I worked with Ryan recently to secure a mortgage for our new townhouse in North Vancouver during the surge in property sales in spring 2021. It was a challenging time to purchase a property with all the market activity and as a first time buyer. Ryan and his firm provided excellent client support through this process, searched out and secured the lowest rate mortgage options city wide, was very diligent in reviewing documentation, and was generally great to work with. Honestly, I don't know if I can express in words well enough how wonderful it was to work with Ryan. We were (yes, we bought because of this guy) first time home buyers with ALL of the questions. He gave us so much time and never made us feel like our multiple emails and calls were a bother. He is incredibly responsive, which blows my mind considering he has a young family!

Not only did he get us a great deal, but he taught us a lot. Ryan is innovative in his approach - from his video messages when he is on vacation or when you finally close the deal, to his video newsletters that teach you about the process, what is going on with the Bank of Canada, trends etc.

We also had a last minute challenge with our lawyer and within minutes, he pulled some personal strings to make sure we were taken care of. He can do this because I am guessing that he treats the people he works with, with as much care and charm as he treats his clients. To know that you have that additional layer of support because he is genuine and solid human, is the cherry on top.

We highly recommend and will definitely be using Ryan on our next house. As I said, we cannot sing his praises enough.

Ryan Zupan and his team have consistently gone above and beyond for us. We first started working with him a couple years ago when we looked into getting a new mortgage, he answered all of my questions and looked into everything thoroughly for me and gave me his honest opinion of what would be the smartest thing for us to do, and that was to stay with our current lender and just port our mortgage. This impressed me because even though he spent his time reviewing our information, in the end it didn’t benefit him to have us stay with our lender but he advised us to nonetheless. Naturally I decided to go with him for our current re-finance and new purchase; he put up with my endless phone calls and emails and was always prompt in responding. Even though he’s a very busy man he made us feel as though he always had time for us and he made our experience as seamless and pain free as possible!

Super A+ experience with Ryan.

It was a multi year communication with him. Started looking around in 2018 and eventually bought in 2020.

As with anything in Vancouver real estate, was in a bit of a pickle with tight timelines and he was able to help me out. I bank via an online exclusive bank and bank drafts are incredibly slow. Ryan acted both as a trusted advisor and as a therapist to ease our minds about closing periods.

The goal with working with a mortgage specialist is not having to lift a finger when it comes to closing. Ryan was that and much more!
