After some discouraging visits to a previous vet, we were so happy to find Dr. Ben and the team at VCA Burnside. They take such good care of our pup, always check in after visits, and NEVER recommend unnecessary tests or procedures. Thank you VCA Burnside!

2 stars one star for me being generous. The service is slow. Waited on a doctor to email information which took over 3 weeks. Had to call 3 times to say to ask for that email. Not great service should come with lower fees

Absolutely love the staff here, especially the people at the front desk! Very helpful, friendly and they are really quick respond to texts/follow up. I like the texting reminders for when medications need to be refilled and appointment reminders/day after follow ups. They even have a bulletin board that showcases all the pets:) definitely recommend!

Dr. Lobb was afraid of my cat. He did not know what to do, and did not care about her and had no compassion. I wasted 130.00 and did not get a proper examine. I felt very let down and saddened by the vet. Not a good place to go if you love your pet. They do not care about animals and I got ripped off. Dr Lobb has no business being a vet. He is incompedent.
