Great LBS. Guys are friendly and helpful. Like many bike stores right now, it is challenged for some product. Have some very good bike brands.

The boys at Velocity are great! Took my Orbea to get a brake upgrade done and it was done correctly, no hidden or extra charges. Also asked for a last minute crankset swap since the bike was already on the stand. They were more than happy to accommodate.
Tyler is my go to wrench guy for my bike moving forward. Nice having someone who's familiar with working on a non-streamline bike brand who also happens to be an Orbea dealer!
Lastly, told them after a quick test ride the brakes felt little squishy and they offered to take it back for another bleed. Love that they back their work.

HORRENDOUS WARRANTY EXPERIENCE
I left my 2013 Zipp 303 to this shop on March 9th since they're listed as a 'Sram authorized dealer'. They said they would ship the wheel and keep me updated.
On March 31st, 3 weeks later, I sent a follow-up email asking for an update on warranty status. No response.
5 days later, another ping. No response.
I contacted SRAM to hear they have not received any submission from any shop.
This made me I question if the wheel hasn't been sent for repairs at all. And that it has been sitting there for almost a month.
I called the shop and after confirming this has been the case, instead of hearing an admission or apology, the owner (?) told me the wheel was 100 years old and that they did not have the time to deal with it. 100 years old wheel? Why does it matter?
So I decided instead of arguing with an extremely rude and ignorant person with zero work ethics, I took the wheel back and asked SRAM for another, more reliable place to deal with, which they responded.
Too bad I was new in the neighborhood as an avid cyclist with 3 bikes that need maintenance and gear, I could use a close-by shop. But after this disappointment, I will surely find another one.

These guys are friendly helpful and fixed my flat while I waited. Highly recommend. Great wisdom on the road sign too.

I have brought all of my family’s bikes in for tune ups for years. These guys are fast, efficient and they do great work! Thank you for taking care of my sons bike this last visit.

Just came in to swap some crank arms on my bike. When i picked up my bike the cranks looked great plus they also adjusted and tightened up a few loose parts as an added bonus. It feels like every time i visit the store they do a little something extra for me. Great shop. Great service. Great techs. Thanks team Velocity!
