Veerji Fish 'n' Grill - White Rock

I really liked this place, the food was great, I had the fish and chips. The coleslaw was the best I had in a long time, my husband had the goat curry meal, he said it was really good. We went for lunch and the service was quick, the lady serving us was beyond kind and the Cha was delicious. We will be going back next time we are in the area.

This could have been the shabbiest decor in town (it's not) and if still go back. The food was flavorful as well as tasty!

Relaxed setup.good food.came in for some fish n chips but coudnt resist trying their chiili fish and dahi tikki.a great place to wind down after a walk at the pier.

One of the finest place I have ever eaten. The food is very fresh and super delicious. The place is so clean and nice. It was busy due to weekend but the service was pretty quick. Goat curry and Yam fries are worth trying. Best butter chicken in the town in my opinion. I have tried many places but can’t beat this location. The staff especially the owner was super friendly and attentive. It was an amazing experience. Absolutely love the ambience and food. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I choose this place after reading out their reviews. You guys are really amazing Definitely will come back. Highly recommend this place for exceptional food and quality and warm hospitality.

We are from Nova Scotia and have had LOTS of fish & chips in our day. My husband says this was the best he had ever eaten! I had the LONDONER - fish & shrimp. Both were done to perfection and delicious. We're coming back! Here is a picture of the CAPTAIN'S PLATTER.

Best Indian food in South Surrey/White Rock region. Good ambiance and great location with plenty of free parking.
Pricing is reasonable with generous portion size. Will definitely visit here again.

Very delicious food. I had the goat curry. It came with 4 pieces of naan and basmati rice.
I’ve also had good fish and chips with daily specials 3 times a week.

My family and I ordered Veg thali and Aloo Tikki Chat! Both of the dishes were amazing. The staff was prompt and provided excellent service. Would definitely come again.

My husband and I went for our first time and we both loved it. The food was great! We both had the fish, he had the cod with shrimp and oysters as well. The portions were a good size, Our fish portion was actually larger than the chips! And the prices were very reasonable! I know we’ll be back for sure! Be sure to check them out I’m sure you won’t regret it.

I visit white rock location today for the first time with my mother in law, who had visited them thrice, had consistent praises for the food. She was right the food was amazing and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend this place!

We just had dinner at this excellent restaurant. The butter chicken, halibut and paneer were delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We decided to have our family reunion there in April because we were so impressed. We highly recommend this restaurant in central White Rock.

Everything was great about this place, food actually reminded me of all the indian flavors which is very rare to find.so happy to have this place close to my house.

My family and I have tried Veerji twice - once as takeout and once as dine in this past Saturday.
For take out we tried butter chicken, goat tawa, cod pakoras and naan - it was excellent and given the nice ambience with good Punjabi music we experienced at take out, we decided to go for dine in.
Again the music was great and the service was excellent - our waiter (I’m pretty sure she was the owner) was attentive, kind and answered all our questions regarding the menu. You could tell she took pride in the food, as she should.
We had to have the cod pakaros again and they didn’t disappoint- lots of good spice just the way we like it. We also ordered the goat tawa again as my husband and I have been looking for a thick gravy goat in ages and finally found it at Veerji. Excellent!
We also had garlic naans, shai paneer, gajrala (carrot fudge dessert made by owner) - all were great, dessert was one of the best I’ve had of its kind.
Dinner including wine was very decently priced with good portion sizes. We had leftovers.
The menu also has an entire fish n chips side to it that we haven’t tried.
We’ll definitely be repeat customers.

Just had the fish chips…. Tasty, not greasy, and generous portion. Their homemade tartar sauce is really good!

When I went there with my friend, the food is super delicious, so I think everyone should try this food like paneer tikka, tandoori chicken, chicken biryani and so on.
