Had an incredible tour of the Vancouver Harbour and Granite Falls. Our Captain, Jasper was a very knowledgeable and kept us engaged and entertained throughout the entire 3-hour tour. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about the area and wanting to see the beauty of the fjords. Thank you, Jasper for sharing your time with us - you obviously love your job!
I’ve done their jetski rentals 7 times now and their equiments always maintained and high end. Their staff are friendly and well trained. Me and my friends always have a blast here 10/10!
Our team went on the City & Seals boat tour this summer and loved every minute of it. Our guide was great and we learned so many facts about our beautiful city! So fun being a tourist in our hometown. We highly recommend Vancouver Water Adventures for your next team outing!
We joined today’s Granite Falls tour and had a really good time. It’s a nice way to see important areas in Vancouver. The guide makes several stops along the way and shares interesting information about these places. The views were stunning! The Indian Arm is absolutely beautiful. It was raining while we were cruising through the Indian Arm - but we didn’t bother at all. Being on this thrilling ride was fun. I would absolutely recommend this tour!
Four of us took the Zodiac fast boat 3 hour tour. It was a great way to get to see parts of Vancouver you didn’t know existed. The guide was very skilful and knowledgeable giving a full commentary when not hacking along at speed. Towards the end of the tour we powered through a pretty heavy shower with big NW raindrops pinging off us, but it was worth it when the sun came out and looking behind us there was the brightest full rainbow I have ever seen (you may get as lucky as me). As if one was not enough a second rainbow appeared. The guide was generous enough to turn the boat and just bob about looking at this beautiful thing of nature. Thank you.
We had the best time on our Granite Falls tour last week. The views were stunning, and gave us a really great introduction to the Vancouver area. We went out past English Bay, under the Lions Gate bridge on to Deep Cove then Indian Arm. Saw some wildlife along the way too. Our guide, Danny, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and gave us some great information on our stops along the way. It was also our first time in this type of boat- great fun to be closer to the water and just enough thrill- even my 70 year old Mum loved it:) Would definitely recommend!
We enjoyed the 3 hour trip to and from Granite Falls. Amy was an outstanding host, captain, and tour guide. Granite Falls was underwhelming (the best time to see it is in Spring), but Silver Falls was beautiful! We highly recommend this tour.
Our family did the dinner cruise to Snug Cove with some friends. We had a wonderful trip and the food at the restaurant was awesome. Our guide was Simon and he was really great. We even spotted small pod of porpoise on the way back during sunset. It was a beautiful ride. Thank you Simon
One of the most fun things that I did in Vancouver. Our guide Braeden was great! Wear gloves if you have them because it gets chilly zooming around on the water!
Jasper was so knowledgeable of the tour. Very warm and felt he loves meeting people. Pray for the success of your Bussiness and tourism Thank you for your time and we had fun during the tour Jasper
Great experience, if I went again I would likely do a guided tour as it is very overwhelming once you are out there. Otherwise a great time, and lovely views.
I have taken the Granite Falls Tour 3 times now and it was great every time. The guides are very knowledgeable and I have learned something new from each one. Took the tour with Paul last week and he did a fantastic job of pointing out landmarks and speaking about how we affect nature with our behaviours and how we need to adjust to protect the oceans. Heard they are working on a Howe Sound tour, can't wait to book it when it's ready.
Yes, that was a great experience with the fast zodiac and the competent guide/captain Brian. Such a fjord trip is definitely recommended for every visitor to Vancouver, as you can experience both the city and the surrounding area well.
Alex and Jules were fantastic hosts for our City Seal Tour! I learned so much about my own city through they informational and fun boat ride. I would highly recommend this experiences to both tourists and locals!
Edit: Recently went on this tour again and it still continued to be awesome! Shout out to Simon for such a fun tour!
Experience to do if you want to visit Vancouver. I took the tour of the bay with a visit to the seal colony.beautiful to see the West Vancouver area from the ocean. 5 stars also to Dani for accompanying us on this tour.highly recommended.
We were looking forward to a trip with 6 seadoos as a start to our Canada vacation. At the beginning we had to leave a deposit via bank card for 6x 2000 Canadian dollars (12000 dollars). We were assured that this amount would be deleted immediately after the event (without any damage to the seadooes). Unfortunately it wasn't done that way - despite returning 6 perfect seadooes - the $12,000 was recorded and charged to me by Vancouver Water Adventures. Not quite what you want at the start of your vacation. Despite intensive correspondence with Vancouver Water Adventures and ultimately the threat of legal action, it took a full 6 weeks for the money to be refunded. Very annoying and time consuming.
Experience of a lifetime! We recently went on the Bowen Island Seadoo dinner tour with Vancouver Water Adventures and I can safely say it was one of the best things we have ever done! Right from the second we got there (late) the staff were so friendly and helpful. We signed the waivers, paid our fee and deposit and picked our food from the very selectable menu they gave us for dinner on Bowen Island. We got suited up and then our guide, Simon talked us through the safety and instructions before departing. We departed Granville island and stopped at the edge of the harbour for a talk and some pictures. Simon was such a wealth of knowledge and so helpful throughout the whole experience. The trip was made the best by him. He knew exactly where to stop, what to tell us, answered all our questions the best he could and overall made the whole experience what It was! Amazing! We could not have asked for nicer weather for the tour which really helped us enjoy the experience even more. It was Annies first time on a Seadoo and needless to say the smiles from ear to ear when we were on the water said it all! 100% would recommend this experience to anyone, especially those adventurous adrenaline driven people like us. Thank you to Simon and all at Vancouver Water Adventures, we will certainly be back! Darragh and Annie
