I gave your cruise your dinner not exactly what I was expecting it was not the best food ever you can do better for that price of money that you paid for that I wouldn't do that cruise ever

We went for the new years dinner. And it was just so disappointing for 125 per person. It can’t be called dinner. The seating was very tight and uncomfortable. We were handed out in paper plates a small croissant sandwich and that was the dinner.afterwards they handed out small canapés. The wine and drinks were charged and it was the worst water down Diet Coke and they had the cheapest wine posible 15 dollars boxed wine Jackson it was not good. If you are expecting a dinner this just wasn’t. So bad the dance floor was just a tiny space with no lights nothing. It was very bad. Worst service as well and very disorganized. Awful! The food from the food banks im sure is better.

The crew on both boats is friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

My friends and I had purchased tickets for the Haunted Halloween Boat Party. Well, they nailed “haunted” right on the head with this one. It was a nightmare.

When we arrived at Dock B at 7 pm, as the ticket stated, we were told to return an hour later for boarding because they were still setting up. At 8 pm, we returned to the most DISORGANIZED line-up I’ve ever seen in my life. People with all the wrong tickets scrambling everywhere and firecrackers being thrown at passerby’s. We were then informed that our boat had already left. No one would take accountability for telling us to return at the wrong time. Not a single employee had a clue what was going on that night. 100% the staff’s fault for telling us incorrect info.

After this unfortunate night, I have received some of the worst customer service of my life! I kindly sent my request for a refund to Alessandra Nader, and we began communicating, only for the company to stop responding for 6 days mid-conversation. There were multiple people cc'd to the email, yet no one replied until I reminded them. Now, they are refusing to refund my ticket, and instead are offering a 50% discount on two selected boat parties, or a “generous” 20% on other dates. As if I’d spend another dollar on their company.

After reading some of the other poor reviews, it sounds like their boat is falling apart. So, I assume they are desperate for money. Maybe I dodged a bullet not being onboard, but I still want my money back.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company.my friends and i purchased halloween tickets but due to being misinformed regarding the dock and the departure time by the incompetent workers, we missed our boat and now, they are refusing us a refund.this is ridiculous.after being on the phone with the sales manager, my friend was furious by the horrible customer service and their ridiculous behaviour.i would give it 0 stars if i could.

My wife is big into dressing up for Halloween and going out. She booked us on the Queen of Diamonds Halloween Boat Cruise this year. The boat launch is located down at the Plaza of Nation on False Creek north, dock A. The boat was quite large and had 3 decks. 2 decks had seating and a bar, while the top deck was the outside deck. The main deck had the dance floor, which wasn't very big, especially for a boat that held over 200 people. The ceilings weren't very high, 8ft and the bathrooms were below deck, which were easy to get too. The cruise was a full house, and most of the participants dressed up. They served a little food. Green salad, potato salad, bun, and parmesian chicken. The drinks were pricey but you know that's expected. What really made the cruise was the DJ. He was awesome in his music mix and selection. Everyone was up and dancing to the end. It was a 3 hour cruise. All in all, it was a very fun time.

I can't even believe the horrible experience I had with this company and I am one of the last type of people to leave bad reviews for companies but this is OUTRAGEOUS, never go to any of their events. My friends and I went for one of their halloween cruises and we were misinformed by staff members about the dock we were supposed to be at and the departure time of the cruise, we were told to come back again at 8pm and when we came back, a different staff member had told us that the boat had already departed. Alessandra Nader, the sales manager of this company, denied my right to get a refund for the tickets I purchased after being misinformed by their staff members and missing the boat, therefore leading to an awful experience after my friends and I had been excited for this night for so long. Not only did they deny my claim to get a refund that was completely due to their incompetent staff and the accountability of the company, but they offered ridiculous discounts to future events instead, as if I would ever go to any of their events again. Save your time and NEVER go to any of their events, awful company and awful staff!

I can't get over how relaxing the Vancouver Cruise was. It's like a mini-retreat right in the heart of the city.

Trip of a lifetime. Went on a cruise and it was amazing! Not only were they skilled, they were ultra friendly. No pretenders on this ship, really felt like we were all family. That goes for the other passengers as well. Food was plentiful and delicious, Budget-friendly.

The staff was attentive and friendly during visit. Friendly service can really enhance the overall experience.

Worth it! Really enjoyed the combination of yatch party with natural view and that added the more fun with tasty food and the hospitality was really kind and welcoming

This was our first river cruise with Scenic. The ship was ravishing, the staff was incredible, and food the was exceptional. Especially loved the wine pairings at dinner. Every moment was a memorable experience. Our Scenic cruise was a top-notch phase of the way! Already planning our next one!

I held a birthday party out there at Vancouver Cruise. The ship was well-maintained, and the cabins were relaxed and clean. The food was tasty and there were a bunch of options to choose from. The amusement was top-notch, with a variety of displays and workouts available.
