A huge thank you to Brad and the service techs at Vernon Hyundai! I was visiting Kamloops from Vancouver over the long weekend when my Kona EV wouldn’t drive. Hyundai Roadside Assistance had my car towed to the Vernon dealership as they would only tow it within a certain range of kms and it was as close as I could get it to Kelowna where I had a place to stay. Brad was able to get my car serviced first thing in the morning after the reopened and I could not be more appreciative. They even washed my car knowing I was headed onto the Coq highway.

The best team! From sales, to finance, to service, to management! Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure that you understand everything and that you are happy with the results! When you walk in, they know who you are and remember you, and make you feel like you are important. This is the first time I have purchased a car from a dealership and they have set the standard very high! I look forward to many more years of business with them!

I upgraded 3 years ago to a a new car. In the process they took 2 sets of tires and rims with only 2 seasons on each set of tires and rims.

In exchange i was given free tire changes for the term and a pair of winter tires i was told at the time had only one season on them. 3 years later i take them to rotate for winter and i am told the winters ARE 9 YEARS OLD! They gave me 6 year old tires masked them as 1 year old and called it good. I am no tire expert and wouldn't know the difference in the initial deal.

They never once in 3 years of changing tires for both seasons mentioned or said a word about these tires or there age. They then have the audacity to try to up sell me tires for 1000+ bucks. They offered no solution or tried to do anything they said it balanced out because the car is 4 years old.

Even though i bought it only 3 years ago this Nov and that they lied giving someone on a new car 6 YEAR OLD winter tires masked as 1 YEAR OLD and 1 season of use!

In my 6 years experience with this branch and 2 vehicles the service department has been extremely disorganized and deceitful and will try to bend you over and screw you anytime they get.

I will never buy another Hyundai and never ever deal with Hyundai Vernon ever again. Save yourselves the trouble and don't either.

I brought my car in to have the tires “torqued” and the young man in the service department was very pleasant. He checked the tires and put air in them and I was on my way in minutes. Thank you! Harley thanks you too!

Where do I even begin? I cannot say good enough things about Vernon Hyundai. While I was waiting in the lobby, many other customers expressed that they drove from Kelowna or Penticton to have their cars serviced at Vernon Hyundai because they are treated better and very well taken care of here. I immediately felt lucky to be sitting in this lobby instead of at another nearby dealership.

If I lived closer, Vernon Hyundai would be my dealership hands down! However, I live in Alberta and was travelling from Calgary to interior BC when my transmission started giving me issues on Rogers Pass. Roadside assistance was not of very much help and advised that I drive the 200km to Kelowna or Vernon Hyundai to have it looked at. Both dealerships said it would be over a week to have an appointment. I called Penticton and Kamloops dealerships and got the same time-frame for an appointment. What the heck was I going to do on my road-trip vacation without a car for over a week?

This is where the most spectacular customer service made all the difference in the world. Right from my first frantic phone call, Dan was as helpful, calm, kind, and understanding, he said that he would see if he could squeeze me in earlier if there were openings/cancellations later in the week. Once I arrived to the dealership, Mike did everything and anything a human possibly could to ensure my trip was not further compromised. Mike took my car in within 30minutes of arriving at the dealership and diagnosed the issue. A new transmission was needed, he acted fast to order and install it and I was on my way within 4 days, rather than waiting for over a week just to have my car seen like all of the other dealerships quoted me. Mike really went above and beyond and made one of the worst/scariest situations smooth and seamless. He pulled some strings and got me a rental while they replaced my transmission which he did not have to do.

From start to finish, everyone that I interacted with provided service above and beyond my expectations. Mike and Brad ensured a seamless pickup when my vehicle was ready, and Derryl was very helpful in his explanations. I even received a call-back days later from Victoria to check if my experience was okay, if I made it back home safe, and if there was anything else they could do.

Mikes willingness to help was like no other, and I am forever grateful that I landed at Vernon Hyundai. His leadership and genuine care for people really shows in every aspect of that dealership.

I bought my first Kona from Kelowna. Then went into the Vernon dealership for my service and will keep going back. I just bought my 2022 Tucson with the help of Marty. He was wonderful! So helpful and answered all my questions. Josh in finance was also great! I will absolutely recommend these guys to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle. Horrible experience twice now and it always ends up being micromanaging from upstairs. Trying to milk every last penny out of you. I feel bad for the sales team who are trying toearn a living. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone

My husband and I have been frequent car buyers over the last 10 years, about 8 years ago we met Dayton while he worked at Kia. Unfortunately never bought anything through him, time after time we continued to run into him while we were in a car frenzy, but ended up going elsewhere. Fast forward to a week ago, we once again ran into Dayton at Hyundai. He has never let us down with his attentiveness and willingness to help us out with any and all of our needs. This time around I ended up finding a gorgeous car through Hyundai. Dayton has been absolutely incredible with dealing with my being so needy, pain in the butt about every little detail and answering any question. He may act and look very bougie with his Starbucks in hand, but really, he is very soft and will work hard to get your needs fulfilled and not fill you with BS! Highly recommend Hyundai Vernon! Everyone at Hyundai was super amazing and personable. Everyone we saw came over to say hi and introduce themselves. We dealt with Dayton, and we have for 8 years. He has been always super amazing with how we are looked after. He will always go the extra mile for the customer and what their needs are keeping in mind what their budget is as well. We ended up getting a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tuscon, and it has amazing features! As people with medical conditions, the car was perfect for us-so it was great pairing on Dayton's part. We did meet Justin who was so kind, understanding and sincere. He sat down and introduced himself to tell us how pleased that we chose them to get our new vehicle. Afterwards we met Josh who got us the best pricing we could get for financing as well as was super hilarious and personable. Overall, the team is great, and we always have an amazing experience with Hyundai.

Came in to finance a vehicle, was told I was approved and asked to come pick up my car, to get there and find out I wasn't, and that they had applied for another vehicle without my permission. A terrible vehicle. In the end, I've had to move on to another dealership as this one refuses to find a vehicle for me. Having a dealer congratulate you 10 times before you actually buy something doesn't instill false security, it just shows me you guys don't know what your doing

I live in Kelowna, and I travel to Vernon specifically to deal with this dealership over the one in Kelowna. If you have ANY troubles with your car, they'll get it in quick to fix the problems. And special shout-out to Barbie in the warranty/recall department. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

I had shopped around different Hyundai dealerships before going forward with Hyundai Vernon. When talking to other dealerships I felt even more confused than before I talked to them, at times I felt rushed to give commitments in my answers.
I had a completely different experience with Hyundai Vernon. Off the bat I got a great vibe from Marty (my salesmen) and he was super helpful and patient with answering questions. I would email him quite a bit was a little worried I would come off as annoying but he always got back to me with great responses and took the time to understand my questions.

I set up an appointment to receive the car I ordered and it was a great experience in person as well. We felt taken care of by the whole team. Marty showed us the features of our new car and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We then chatted with Josh to do our finances and he was great as well. Josh was very personable and nice. He explained all the finances to us very clearly. He even told us about discounts we didn't even know about and saved us some money. It was a very honest and enjoyable interaction.
We drove off the lot and a few days later received a call from Marty just making sure we were still happy and enjoying our new car. It was a great follow up.

All in all, I am so glad we went with Hyundai in Vernon. We will definitely be going there to do any regular maintenance on our vehicle as I feel like we found a really great and trustworthy place! Setting up an appointment is super easy and can be done online which is a bonus!

Quick and responsive service department. Assured me only a tech trained for electric vehicles would be working on it. Had availability in the service department in the same week to get my car in.
