Thorough, efficient, and friendly. The doctor takes time to go through everything and they don't try to sell you anything that isn't necessary. Punctual as well and overall great experience.

My husband returned home from Africa with a nasty tick bite, and the doctor in the emergency room at our local hospital had no idea and told us to soak it in water after we showed up there in an ambulance when my husband was unresponsive. We were desperate for some answers and help. In an effort to find help I emailed this clinic late at night asking for some guidance and help and they responded early the next morning with advice that we needed, which resulted in us getting the referral we needed for tropical medicine doctors. So while I can’t yet speak on an experience first hand, I can speak on their willingness to help and empathy for the situation we were in. When you’re scared for someone’s safety or life and you get the help you should’ve had the first time, it feels like a light in the midst of darkness. We are very grateful they saw the email and responded so quickly with advice that made a huge difference. Thank you! I only left the last star simply because I haven’t actually been to the clinic as of yet.

Fantastic experience for our whole family. The consultation was thorough and informative, and Georgina who administered the actual shots was efficient and took special care of our 3 year old. The costs were much more affordable compared to private travel clinics. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great experience at this clinic! Dr. Harding and Wanda explained everything thoroughly, and even gave tips on other ways to prepare for my trip.

Tip for anyone coming in: it's truly a huge help to have your vaccination records since you were a kid, so they can see for sure what you still need, what's just a booster, or where you're already set for life.

Great clinic! We went over my expensive travel plans and the doctor suggested a few vaccines that I might want and was super transparent on pricing and things he recommended or vaccines that weren't needed. Very knowledgeable and not pushy on my decisions. Plus everyone was super friendly!

The service was excellent from the reception to the nurse. The doctor very knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend the clinic if you are an oversea worker and traveler.

Due to school requirements, I need to take boosters. Front desk staffs were friendly and asked me to double check if my person info was correct. And Gio, the registered nurse, greeted me within 5 mins after I checked in. I told her why I needed it and I felt a bit nervous. She was nice and calmed me down, was knowledgeable to answer to the questions I had. I received 2 boosters and it was done less than a minute. Everything went smoothly and she signed the record for me. Told me I may experience some soreness, but I think I should be fine. Thanks again to the service provided by frontline healthcare workers during this time, truly appreciate the help.

The staff were informed and helpful BUT don't assume that just because they are affiliated with public health that they are giving you a fair price! Turns out they charge almost double for the oral typhoid vaccine and they do not inform you that it is available at any pharmacy for half the price. Disappointed. The typhoid vaccine that they sell and that other pharmacies sell for less than half the price is exactly the same.

Felt more like a saleswoman rather than a doctor. I also was given malaria medication which gave me horrible side effects and ended up getting extremely sick during my trip. The doctor advised me that it shouldn't be an issue with my stomach despite me telling her that I have a very vulnerable stomach. I ended up having the worst stomach problem with the malaria medicine which ruined my trip. The locals in Peru told me that, you actually don't need malaria medicine there. She also informed us that yellow fever ($200) is a mandatory in Peru but it never was. We were never asked for vaccination proof. The total cost of our vaccine and medicine was $600. Crazy! Please make sure to do your research before agreeing to anything she says.

This is my third time going to the clinic (first time was 20 years ago!). The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff were (and are!) fantastic. We brought our 8-year old in who does NOT like needles and the doctor explained things really well to him and the nurse was incredibly kind and patient.

We use Sunlife for our insurance and the charges were all above what Sunlife considers "reasonable and customary". For example, the Typhoid oral vaccine cost $75 but Sunlife only covers $31. I didn't comparison shop, so have no data on whether this clinic is more or less expensive than the others.just be aware that you will likely be paying out of pocket even with insurance.

We'll go back here for our upcoming trips.

Have been to this clinic three times now for vaccines I need for an upcoming trip to Vietnam and Japan. The staff is great! Very friendly and professional. Easy to book appointments and haven’t had any issues with wait times. Definitely going back for my next round.

Awesome experience! I made my appointment online, arrived early, and was seen early. Everyone was friendly.

The doctor looked over my itinerary and list of extant vaccinations, asked pertinent questions, and made suggestions (including for optional vaccinations in case I wanted to be extra careful (which I did).

The nurse painlessly administered the vaccination I needed, and made extra sure I understood the instructions for the oral vaccination I would be taking that evening at home.

I heartily recommend to anyone preparing for an upcoming international vacation who wants to be sure they shall be in accordance with entry vaccination requirements of all countries they shall be travelling through.

Had a good experience, very quick didn't have an appointment. I was looking for dukoral at a few pharmacies, which have been out for several weeks, they had it there and I could take it in time for my trip.
