Veerji Fish 'n' Grill

I placed a doordash order of a veg thali and chana bhtura. First of all, the quantity of food was too less. On top of it, the taste of food was awful. I do not know if the food was stale or frozen but it was definitely tasting like stale and the taste was bland. It was totally a waste of money. I could not eat it after I tasted it. Very disappointing experience. Will never recommend ordering from this place.

There food is good but the staff service is horrible also on the phone staff is very rude and horrible

Felt wastage of money I order dahi phalla the taste was so worth even they don’t add any napkins and cutlery. Recommend everyone never ever visit at this restaurant in life.

For the first time, I ordered from here but food is not tasty at all. I ordered Aloo Tikki chaat but it was only Tikki (looks like frozen one made of some other veggies and not 'aloo') and Chana, no onions or other garnished items.

We tried manchurian, dhai bhalla, spring rolls and masala tea everything was awesome it was great experience appreciated

We ordered food from this location using Uber eats and they send us the incorrect item. When we called the store about it, the owner/staff was rude and asked us to come back and pickup the correct item. The only reason we used Uber is to avoid driving. Guests were upset too. Really bad service. We won’t suggest anyone to use this location.

First i thought, in canada it is difficult to find the taste like india, but i was wrong, the food of this restaurant was delicious and tastes similar to the food in india

Me and my friend ordered channa bhatura by uber and we found metal wire from channa. It was not even ignorable.what a person have to go through if it gets into body. I liked their food alot and also posted one good review before but i am eating here again.

I ordered goat biriyani and tandoori chicken today. I must say the quality and quantity satisfies the customer. After a long time I came across a restaurant that fulfills the requirements of the customer. I price is really affordable. Thank you.

Excellent food and service. Ambience was quite good as well. It is not a huge place however price also is very very good. We tried the Thali and Biryani, both were splendid. We will definitely return to try other dishes.

Have eaten at veerji quite a few times and would recommend everyone to try them at least once.

The food was amazing, service was beyond. The gol Guppay are our favourite. Different options for Fish, which is a bonus.

We ordered like seven appetizers night time. SORRY to say, it was mistake we ordered here. Everything is stale. I have frozen aloo tikki at home, I would have made at home but didn’t know you guys would be giving same frozen stuff instead of making fresh ones, highly disappointed.

Placed an order thru doordash. Order went thru on app. Said food was gonna arrive in 30mins. Waited for a little over 30 mins then we receive a notification saying order was canceled becuase of "driver issues. " A refund was gonna be issued as a result. Called the place and ask about order if we can just pick up since it was just a "driver issue. " Food was not made at all and they said payment didn't go thru. Now, I don't know how it all communicates between the app and the drivers and the restaurant but who cancels who.if payment didn't go thru, why didn't the restaurant just call and tell us that payment didn't go thru to notify us. Instead of us waiting for nothing. Also, if payment didn't go thru, why are we being issued a refund. On the app, it did say our payment was processed. When we called the place just said that it cancelled but if we would still put an order we can but said they were closing in 15mins which wouldn't be enough time for us to order online again to have it delivered. A little bit of assertivness is all im asking for. Both restaurants and drivers wants to make some money right? Someone correct me if Im wrong and I will delete this review.

Very nice service and the servings are good portion and the food was very nice the fish masala is very good.

Went there on Diwali. It wasn't that crowded. Ordered Chhole Bhature and Masala Tea. Everything tasted nice and the server was nice and had a smile on her face.

We ordered food for pickup today! O mi god literally it was so bad! Naans were uncooked and butter chicken don’t even taste like butter chicken with uncooked chicken in it! We ended up throwing the entire food! High price with cheap quality! We used to order from this restaurant it used to be good but not anymore …;) you guys really need to focus on quality and how to hold your customers;;;;)

Never order malai kofta, naan and tandoori roti from here, taste horrible (never going to order again from here.

We ordered 6 samosa’s and channa masala first time. Out of 100 I would give 90 because Channa masala was missing gravy it was little dry but taste wise very good will come back again ️

One of the best place to have Indian food. Specifically bhalla chat papri is too delicious. Surrey branch team is very friendly and always helps me in ordering food. I must say their garlic naan and butter chicken is amazing.

Customer service is excellent.
I was craving for gulab jamun. Restaurant closes at 10 we went there 10: 30 but girl working there was very friendly and gave me gulab jamuns even in after work hours.

One of the best Indian restaurant in whole surrey. The food was fabulous. The owner of the restaurant was so kind and down to Earth guy. The way he greet give respect to the customer with the big smile is just awesome. This Restaurant food Delicious and very Humble Staffs. Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter way was very nice. The food was delicious.

The thing that stands out the most at this restaurant are the friendly staff who consistently provide great service. The lunch thali at $11.99 that includes 2 meat dishes, rice, naan, yogurt and a dessert is the best value around with the current surge in food prices. Outside the restaurant on the window is a sign offering free food to hungry passers-by who may not be able to afford a meal if they stop by the rear entrance - an excellent gesture of seva and giving back to the community. We've only tried the thali and tandoori and both tasted great. My suggestions would be to lose the flower arrangements on the table that crowd the space and the robot-server though very amusing is quite unnecessary in such a small space after Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted. On second thoughts, leave the robot-server for it's amusement value.

An amazingly awesome restaurant in Surrey town…I love the ambience and cleanliness. Staff is so so so attentive and helpful with full knowledge of Food and customer need. I strongly recommend Veer ji restaurant. If you really wanna enjoy real taste. I will definitely come soon and on repeat.

Tried this restaurant today. Walking in noticed how clean the place was and nicely appointed decor. Greeted by Harpreet, who I found to be very courteous and friendly. Ordered the Thali and Chole bhaturre. Food was delicious and nice portions, just enough to satisfy. I will return for sure.

It was really good ambiance food was really good I really enjoyed it was nice to visit here and food was great.

Wonderful staff, excellent customer service, girl at the reception is quite humble, knows how to make a one-time customer your regular.

OMG! The gobi paratha and Milk baadaam were awesome! We also love their aaloo tikki! The best was service! Phenomenon staff!
