I got nails & lash extensions done. Nails were crooked and a bit wonky looking. Didn’t put a top coat on every nail. I obviously should have said something about my nails before leaving but I didn’t. My mistake.
My lashes were done in about 1 hour which was suspiciously fast in my opinion. Upon completion one eye was stuck together with some glue. It wasn’t the biggest deal and I was able to open my eye relatively quickly. When I got home about 20 minutes after I had left the salon, 3 clusters of lashes fell off in the sink while I was washing my hands. I expect lashes to eventually come off but I’ve never had this many clusters fall off this fast before. I noticed that the lashes and glue felt very hard and crunchy and were uncomfortable. The uncomfortable feeling has gotten worse over the past few days.
I’m pretty disappointed about my experience because after tip I spent $300 and felt like I didn’t receive quality work with either service. I have previously used this salon when it was Essential Nails and had always been happy with my nails & lashes. Unfortunately this experience was awful and I don’t recommend going here.

My shellac started lifting and peeling off after one day, which is faster than anywhere I've had my nails done. The staff was friendly.

I came here to have my shellac nails removed,
They charged me $15 to remove 5 or 6 fingers of shellac nails (the rest I had peeled off) then multiple times tried to talk me into getting new shellac or polish nails so my nails would look “less bad”.
Overall I just wasn’t impressed, it was extremely overpriced for the service I got. I also believe they racked up the price because I said I didn’t want to have new polish on. (Receipt said custom service) I’m not sure, but I won’t be going back

I've had several pedicures since Venetian took over from Essential Nails. I was a customer there for over 5 years. I feel like a king at Venetian. The staff are professional. They treat me well! I have no idea where the bad reviews are coming from.

Third time back to Venetian Nails and I’m very pleased. Sandy, the owner, does lovely work and takes the time to ensure she gives you what you want. Friendly staff, laid back atmosphere- I recommend. I’ve had French manicure, regular acrylic with gel polish and chrome nails.
