Vegan Fried Chick' UN

Tried various chick'un burgers and we were happy with them all. Fries / poutine were good as well. Has decent GF options. Good value. Haven't ordered from the desserts menu but their ready-made desserts were good (e.g. Brownies).

Great spot to eat and grab food. The entire restaurant is vegetarian and vegan friendly. They even have some gluten free options. I tried the burger and the wrap. Both of which were delicious. Fairly priced. Must recommended.

Amazing food, one of the best places to go for vegan or vegetarian food (especially for our night time cravings since its open till 3am). We got to know about this place 2 years ago and we have been their loyal customers since. Their desserts are to die for as well. Must visit for everyone. They have added a lot of new items on their menu recently and the jalapeno burger has become my new favourite now along with Nachos corn chaat. They also have golgappas and chaat options available.

This is a fantastic little place to eat! Bonus points for having gluten free options:) I’m so excited to be able to enjoy chicken burgers again!
The staff are very friendly, patient and polite. The place is clean, bright, and refreshing! I definitely recommend Vegan Fried Chick’UN, especially if you can’t eat gluten.

Great Vegan Spot! Everything we tried was delicious. We had chocolate cake, tiramisu, and double chocolate brownies a la mode. So nice to have so many vegan options!

I have very bad experience as customer service is poor as they busy with their work and no one caring about customers. As i am asking questions but they didn't answer. Also food taste is not good as how seems on menu

Loved everything about vegan fried chicken!
The service was friendly and informative.
The inside was comfortable to sit in for a casual spot. A nicer fast food vibe.
The nuggets I ordered were amazing with good texture.the honey mustard, sweet Thai sauce and all sauces you can choose are cruelty free.
My partner had the sweet Thai chicken wrap and it was good. We were impressed with the vegan crepe options as well. The oat smoothie I ordered, banana was delicious. Sadly they were out of the phish filet, already was planning to come back but excited to try that!
Truly so nice going to a dessert and comfort food joint that’s all cruelty free

Really great vegan nuggets! That's all I got on this occasion but I definitely need to go back and try more of the menu!

The nuggets were great, and the fries were cooked well.
However when I went to purchase a dessert they were charging almost 5$ more than the advertised price on the shelf. Whether or not there's a price change in your system, floor prices should be honored. Will not return.

First time visiting and was worth my time! I tried the fish sandwich and chocolate cake. Food was delicious and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place! Definitely plan to go here again.

Just tried this place for the first time, got the BBQ chicken sandwich. Delicious! Fries seasoned with lemon pepper! Wow! I will definitely be back!

The vegan crispy chicken patty is UNREAL here! I am not a huge fan of burgers in general, and usually the vegetarian options are lacking in that area anyway (in my opinion). But the patties they have here are really good, both in flavour and texture. With that said though, I would say the quality of the food is subpar, it’s very fast food-esque (which seems to be what they’re going for?). Love that this place is open until late (1 AM) so it’s the perfect late night meal. Also, their vegan chocolate chip cookies are really good too (though tasted a bit old like they’d been made a while ago). For the price & food choices, it’s definitely worth it so I do recommend & will be back for more late night trips!

P. S. They carry Just Cakes vegan cake jars here! SO good!

Everything's good! Solid affordable fast food style. AND it's not all soy! Lots of great vegan dessert options. The strawb cheesecake crepes are my favorite. Delectable

A really interesting place! The menu is vegan friendly as their store's name suggest, however, you need to double check with them for some of the shake and desserts are keto but not entirely vegan (include dairy). Ordered nuggets with a sweet chilli pepper burger and they're both phenomenal. Gotta say the sauce is very delicious. The service is nice and the staff is friendly. 10/10!

Some of the best Vegan Chicken I have had in quite some time. Also, I simply love their home-made sauces. They are spicy and flavorful!

Good food, great desserts, but even better and amazing owner who is very kind and generous as he will give some free stuff if waiting too long.

Best takeout only vegan “fake” meat spot in the city. Not a vegan or a vegetarian, but I’d eat their chickun sandwiches and nuggets any day. Tons of desert options too!

This place is so good. So delicious. I thought at first it was a bit expensive, but tbh its worth it to support a vegan restaurant once and the portions are huge. Lots of tasty desserts too. Staff has been friendly. And I love that it's open late. Definitely reccomended!

The chicken is surprisingly fantastic as are their baked goods, not much of a dine-in place yet but some of the best and most delicious takeout veg food in the city

Some good vegan tasting food! I ordered the hot crispy chickun burger and yam fries and it tasted like real meat haha. The only negative thing was the service. I ordered dinner for my whole family through Uber eats but they forgot a burger and fries.

Excellent Plant-based fish fillet, vegan wasabi mayo with Japanese ginger and plant based fish filet was an unexpected great tasting combo

Finally South Van gets some quality vegan food! I can't speak highly enough of this place. Burgers are unreal (try the coleslaw chicken one) and fries just might be my favourites in town. Also has a wide selection of vegan desserts! On top of that the owner is super down to earth and cool! The courtesy in which he treats his customer is the main reason I keep going back. This is example of a business that is doing things just right!

They have great variety of food, snacks and drinks options for vegan and ppl on diet.

I first learnt about them on UberEats, then finally visited them because Gary's jar cake are now selling there too.
If you love Durian don't miss the durian cake but other food and desserts looks so good too.

Their fries are hideous. I would call them burnt even. They use eggs. They use fish. They use beef. That's not vegan. Vegan is supposed to be healthy. This isn't. Not recommended.

Vegan Fried Chick’UN is Me and my boyfriend’s one of the favourite vegan places we lately found! Their plant-based chicken nugget and the burgers, and the desserts are all so great!
Especially the nugget is crunched outside and tender inside, It just so goood, I even like it more than a real chicken nugget?
And the lady who works there is nice and friendly! I highly recommend this place, You should try it!?

The food is a blend of Japanese and western favourites that is sure to please a wide range of people. Regardless of what you order you can guarantee that it is going to be delicious and the prices won't break the bank!

You can order at the restaurant or order online through their sleek website for pickup or delivery. The staff are always so polite and you can tell they're always happy to see you

As of November 2021, Simple Bites seems to have transitioned to Vegan Fried Chick’UN, a vegan’s ultimate dream spot. Seriously.

Theres vegan fried chicken sandwiches; vegan pulled pork; vegan chicken nuggets and chicken tenders; vegan fish and chips; a massive to-go ready dessert selection with cakes and cookies; and vegan snacks, including vegan ice cream and popcorn.

There’s a ton of vegan options in Vancouver, but this is the only place that seems to have it all under one roof. AND they’re open late.

Just go and see for yourself. The spicy chick’un sandwich, masala fries, and vegan chicken nuggets are an easy and delicious go to. I ordered pick up via mobile order, where they had a special on for 3 free desserts on orders over $20. It was the happiest vegan feast.
