No real "service" yet they charge 15% tips. Overpriced drinks. $45 for a bottle of $7 Soju!

I went there by myself. And turns out the service person said “you gonna charged for 2ppl’s price. Well then. The sound system is nice. Though not many Japanese songs, but still can find some new ones such as yoasobi-祝福, and 米津玄師 lemon, LiSA-炎, 紅蓮華, etc.
After tex, was about 91bucks. Well, what can I say. Strongly recommend come with a group. Or It's not worth the money.

Would you like to pay $13 for a bottle of Asahi? How about a 20% mandatory tip on the hourly charge for the room, even though there was literally no service to that room of any kind, and on top of a mandatory tip on the drinks you had to go get yourself from the bar? And speaking of the bar, I ordered a double gin and soda and the bartender handed me two cans…of soda. Just the kind of stellar service I want to pay huge charges for on top of high base prices. /s

Learning how to search for songs was quite the experience, and we never did figure out how to search for artists. I will admit the acoustics were great and the English song selection was not bad although honestly who doesn’t have Shoop and there was almost no classic rock besides Queen. Overall, had some fun, but felt ripped off.

Absolutely avoid this business as the security stuff are not just rude but behavior are against the law. Not sure which law is this business following but definitely not the one we do! It is shocking the security staff’s answer to my question was if you ever argue with me again you will see what happen. My lawyer has tried to made contact to this business but as there no email address. If the business owner/ manger ever see this review please reply with the email address my lawyer can make contact with as there are not website to your google my business page.

Never go back again. Price has increased, room is not clean (my hand got sticky after touching the table).
The worst thing is they focus you to pay 15% tips with no service (they put the amount in the machine and you cannot go back or choose other tips option), how dare they ask for customer to pay tip when the server don’t even bother to put a smile on their face? Lol

Sound quality is no doubt the best one I have tried. The room decor is also on par. Its all u can sing is definitely worth it. Cant comment on hourly rate nor food nor service since our group only cares about singing and sound. English and japanese songs are decent. But be aware you cant search japanese or korean songs properly. Best way is to go by artists like usual.

Nice place to go for karaoke. Love how there’s a little “stage” area for the singers to go up to sing. Also like how the lyrics project to both the front and back so that u could see the lyrics from both sides.

Nice service and beautiful venue with lots of parking. The security was very thorough and really did his job. I only wish they have more songs though.

Worst karaoke in town…the whole experience was an nightmare and I’m never going back again!
