Worst experience ever to try their cake. They Don’t know how to talk to their customers and staff. Lady was so rude. If there is an option I wouldn’t even gave one star.

I used to love this place. Always came here for a sandwich and soup. The customer service here is now trash. Came here for a sandwich waited for 15 mins and the gentlemen working here today is so bad at his job two customers came inside and he didn’t even come outside to help them and they left in frustration. I asked for a refund and I left. 0 stars I’m never coming back here again.

I have ordered from Venetos many times and every time their st.honore cake is fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this cake if you have never tried and I was impressed last time I ordered as it was last minute and they had a cake available for me!

Already paid etc and still asking what kind of cake? It shouldn’t make a difference, after order look up the name!
Not overly pleased
After my response the store called and started arguing about my comments above, I mentioned nothing about the timing in my review, business can’t win customers by arguing why one had given low review, but should try to work on the current situation/issues and at least listen to the customers. I definitely won’t be going back there with that kind of attitude.

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday, and it is just perfect in every way. The layers are all so fresh and the cream is made with the best quality ingredients, with the perfect amount of sweetness. Overall it's one of the best cakes I've had, very fresh and excellent customer service.

I have tried their cakes and pastries many times, each time it was very good. Last week we ordered 3 cakes for my son’s 1st birthday. The flavours were chocolate and vanilla. The theme was blue and winter. The taste was delicious, and the decorations- exactly what I wanted. The guests loved it too. Thank you for making this special day sweeter. Highly recommend this place
