Very good quality passport photos and great service. I had my photo taken right away and it was ready to go in 10 minutes.

Having observed its high rating on review, I selected this photo studio for taking passport photos of my child, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Upon entering the establishment, the receptionists greeted me with a complete lack of a smile and an air of rudeness. Following the photo session with my kids, the results were not presented to me. Upon receiving the photos the next day, I was genuinely shocked. Aside from the inconsistent lighting and dark patches, the photo paper's quality was subpar, and the resolution fell short. When I approached the Service Canada service desk, I was informed that photos with backgrounds of varying colors would not be accepted. This evidently points to a quality issue with the photo paper. I have decided against returning to this photo lab, and I strongly discourage others from choosing it. It's really disappointing and waste of time and money.

Some of the BEST service I’ve ever gotten my canvases were so nice with very high quality.

If you want fantastic photo print quality and excellent fast service, this is the store you must go to. I've tried all London Drugs, Costco, Walmart and many other printing services, but they are way above anyone else. 100% recommended. Went there to get an ID pic in a very specific size. Everything went well. Pics were ready in an hour.

Great customer service, response time, and very efficient results. I had a custom booklet made with photos I sent in. They took over snd designed a booklet without any need for my nitpicking and the results were beautiful and ‘ luxury’ worthy. Worth the drive from Vancouver in the snow.thanks guys! Went to Vancouver Photo Lab instead of the others because of the amazing rating, and they did not disappoint! The lady at the front counter was very patient and helpful.

Transport Canada has strict requirements on the way photos need to be for pilots, and she just quickly jotted them down, asked if I could wait 30 minutes after the shot and that was it!

The aesthetic of this place is awesome, you walk in the front door and there's prints and canvas paper all around you, there's a couple of massive printers right in front of you and overall the place has nice decor.

This is the best place to print your pictures, the owner went beyond and above my expectations to do the job, he even retouch my pictures for a better print.if you have anything to do with photography and printing this is the go to place in all vancouver.

We went there to print pic on canvas, picked it up after a week. When got home, realized the size delivered is much smaller from what we ordered and paid for. In addition, from frame perspective the order was not even followed. No refund no explanation. Low quality of service - just waste of money. I’m not recommending them at all.

Wedding photo album quality was good however poor customer service. After paying online I didn't hear from them for 4 weeks. I called and was told it was ready for pick up that Friday. I drove there and it wasn't ready because they didn't know if I wanted a plain black or white cover. Disappointing since they could've asked me over the phone or put that choice online. The male employee promised (his words) it'd be delivered the next Monday and it didn't arrive until end of the week. I'm disappointed with their communication and time management. Don't make promises you can't keep!

This place was highly recommended to me for infant passport pictures by a mother's group I am part of and it did not disappoint. They said they try to get their infant pictures for passport taken in another places and after several tries and baby crying etc etc gave up until they found this place. At Vancouver photo lab Poco the pictures were taken in seconds, first try with baby still in the stroller. As my family has multiple citizenships I needed a bunch of different sizes and specs to be followed.so I took my baby there and they were really professional the pictures were taken in seconds with my baby still in the car sit - did not suffer at all, they were ready same day in 30 minutes. In my case because there were so many specs one of them was off size and I had to go back but they have amazing customer service they fix it right away and gave me free prints. I would definitely go back there for all my family passport pictures.

Had passport photos done for my toddler and the service was outstanding. Lita took and processed our photos quickly and entertained my toddler during the photo session. She was awesome! I would highly recommend Vancouver Photo Lab for their amazing service

I needed a photo that I took off of my phone blown up to a large wedding photo. I originally went to staples and they said they couldn't do it because the resolution would be blurry. I happened to come across this place on my way to Costco. Not onky were they able to blow up my photo in such high resolution, but they did it while I was shopping at Costco! Meehan and her team were awesome and I highly recommend them!

1. The boss here is lazy, never keep a promise with poor time management. He also forgot to scan one more item that was included in the box.
2. Poor customer service, just like other reviews there is lack of communication between the boss and the employee.
2. Damaged item! I told him twice never to damage the picture because its very fragile, and the scanned file had the picture damaged, as if he pinched it while grabbing.
4. The scanned file wasn't in straight line, it was tilted a bit so I had to work on photoshop to turn it in the right angle.

Very happy - Just took my two year old here for passport photos. The man working quickly snapped a bunch of photos while she was happy and distracted, as she is a busy toddler. I came at the end of their business day so they needed a day to develop. When I picked up I also asked for nexus photos and they printed within 10 minutes. Super friendly service.

I am so glad that I found this amazing Professional photo lab in my area. I chose vancouver photo lab for my wedding canvas prints and am so so impressed with the customer service and quality. A couple days after receiving my canvases, I was dusting and accidentally wiped my dusting cloth along the bottom of one of the canvases, causing some discoloration. I emailed vancouver photo lab for advice on how I could fix my mistake, and they offered to replace my canvas at no charge!? They also have a quick processing and delivery time.thank you Mina and everyone at vancouver photo lab for your outstanding customer service from start to finish! Saw this company through facebook. Asked their customer service if photo canvas was available at their store. They said yes. I went forward and sent my orders. This is my first time doing canvas photos. It was a really tight schedule before valentine’s day that they had their promotion for. They had our canvas done by Tuesday, today, in 3 business days. For 30% percent discount off promotion, Valentine’s Day. This is top notch, professionally done job due to the last minute rush of providing our photos. Cause I didn’t know which size to have our canvas. Cause I had no clue about sizes since I’ve never done photo canvases before. They were really great and patient with me and providing with size samples.

Results were amazing. Me and boyfriend travelled all the way out from East Vancouver.

Went to Costco but they told me that their photo lab is now closed. Luckily I found this photo lab right across the street. They said they just moved into the neighbourhood which is great! They printed 3 of my photos on canvas and I absolutely loved my orders. I was able to get my passport photo done from them, and was really quick to receive. I found their quality much better than costco, will definitely be back!

Went before they had my framed photo ready because of my mistake, they still said they would have my framed photo ready in the next 15 min after I arrived. They got the work completed and it turned out fantastic. Great work and customer service.

Had a canvas print done in 3 business days. Very responsive via email as well. I loved the thicker frame they used on the canvas print. I had one done somewhere else before and the frame was half the thickness. I would absolutely come back to them again when I need more canvas prints done. Their staff was lovely and fast. Also they had a ton of information around what passport photo standard for all countries. I also have ordered a photo book and the quality was amazing.

Printed a single card here. Great price, great quality, but the card turned out sideways despite my many confirmations and asking them to send a proof before printing. Can't blame them for not doing it though as it was only a $5 job. Overall decent.

I visited British Columbia from Ontario, and needed a place to print some beautiful landscape photos of B. C.to take back home with me. Vancouver Photo Album was able to print a city line shot for me on canvas and wrap it beautifully in a short time frame. I’d highly recommend their professional service.

I was sent an email with confirmation that I can pick up after 3pm. Drove half an hour to this location and a lady working here could not find the order. Seems super unorganized. She couldn‘t get a hold of the owner either to find out where he left the prints. Had to leave without the prints. They did apologize via email after the fact and tried to make things right so I understand that this was hopefully only a one time incident.

Shalier made the meeting schedules and design process so efficient and easy. He is very organized, flexible and knowledgable of his profession. He put us at ease when he demonstrated that he is the right person for the job. Amazingly, well planned, beautifully designed and perfectly executed.
Shalier and his wife coordinating work, time management and plan executions are the major part of the quality work.
We expected the final product to be good, but we are blown away by the beauty of our Wedding album.
