From the moment you call to make an appointment, you are treated with respect and care. There have been many times that reception/ administration have spent time with me clearing up issues with my benefits providers (before my providers decided to upgrade into the ease of direct billing).

I have been a client of Dr. Salmon's for just over 20 years and my three children have seen him since they were born; I attribute their easy temperaments to his dedication to keeping their bodies aligned as they grew! I trust his treatment, judgements, and recommendations completely. Everyone I have referred to him tell me that they are extremely pleased with his service and have continued to go to him.

The massage therapists are incredibly well trained, not only through their certified programs, but also taking many additional courses in specialized areas. Personally, my massage needs are extensive and complicated due to multiple abdominal surgeries, internal trauma, and work-related CPTSD, each causing physical pain throughout my muscles and nervous system. The RMT (s) work together to stay informed of my progress so that anyone could cover if my main RMT is on holidays and I do not have to miss much needed therapy.

Love the team at Vernon Chiro! Dr Salmon has been amazing in my healing journey. If it wasn't for him I would be in so much pain. He is so great with my kid as well when she comes in with me! We love coming here as he is focused on getting me better and I don't feel like another number in a file or just another client he truly cares for his patients!

I see Tara H for massage, and she is absolutely amazing at what she does! She’s very attentive and checks in on your comfort throughout the treatment and adjusts accordingly. She listens to your concerns and keeps notes on previous treatments, and checks in, which very few RMTs seem to do! It’s really helpful for someone with chronic pain/injuries to know you’re being followed closely by a provider. She has a wealth of knowledge and a calm demeanour and is an overall gem of a human! Highly recommended!

Dr. Michael Salmon, Cory Suastegui and Cindy Posivak helped me to recover from the accident in a very short time. The care and attention you receive, is second to none. Not only did they squeeze me in when I could barely stand, but Dr. Salmon had me more mobile with significantly less pain after one session. I am so extremely thankful to both of these gentleman. They are both so incredible at what they do. The two ladies at the front desk are also so extremely helpful and kind.
