Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical Services was one of the first companies we required after moving here just over three years ago. Our air conditioner broke after the heat dome in 2021 and Jake and his team were able to provide excellent turnover for us. He and his team were efficient, professional and provided fair pricing.

Over the years, we have required some ongoing care and maintenance for our furnace. We've always had very timely follow up and response time from reception, which has been really amazing.

Jake and his team have gone above and beyond in their service for us, and we will continue to use them for all our furnace and air conditioning needs for years to come. Excellent service. Explains issues thoroughly. Responds quickly. Gives options and advice. They have done plumbing, a/c and furnace work for us, plus quoted electrical that we have not yet done.

Jayden provided great plumbing service. He phoned ahead and was accurate with his arrival timing, immediately identified the problem, had some good suggestions, options and recommendations about what fixes could be done, then made the fixes quickly, with care to confirm the problems were solved. We were very pleased with the excellent, friendly, quality service and the reasonable cost.

We requested quotes from Vernon air and 2 competitors to replace our propane furnace and electric A/C systems and install 1 cold climate heatpump with heat strips. The whole process from start to finish, booking with the office to final commisoning was well explained and high quality installation and workmanship through out, the whole team was friendly and helful.
We are very happy with the high level of work, communication and expertize.

I only use Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical. It’s one call for everything I need. They are always on time, get the job done and don’t try to up sell you on things that you don’t need. With 9 rental properties they are always quick to fit me in where they can. All of their tradesmen are top notch.

Just had my broken air conditioner replaced by Vernon Air Conditioning. I had three reputable businesses visit and provide quotes. These guys were the lowest price and best service, Jake diagnosed the issue with the old one and his team did a great job on the replacement. They also noticed a problem with the exhaust on my 3 year old furnace and fixed for free. Highly recommend.

Jake Was & Is AMAZING!

We reached out to Jake because the AC and Heating System in our Townhouse wasn't working properly, On a regularly basis our downstairs was a freezer and our upstairs was an oven.

Jake was able to arrange a time that worked with our schedule and came out to help us figure out the problem.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and he showed us ways we could not only make our whole home more comfortable, but also how we could save money on our heating and cooling bills!

We called to get a quote to upgrade our Electrical panel and a few other installations as we had been quoted a really high price from another company.
Right from the start the experience with this company was positive. We had Logan come on the same day to look at what we needed to do. He answered all our questions was honest & transparent. He developed a quote within a few days which made sense. He had full open communication throughout the upgrade and kept us in the loop. Jake was terrific. On a snowy day was able to show up on the same day as he was working nearby and even then he was early. Very honest and knowledgeable. Our goto now for all our heating and a/c needs.

First time to user, were recommended to us, and they did not disappoint. We are a seniors home that had a water leak and they shifted things around to be able to take care of us. Very happy with their service and price. Did not nickle and dime us with additional truck costs, admin costs or fuel costs, that so many companies are now doing! Would definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience with these guys. Jake was able to come out quickly to have a look at our unique architecture and recommend the best heat pump system for us. We received some honest advice, and the estimate for our new heat pumps was done up within 24 hrs.

On install day, a team of two showed up on time with everything they needed. Extra steps, like laying down floor protection and keeping an eye on our cats, were super appreciated. Even though the install ended up being more difficult than expected (sorry!), the guys pushed through and got it done on time, without any extra charges. Super professional and tidy. With the things we keep finding in our old house, I'm sure we'll call them again. Thanks guys!

Bryan is the best plumber in the business!
He has fixed all the plumbing issues in our house so far. His workmanship is outstanding, there’s no cutting corners, he gets the job done right. He was quick to respond, friendly and made sure everything was clean before he left.

Jake was very professional and quickly identified that my AC unit needed replacement! They did a full furnace/AC replacement within a week of my original service call! I returned from my holidays to a new system installed and a nice cool home right in time for the summer heat wave! We had a malfunctioning heating system. Called Vernon Air Conditioning at 7 AM and they were out within a couple of hours and had the system repaired and up and running shortly after that. Timely, professional and knowledgeable service. Definitely would recommend them to others.

Jake (owner) and Jim were good and responsive. Jake answered lots of my questions during the estimate portion and exercised patience with me. They outlined what their workplan was and followed it to the timeline as promised.

I had questions during the process and they took the time to answer my questions as well. They noticed a damage to the new hot water tank and notified me right away before installing. We had a good discussion and came to a respectful and mutual agreement with no issues.

You’re doing you and your family a disservice for not choosing Vernon Air Conditioning. Their knowledgeable employees provided me with polite responses, promptly communication and excellent solutions. Not only were their prices competitive/economical but they made me feel I was making the right decision for the option I chose. Vernon Air Conditioning conducted themselves appropriately, respectively and timely. I felt safe and comfortable with their Covid-19 protocols and was assured further safety measures were taken place.

Being a resident in Vernon for 35 years I will choose Vernon Air Conditioning for my next heating or cooling need.
