Vernon Dodge is one of the best dealers out there i have gotten 2 vehicles through them and both experiences were awesome Pete Byers sold me both vehicles and I am in love with my new gladiator we travel from Fort St. John to Vernon for the great service and the treatment that everyone is friends and family is awesome will go back in the future highly recommend this dealership!

Huge shoutout to Leif at Vernon Dodge! We came in this morning told him exactly what we wanted and within a few hours we left with a brand new truck. Had the best experience.

We purchased a truck some time ago and never got around to writing a review. Car salesmen don’t exactly have the best reputation, but Kam Randhawa is the exception. Kam is a man of integrity and honesty.
We know we can trust him completely and will look to him for future purchases. We have known him for many years as a neighbor and a car salesman.

A huge thank you to Pete from Vernon Dodge Jeep. We knew exactly when we walked in we came to the right place to trade in my 2019 jeep grand Cherokee and our sales guy. Pete did such an incredible job dealing with us lol he made everything stress-free, and would joke with us often, he was very polite a really cared about us hands-down one of the best sales person I’ve dealt with in a long time if you’re looking for a new vehicle, make sure to stop in at Vernon dodge jeep and ask for Pete!

I've had nothing but misleading lies from dodge dealerships, white rock dodge, now here where I bought a 2017 jeep compass, missing parts, broken clips, software loses phone info at times, had wrong windshield, rain detection missing spring, wipers installed wrong, I went in initially for a kia seltos but was convinced on the jeep.

When buying my truck salesman liife was a very attentive to what i needed and wanted also any questions i had was answered. He was very knowledgeable. Hes very very good at what he does.tops salesman in my books.thanks for everything liife.

It’s always an awesome experience here! Leif Peek helped me get my new used wrangler, and I am absolutely in love. He was very respectful while figuring stuff out with my mom as well! Our most recent service appointment was probably the BEST experience we have ever had here. Cindy took excellent care of us during the booking process while balancing our busy schedules. She is always super friendly and proficient on the phone. Kyle did a thorough job when I checked in and when I picked my vehicle up. He made sure to explain everything to me in detail and addressed my questions appropriately. Don the shuttle driver was friendly, courteous, and on time with pick up and delivery. All of our issues and servicing inquiries were taken care of and handled in a professional and timely manner.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Got these guys to do a out of province inspection for my dad's truck. They wanted $1400 to fix the emergency brake. The truck was inspected by two other dealerships before leaving Alberta and everything was fine. We decided to get a second opinion at the GM dealer in Vernon the same day. The truck passed with Zero issues and the park brake worked just fine. Go buy a vehicle at Bannister GMC instead! They were great to deal with.

Called in to get a oil change and they booked me in the same day, that unfortunately didn't work for me so they booked me in the next morning, fit my schedule like a glove. Definitely the best jeep dealer in the Okanogan

The thing about vehicles is they don’t stop costing money to maintain the service team at Dodge make the experience of unexpected charges and wait times as easy as possible. First Don the shuttle driver made sure my kids were picked up on time and home safe out to Lavington. Then Kyle at the service desk went above and beyond to help ensure my extended warranty covered the parts and labour required, speaking to multiple employees to ensure they honoured my policy. When my vehicle needed to stay in for two nights waiting for keys the guys made sure I had a vehicle to drive while I waited. Thank you

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSITS UNLESS YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING THAT IT IS REFUNDABLE!

Was asked by salesman, Myron Crown, for a $5000 deposit to have first choice to see the one Dodge Ram Truck coming in for the new year. This was not a deposit down on the new vehicle as it had never been seen since it wasn't on the lot yet. No paperwork had been filled out or signed. Also discussed was the prices of add-ons, but again, nothing was planned, signed or put in writing. In the meantime, we decided it wasn't convenient to purchase a new vehicle at this time so we called the salesman, Myron Crown, to request the $5000 refunded. We were told NO! Then, I went in person and spoke with the office manager, Mike Grant, to request the $5000 back and again, a flat NO.was offered. We feel this is not only unfair and unethical, it is also ILLEGAL of them to keep the $5000.

Then, they replied in another review I made that they "were considering" reimbursing us the deposit" but we still have not heard from them or received the deposit. We feel as though we have been robbed of $5000!

Please beware of these scammers and do not give them any money down for a vehicle that you have not approved and signed for.

We recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Kelowna for our daughter, and the salesmen were very fair and professional, and put it in writing that we put down a "refundable" deposit and we were promptly reimbursed when the paperwork was signed for the purchase.

BEWARE OF VERNON DODGE JEEP. They play the Old Car Dealers Game. They have not switched over to the fair playing game of 22nd century.

He sold me my 2018 Ram 2500 last year and I couldn’t of been more happy with how I was treated during the process! Almost two years later he still reaches out to me and wishes me a Merry Christmas! When the time comes to upgrade again I will definitely go through Leif again!

Problem with key fob. Kamloops was not interested in this fix suggested 700$+ new fob. Vernon tested changed batteries walla fixed. Putting the other guy to shame. Thanks

But thanks to Kam's coaching and efforts on my behalf, I was easily able to make the decision to purchase brand new (the Cherokee actually had to be moved out of the showroom!). I booked my Durango in for an oil & filter change. When I arrived I saw a banner that offers 30 minute oil changes without an appointment, Mine took an hour and a half! When I got the car back, the steering wheel, gear shifter, door handle, bumper and passenger side door were covered in old oil. There was oil spilled under the hood too. The service advisor cleaned the oil off the inside of the vehicle when I pointed this out. So why have a banner that offers 30 minute no appointment oil change when there is no ability to do that? The service department was certainly not busy that day. Why return the car filthy and obviously not sanitized? Why wont the dealer acknowledge my complaint after two emails? Disappointed and moving on.

I was looking for a new vehicle and was referred to Vernon Dodge. I was fortunate to deal with Kam, a senior sales agent. He got me in my new vehicle for a great price, all the while being friendly and informative. I drove away a very very happy customer. Vernon Dodge gets all my business in the future. I took my 2017 Durango in for service because I needed an oil change and my air conditioner was leaking to the passenger side of the vehicle. The technician was sure it was fixed, but a few days later I noticed water again on the passenger side. I went in and told them what was happening and they booked me in on the Saturday even though they were already super busy. Kyle called me with the problem and had it fixed within 2 hours. He said that it could have taken 2 weeks to fix it, but he found a solution to make sure I was back on the road again in no time. I am so pleased with his level of service, it is because of Kyle that I will continue to take my vehicle to him for servicing whenever needed. Thank you again Kyle, I'm a very satisfied customer.

Landon MacKay was fabulous and all the staff were were warm and welcoming. This was my first brand new vehicle and Landon eased my anxiety; he also made the experience easy and painless. Vernon Dodge had everything I needed, and wanted, at a great price, and they threw in extras at no cost. On top of all that, my car had broken down and I needed to get back to Alberta for work, and the whole process took about four hours.

I would highly recommend Vernon Dodge and definitely ask for Landon.

I went there today at 4: 36 to get an oil change. Got sent away since they were already shut down for the day. The 5: 00 closing time is very misleading

Got me in quickly and the work was done fast. I won't be going to Kelowna for any future work to my 2021 Jeep Gladiator.
