I feel very satisfied with the amount of money I spent to experience the great services that this nail salon brings to customers. From the staff and the nail salon's quality, I feel great.

They were accommodating and friendly however, my acrylic nails were crooked, had sharp corners that were not filed properly. I did ask the technician to file so it looked straight however after asking twice, I gave up.
The top of the nail (acrylic) was lumpy and uneven (ticket to one sided, front or back) could see the brush strokes. The majority of them fell off between 1-2 weeks. The file appeared to be dirty and I wasn't asked to even wash my hands at any point. Sorry for the poor review however I think the business could do better with cleanliness and technique.

The salon is wonderful. The service that makes me most satisfied is nail work. The nail salon always uses the best products to bring great experiences to customers.

I love the set Q gave me this past Monday (June 12th)
She did a good job. Unfortunately today one of my nails broke off, and I went to get it fixed,

I don’t know his name but the service & response I received from him was deplorable.
I found him rude, unprofessional and hostile.

The photo with rhinestones on the nail is Q’s work. The other is the “fixed” nail.

The ombré is hardly an ombré, the Apex is non existent, the shaping and length doesn’t even match, it’s not even the same colour and there is flooding coming out of both sides.

The proper way to fix a nail is to completely take off. All of the acrylic lay down your nail tip and repeat original process.
I also paid $133 for the original set so I assume that the same amount of effort would go into fixing the nail.

Acrylic sets should not break off the first week you get them.
Like I said, I really enjoyed Q’s work and all the ladies there, however, due to this experience, I can say that I will not be returning.

*ADDED*

It is insanely unprofessional to have YOUR CHILDREN running around the shop, grabbing the acrylic powders and touching the tools when he would get up.

Another amazing set of nails done at city nails, I can bring in ANY photo and they will mimic it EXACTLY. I was Just sad crystal wasn’t there to do my cuticle oil. Such sweet kids, I love coming to my appointment and then being there. Such a family atmosphere ️

I don’t like the service. They do not ask if you like the shape or the colour. Bad customer service too very rude if you say anything. Not worth it. Also they charge extra for nail polish. Bathroom sink is disgusting. The employee need to wear gloves or wash their hands. They do not sanitize the clippers or anything. DON’T GO. Worst experience ever.
