facial, Botox injection all in this place. All staffs are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Dr. Cheung and his assistant Vivi, they made me feel valued not just a client. Love their consistency with checking up on me. Moreover, they won’t be hard selling you on unnecessary products or treatments unlike some other clinics will keep persuading you to inject more units or stuff.

Dr Brock did amazing Botox injections for my wrinkles, he’s professional, relaxed and clearly very experienced. His approach keep it natural approach was exactly what I was looking for.

I can’t express how happy I am to have found Vancouver Laser and Skin. Two years ago I was looking to get something done to feel better about my appearance. I had had filler and Botox previously at multiple clinics and was never very happy with the results. I decided to spend some time and effort to find someone outstanding. I went on three consultations who told essentially told me that I needed about $8000 worth of filler. One even recommended a facelift. I’m not opposed to surgery but I certainly didn’t feel like I needed it yet. My consult with Dr. Rowthorn was my fourth and final—what began as a search for an expert who could tweak my appearance with a bit of filler had turned into a seemingly hopeless quest.
Right away I knew that Dr. Rowthorn was extremely knowledgeable. She wasn’t at all phased by what I had been told by other clinics and was confident she could help me. She explained the processes of ageing and why just injecting filler into your cheeks doesn’t help. It requires someone who understands how our bodies age and exactly what tweaks will be most effective.
I had filler treatment that day, and the results are still holding up. Today I went back for more treatment in a new area and again, the results are absolutely outstanding. Dr. Rowthorn is extremely gifted and you couldn’t pay me to go elsewhere. The clinic is beautiful and you are treated like a VIP every visit. I am so grateful!

I've been with Vancouver Laser since 2011 and I am so happy with the result. The staff are very friendly and professional. I usually have treatment with Meagan or Jennifer. They are awesome nurse.
And also Jaymie, eventhough she is new in the clinic, she immaculately did my immediate post care treatment. My face was free of redness and irritation!

This is a great place overall. Clean, straight forward and no hidden fees or information. Dr. Wong was very quick and gentle which I could appreciate, and Jenny was phenomenal in her chairside manner. Very informative and comforting as well. Will come back!

The place is really warm and welcoming, the staff are nice. Zicar welcomed me in and told me all about what I should expect as it was my first botox treatment. Dr. Cheung was so professional yet so friendly and easy to talk to, the procedure itself was a breeze and I love the results

I am beyond impressed with their level of service and patient care! From the moment one steps off the elevator and into their spa-like foyer, it seems that every moment of the experience has been designed to make the customer feel at ease. I had a great experience with Dr Brock. He is very experienced and did a very good job on my tear trough and chin. Definitely recommend to friends. Reasonable price too. Not pushy at all. Will definitely be back next time!

Sharing my experience as it may help someone else when making a choice of where to go for skincare and treatments. I paid the $100 consultation fee and met with a 'Aesthetic Consultant' not sure what the qualifications are for that role, but I don't believe this person would actually be providing any treatments. I wanted to focus on skincare and skincare treatments. After a brief chat with the Aesthetic Consultant a Dr came in the room and asked me if I wanted to get botox right then. I did not book the consult to get botox, I booked it to have a consultation to talk about my skin. I feel I got no value out of the $100 it cost to talk to someone. There are plenty of other great medspas in Vancouver, many don't charge a consultation fee and many others that do will at least let you use the consultation fee towards product. Vancouver Laser charged me a $100 so I could be pressured to get botox on the spot, and completely ignored the approach I was interested in. Disappointing, would not recommend when there are so many other good options in Vancouver.

I LOVE this clinic! I have been coming to Vancouver skin and Laser for over 10 years now for various different services and I am extremely happy with my experiences and with everyone that has been patient, kind and precise.

The price point is also very fair considering your placing your face and body in someone’s care therefore skilled professionals are essential. I will always pay for quality and it is my go-to.

IPL and other laser treatment options they offer have helped keep my skin (and me) happy for years!

I cant begin to explain how pleased I am with Vancouver laser & skin care treatment results down to the hospitality from the staff from when you arrive to when you leave. Let alone the IV therapy is very much worth it I feel brand new each time as a athlete making sure I get all my vitamins & minerals is vital.

I’ve also been getting PRP for hair regeneration & the results have been amazing … my nurse Jennifer was smooth & efficient comfort was a understatement. Thank you to Amanda, Bryan, Meagan, Alexis & the whole staff the energy is amazing and appreciated.

No other place to be!

I booked a thermage treatment two month ago with requested technician Mandy, not only did the reception change my appointment technician with someone else, but also failed to even notify me. I had to physically call and ask about the appointment few days prior to my treatment. Scheduled my work around it just for that and I even did a hydra facial a week prior to the thermage treatment in order to get a better result.however all I got is a call asking if I can comply with a post care treatment that I didn't even want with another date (which I need to asked for another day off to comply with this) Very disappointed with Vancouver Laser, this is not what I expected at all.

I have been going to Vancouver Laser for few years now and have been getting a variety of treatments because they have a lot of options to target my concerns.

I would like to personally thank MJ and Amanda today for resolving my issue. There was a minor inconvenience today, Amanda approached my situation by involving the manager to help me resolve my issue. The front office manager, MJ was able to rectify it for me immediately.

They went beyond and above in this case as the matter was rectified on the spot immediately. I was satisfied enough to continue to be their gold member.

Really good experience，every staff is patient and takes care of you. When I was having numbing cream, they have the massage chair, that's soso cool.

I went in for a hydrofacial and was so pleased with the top notch service I got. First of all, the place is neat and very well kept and the facility complies with covid 19 rules. I was attended to quickly and the entire hydrofacial process was painless and quick! In 25mins my face went from looking dull to looking significantly smoother with so much glow! I can't wait to go back and I recommend 100%.

Nice service from staff. Space was clean and nicely decorated. Only small complaint is how brief the consultation with the doctor was. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me - perhaps even less than three minutes! As it was my first time receiving treatment there, I would have hoped Dr. Wong would have gone through the treatment and healing process with me more thoroughly. I imagined he might ask me about other treatments I am considering and go through which ones he would recommend. I probably would have booked further appointments if he had taken the time to do so. I did book the appointment as a "consultation" after all. Still - everyone I encountered seemed very kind and knowledgeable, so it was all around a good experience.

I received PRP treatment for my scalp to help with my thinning/shedding hair. Just after my second treatment I began noticing a considerable difference in volume. The nurse Lydia was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at performing the procedure.
