Kam was very professional and demonstrated excellent knowledge the first moment we spoke on the phone for a simple inquiry on laser/smooth eye. When we met in person and after seeing my face, she explained to me that her approach would be two-fold. She performed the laser on my face. She was very patient with me, efficient and caring. I saw results immediately after the "tightening procedure" and she went above and beyond in the service! Kam gave me some tips and explained to me the underlying problem of my skin. She took the time to give me additional information on how to improve my skin.
I will come back to see her for more laser around my eyes. I trust her and highly recommend her. She is not just applying a temporary fix (like botox or filler) but a general approach less invasive based on your body creating more collagen.

In order to have the free appointment I had to shave. I feel like she didn’t ask the questions before hand and I had to go for 10 min when we could have that conversation before the appointment. It will be much appreciated if you ask the questions before I shaved cuz we didn’t begin the treatment that day nor she checked my area. So tips for the new First comers like me haha.

* You need to wait at least 1 month to have the appointment after the waxing to start your treatment.
*Shave before going.
* You need at least 10 sessions to see results. Each session is more than $200

Kam was honest in her consultation with me. She gave me her honest opinion about what treatment would be best suited for me. She explained what treatments would work for my face/neck and let me know how many treatments I needed. She's knowledgeable in this field! Booked a lunchtime consultation, no one let me in or showed up to the appointment. There was a call back over an hour after my appointment but I was already back at work so I will take my business somewhere else.

I booked a 15mins free consultation and 15mins laser hair removal appointment, the entire procedure includes payment only took 5mins, felt so rushed and careless, without giving proper explanation before the treatment and post-treatment care even though I had laser treatment before.

My shop is on the same street as Vancouver Medi Spa and after so many of KAm’s clients coming in declaring her their “skin goddess” and the “only one they trust with their face”…I had to see for myself! They were right! I initially went to Kam for laser tightening and to work on my nasal labial folds but I now trust to do so much more and have never felt better! Thanks KAM!

I’ve been debating laser hair removal for some time now and have done a lot of research on it. Kam is amazing! Personal touch, so informative and a beautiful space. She uses only the best equipment and I feel confident going to Vancouver Medi-spa. Definitely recommend them! I’m going to start getting more treatments there!

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the wart removal service at Medi Spa. Not only were my warts not effectively treated, but the entire procedure felt rushed and careless, lasting a mere 5 minutes.

Upon entering Medi Spa, I expected a thorough and professional treatment. However, I was shocked to find that the staff rushed through the entire process without giving proper attention to my concerns. The treatment itself was completed hastily, barely lasting 5 minutes. It was evident that the staff's priority was to move patients in and out as quickly as possible, rather than providing quality care.

Unfortunately, the rushed treatment did not yield the desired results. The warts on my skin remained untouched, showing no signs of improvement whatsoever. I am deeply disappointed that I entrusted Medi Spa with my wart removal, only to have my time, money (OVER 250$), and hopes shattered.

Moreover, the lack of attention and care given during the procedure was alarming. The staff seemed disinterested and unaffected by the importance of the treatment. I expected a comprehensive and thorough approach to ensure the complete removal of my warts. However, the minimal effort and rushed nature of the treatment left me feeling neglected and disregarded as a patient.

I strongly advise against choosing Medi Spa for wart removal services. Their rushed approach and lack of effectiveness in treating warts make them an unreliable and unsatisfactory option. Seek out a clinic that values their patients' well-being and takes the necessary time to provide proper treatment.

I have never been to a medispa and was always kinda intimidated, but Kam is amazing and made me feel so comfortable! She’s clear and about treatments processes and pricing, plus her prices are very reasonable compared to other places I explored in Vancouver.

I went in for rosacea treatment (redness on my face) and not only did it have immediate and lasting effect, she gave me really great advice about root causes and how to improve puffiness in my face that’s unrelated to rosacea. Would highly recommend!

Ms. Kam is so warm & inviting and very thorough throughout the entire free consultation. She has given wise practical advice regarding healthy eating. She made me feel extremely confident during & after the consultation and I am going to book the laser nail treatment. She was also very polite because she switch het lunch with my booking because I arrived 15 min earlier than my appointments.

Best place for laser Wart removal surgery. I went there, she gave me various suggestions on supplements that one must take and the laser surgery was quick as well. Very professional and highly recommended.
