The Vandelta group did a great job on our installation. We met with Chris to describe our needs and he made valuable suggestions that we agreed upon. The date and time was set and the technician, Randy, arrived, as promised, and did an excellent job with the initial installation. When he discovered a problem with the installation, due to an internal problem, it was quickly diagnosed, a new part replaced the old one was so that the installation could be completed in a timely fashion. The technicians were neat, tidy, communicative, and efficient. They left the site completely cleaned up.

In the spring of 2022, the 17-unit Vancouver housing co-op where I live, after doing much research, settled on VanDelta Communications Systems — long a trusted vendor for our Co-op — to install a new intercom system for the building (to replace the intercom system VanDelta installed some 38 years ago). The Committee in charge of making the decision met with Christopher Rae to discuss the various options available to us. At the end of the day, Christopher said, "You know, I could recommend one of our more expensive systems. But, honestly, I think you would be best off with the least expensive option open to you — that's the first rate intercom system, I believe, that will best meet your needs. " After a bit more discussion, the intercom system Christopher recommended was the one we went with, had installed (a thorough and seamless process), and which the 27 members of my housing co-op are very much enjoying ("I can answer the front door from my bed! " "When I forget my keys, I can now get into the building using my cell phone" "The sound quality is unbelievable. We should have installed this intercom system years ago! "). We went from having to answer a wall-mounted AirPhone (where the sound had become increasingly indistinct) to responding to trades and friends buzzing us at the front door, by talking with and then letting them into our building.

We are so thrilled with the service we have received from VanDelta that we've asked them for a quote on installing a new security system for our building.

We recently updated our door intercom system and after looking at several options, my property management company selected Vandelta for the work. The prep work and installation of the new system was done in a very professional and timely fashion and the residents loved it straight away. A request was made to have the door release sound muted as it was quite loud and the work was completed in less than 36 hours from the time of request. Great work, great service after the install and that is always the test.

We are a complex of 165 townhomes on 10 acres and when we needed new facility remotes for both gates and clubhouse Vandelta came through for us. They were professional and very fast to respond, they gave us great pricing and quick delivery of product. We continue to use them for our business needs.

Called Vandelta when my entry system stopped working and the original installer did not return my calls. Site visit was set up 4 days later (long weekend in between). Technician was delayed due to traffic (transit strike) but he called to let me know he was running behind. Mick quickly identified the problem and had it fixed promptly. All of my dealings with Mick and Natalie were professional and pleasant. Vandelta is now my go to company for entry systems,

Chris and his team were wonderful! They were very quick to respond to our need with our intercom. As it turned out, our old units did not talk to the new ones. Finally a contractor who delivers. We hired VDC to repair a Kantech access control fob system installed by another company. The other company installed the system but would not come back to maintain their installation after only a year. We called VDC and they were there that day to resolve an emergency issue we had going into the long weekend. The technician, dispatcher and sales manager were all very professional. The sales manager followed up the following week and presented options for future consideration in a thoughtful non-pressuring way. I call Vandelta this morning for an intercom problem. But the operator hangs up the phone. She said there is no one help her and another phone is ringing so she should go. She treats a customer as a just scam because she has to answer another phone? I hope and wish the reason for her behavior is just because of her personality, not my accent. Rudeness is much better than racism.

Vandelta installed a brand new intercom system at our 47 year old building, replacing the original (and failing) enterphone system. Prior to the installation Chris spent quite a bit of time preparing a review of several types of intercom systems that he thought would suit our building. He also provided addresses in our neighbourhood so we could look at the various models installed at buildings similar in size to ours. He gave us a good price, and the installation was done very quickly after we made our decision. The technician who did the installation had it done all in one day, at minimal disruption to our residents.
Our strata council and residents are very happy with the service we have had from Vandelta, and do not hesitate to recommend this excellent company.

I am a Strata Board member for a 44 unit apartment building deep in the West End of Vancouver. We decided to add a level of security to the building by moving to a keyless access entry system. We settled on VanDelta as our installer of choice (out of 3). The list of installs that they have completed in Vancouver's Downtown and West End areas is certainly impressive. The entire process with VDC has been professional, from the walk through estimating process to the final install and testing. There were a few bumps along the way - Strata had to get pricing approved at our AGM before moving ahead, so the time frame on the project was substantial. VDC held their pricing for us even though we moved into a new fiscal year! Huge +! We successfully negotiated acceptable install time frames for on-site access. Once the install was underway, the crew did experience some unusual roadblocks with our building, steel plates mid-wall and large section of concrete inconsistent with other buildings they've worked on. Hurdles cleared, they paid attention to all the details and we have now moved our 1987 building into the new millennium with a keyless entry access system accompanied by a new EnterPhone as a visitor welcome. Our Strata database for both keys/garage fobs and Intercom was sadly out of date and VDC really stepped up to help us get it all figured out! One thing that will leave a lasting impression on me... We have an owner group that is getting older and a number of them resisted this changeover. The installers that VDC deployed to our site were really patient and helpful with those who asked them questions, had concerns or were experiencing difficulty getting used to how these new devices work. Invaluable to me, as they were not texting, ringing my phone, or knocking on my door with those same issues! I would highly recommend VDC VanDelta for this kind of work for your building or business. 5 Stars!
