I am so happy that I have found this clinic. The best technician ever is Wendy, very caring, professional, and takes the time needed to do a very thorough exam I would highly recommend Wendy and this clinic for friendly, fast and efficient results.

I booked an appointment with Vancouver Ultrasound to repeat an ultra sound that I doubted was accurate that I have previously done through the public medical system. They were very fast to book me in and no wait at all. Their staff was super friendly and professional. And Wendy the technician was such a wonderful person. Very compassionate yet knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manners. Even though private, I don’t regret for one second paying for that test and getting a detailed result that eased my mind that I could not get through the public medical system. Worth every penny. Great clinic! Made an appointment on the next day instead of waiting for 2 months. No line, spent around 15 minutes and it was not expensive. Very nice staff! Highly recommend, will use in the future.

They were prompt, friendly and professional. My ultrasound and results were time sensitive, and they were very efficient at getting everyone sent off. The clinic is also clean, quiet and well maintained

Amazing Experience! Highly recommend. Had to have a pelvic ultrasound quickly. I called on a Saturday and had an appointment that day but realized I could not make it so re-scheduled for two days later on the Monday. Ultrasound tech was very professional and thorough. Very happy with this experience.

I am forever thankful for Vancouver Ultrasound. I found a mass to my breast and the wait time was close to 7 weeks for an ultrasound, so I decided to go the private route. My private ultrasound was done the following day after they received the requisition from my family doctor. My result were read immediately since the scan came back positive for malignancy as they found another mass to my lymph node.

They contacted my family dr immediately and also sent me my full report via email. They went above and beyond by hand delivering my full report to the hospital so I could be expedited for my biopsies. I started chemo the same week I was supposed to get my “covered” ultrasound through the healthcare system, essentially I started cancer treatment 2 months earlier than I should have if I had waited. I am grateful I was able to go the private route.

A family member needed an ultrasound for a mysterious ailment a few days before a travel date. The phone was answered on Friday afternoon at 4 pm, when other clinics were closing, and we managed to get a spot the next morning! The ultrasound tech Anna was compassionate, helpful, and went above and beyond - as did the receptionist - and we rec'd our report from the radiologist a few hours later! This business is professional and caring, and worth every last penny not only for peace of mind, but it saved our travel plans! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Highly recommended. Quick appointments. Professional, friendly, and highly expert staff. I've been here twice, first for a pregnancy dating ultrasound and second for a detailed anatomy scan. Unlike some MSP clinics, you can bring your partner in the room with you the whole time. You also get several printed scans of the baby as a keepsake and the tech will talk to you during the scan and explain things, and not sit in awkward silence like other clinics. In addition to your results being sent to your doctor, you also get a email from the Radiologist summarizing the ultrasound observations. They are worth every penny and I really wish we had more private clinics like this in Vancouver.

I had a wonderful experience with this clinic. They were quick to respond to my appointment inquiry (within a couple hours of my initial request online) and worked around my schedule for a date/time that would work best for me - I was able to get an ultrasound done just a couple days later (even though I was offered a same day appointment as well). The staff at the clinic were incredibly friendly and professional, and the ultrasound itself was done with care. The lady doing my ultrasound took the time to make sure i was comfortable and answered any questions i had, and even showed me the images on the screen to satisfy my curiosity. As someone who gets nervous with medical visits, I truly felt completely comfortable and their kindness was really appreciated. They follow up very quickly too, as I was able to receive my results the next day. I've never had a more pleasant experience in a medical office than I did at this clinic - I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs the services they offer.

Very fast ultrasound examination, easy to make an appointment, almost isolated is OK. Mandarin and Cantonese are ok, ann is very nice, and patiently explained while doing B-ultrasound.

I went to do the ultrasound yesterday. The environment is very good. When the appointment arrives at 1: 00, I can go directly to the room to do it, and I can also accompany my father-to-be. The doctor who helped us with the ultrasound was very nice and patiently answered our questions. I also asked my husband to take photos and videos, hahahaha The children are healthy, very good
