I know this company since 2020.this company service me since than They have very knowledgeable and experience staff. Proprty manager (Trevor) always give me good advice and they up to date every market news. It was really hard to manage property in Kelowna without your help. And you guys managed my property very well. I really appreciate for your service. And i am happy to continue service with this company

I was a little apprehensive to use an agent for my property at first, but Chris Wall has been amazing! Great communication, clear contracts, and I now have the piece of mind living out of town that my asset is being looked after - I could not recommend Vantage and Chris more.

I was looking for a property management company in Kelowna and was recommended by a family friend to reach out to Chris Wall from Vantage West property management, Chris was amazing he kept me up to date with everything and how the process will work, if your looking to hire someone hire Chris Wall he will do a amazing job. Honestly if I could give this company less than one star I would. We have unlucky found ourselves in a tenancy agreement with this snake of a property management company. After being helpful and responsive to get us in the unit all maintenance requests go ignored. The most basic things have been neglected in our unit for years prior to our tenancy. I can only URGE whoever is looking to rent or list with this company to look elsewhere before your trapped in an agreement with this negligent company.

Nope. Dont do it. All they care about is $. You have property managers stretched over way to many properties who have several teenage girl "assistants" who know zero. UPDATE Owners response tells all. What an absolute con artist. The girls are not employed? They are interns, is that your technicality? But this is typical of my experience with Vantage. Highest rated manager in city.by whom? Complete fiction and smoke blowing.

This company has managed our property very well over the last 2 years, specifically Ezra & Team.

Chris Wall and the Vantage West team have been a true blessing to us. We were in a difficult situation. We were with another management company that was below par, we had an underperforming manager who closed an eye to many things, and we had a problem tenant who was subletting, destroying the place, and landing us with huge bills.
Chris advised us through this horrible nightmare, which was quite challenging and took some time. We were finally able to switch to Vantage West and Chris became our property manager. He found a great tenant and is managing the place very nicely.
For these reasons, Chris has earned 5 stars.

I'll start by saying this is the first time I've written a bad review on Google.

I cannot express my dissatisfaction with Vantage West Realty. We have raised multiple concerns over the year, for which we've received delayed responses, deferral of responsibility and inappropriately addressing our issues.

This includes but is not limited to leaving our unit with a broken furnace for over 2 weeks in January and our unit persistently sitting at 14 degrees.

There are many excellent real estate companies in Kelowna. This is not one of them and I would highly dissuade you from considering them.

If you’re in the market for a property manager stop your search you’ve found the best in the Okanagan. I really can’t say enough good things about Vantage West. We bought our house from the VW realty team and went through a few tough years trying to manage the place on our own. We had a million and one terrible things happen as landlords and were at our wits end. We took on Trevor as our property manager just over a year ago and it’s been the most stress free year we’ve had in way too long. He takes care of literally everything so we’re 100% hands off unless a decision needs to be made at which time he’s great at communicating and gives solid advice when we’re not sure what the best route to take is. Highly highly recommend Trevor and the Vantage West team.

I am on my second property managed by Lindsay Anderson at Vantage West Property Management and I can't recommend Lindsay enough. Our first property had an insurance claim and she stepped up, looked after much of the small stuff so I could stay focused on my business and only brought me in on significant decisions. If you want to have peace of mind surrounding an investment property I definitely recommend giving Lindsay a call.

Trevor has been looking after my rental property in Kelowna for over a year now. He is an organized property manager with great communication and negotiation skills. I'd definitely recommend Trevor as an effective and a reliable property manager.

Trevor and his team at Vantage West were professional and easy to work with. They listed and rented out my property in less than 15 days. I recommend this team to anyone who wants to rent their property fast and hassle free.

I take no pleasure in writing this but I'm quite disappointed in our experience with Trevor. We applied to rent his own house, being told directly from Trevor himself that the process was essentially first come first serve, pending approval of course. The viewing went well and there was no sign that we were outside his criteria.

We excitedly applied the same day as our viewing. The application form says we'd hear back in 1-7 days, however we heard nothing about the status of our application for 10 days. No denial, no acceptance. During those 10 days we asked Trevor and Jessica about the status of our application multiple times, only being informed that another viewing was in progress or that there were multiple applications to review. This of course was no surprise to us but it failed answer our question, were we approved and in the running or not?

After 10 days we were finally told the rental had been given to another applicant. We have no issue with that choice as Trevor is free to rent to whomever he chooses. Finding the result out after 10 days of uninformative communication however didn't meet the initial expectations that were set. If we didn't meet the criteria for approval we really would've liked to know earlier, preferably in the timeline stated on the application form. If we were approved but 'put on the back burner' until a better application arrived then we should not have been told it was first come first serve. A simple "you're not a good fit for this place" or "I'm hesitant because of. " would have went a long way in improving our experience.

Long story short: Better communication to set our expectations appropriately would have been appreciated.

Despite the unclear and sluggish timeline of communication both Trevor and Jessica were kind and professional. If we chose to deal with Vantage West again in the future we hope that these issues will be addressed.

Trevor and his management company have been tremendous from day one and have looked after everything we have asked for in quick time. Trevor is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would hands down recommend him to anyone who is looking for a solid & reliable property management company.

Awful experience as renters from this company. The landlords screwed us over multiple times and Vantage west did little to nothing about it and repeated offenses kept happening. From landlords illegally entering our house, hijacking our power to complete renos on their personal garage/equipment shed, to coming home one day to a 5 foot by 2 foot deep trench through our entire backyard burying our personal belongings. All we got was a "we will talk to them" form Vantage but rarely any compensation came from them. Incredibly disappointed for a "professional" establishment.

I have been working with Trevor and his crew for almost a year now and it has been a great experience. They are professional, helpful, and get the job done. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service experience.
This company manages many rental properties in Kelowna and the area but their customer service is really lagging behind. The calls are not returned, messages are ignored. Trying to reschedule a viewing for 3 days to no avail.
There seem to be no concern with the fact that people are looking for a place to live and these communications are extremely important for them in order to make decisions!

Rental application process is horrendous; and should fall the cracks of their system they just simply will not get back to you.

I have owned many income properties in the past, but this is the first time that I had hired a Property Manager. Ezra Cremers from Vantage West Realty Inc-Property Management is amazing. If you are looking for a Property Manager in Kelowna that is communicative, professional and treats your property like it is his own, then Ezra is the Property Manager you need! My experience was not good. Poor tenant placment and paying my bills late. I was better off doing it on my own. I found no value in hiring them.

Contacted Trevor for tenant placement. He was able to come by within several days to view our property and take photos. Had several showings set up in less than a week and provided a quality tenant from the first group of showings. Property was rented within a couple of weeks. We would use their serviced again.

Trevor did an excellent job renting out my half a duplex. The process that he uses to assess potential tenants was thorough and the advice he gave me along the way is invaluable. I am very glad I used his services because I could not have found a better tenant, made a better addendum or rented the place out in that short of time. I will be referring Trevor to all of my landlord friends and using his services again in the future.

So much respect for Trevor at Vantage West - he is communicative and is always working hard for his clients to provide the best level of service - it's easy to tell he goes the extra mile every time without question. We are so happy to work with him!

Trevor has been an amazing help and has taken a huge stress off my shoulders. After not being able to sell a new house, Trevor stepped in to manage the rental. Not living near by, he has made the process of renting easier than I thought it would be. I met with a few companies in person to see who I would like to go with. I never met Trevor in person, but after a couple phone calls and going through the way he planned on marketing as well as the types of tenants he would look for, I felt he was the best one for the job and would look after my investment the best.
