I recently purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos back in November from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Sejah Roulleau made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His knowledge, patience, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. The dealership's service and the quality of my new Seltos have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this dealership, especially with Sejah's outstanding assistance! I drove from Kelowna after hearing great reviews of this place and I was not disappointed!

Kia EV6, what are they REALLY worth these days? I have a 2022 Kia EV6 Long-Range RWD with only 7200km in PERFECT CONDITION that I offered to Vernon Kia. Initially I thought I could sell it to them for $51500 but their final offer was only about $46,000! What a DISAPPOINTMENT! ONLY a $46000 cash offer for a 2022 EV6 Long-Range RWD in perfect condition! Do they really DEPRECIATE that quickly? And how much would Vernon Kia sell mine for if they bought it from me for $46,000? Certainly makes you wonder.

If I could give more stars to Troy I would! He made buying a new vehicle an amazing experience, I highly recommend troy to anyone searching for the perfect vehicle! Thank you again!

Just bought a Kia Sorento from Branton Siel at Kia Vernon. He was friendly and very helpful. It was refreshing to have him admit he didn't have answers, but would seek them out either through other staff, or through technology. The process was easy and didn't feel pressured. The other staff were great and the whole process flowed like a well oiled machine. Thanks Vernon Kia.

I’ve always heard the best reviews about vernon kia. I thought I’d give them a try, as I am pregnant and looking for a new family vehicle. I was told my budget… was me wanting a champagne diet on a beer budget.when asked about the cost of leasing, I was told that’s the most expensive way to drive a vehicle instead of giving me any prices. Nathan was the one I was talking with and was upset I inquired about a few vehicles.as vehicles are hard to come by right now, I have considered multiple options and I would like the right one for my family as it is an investment. Also Rarely got back to me so I never knew if the vehicles were still available, which is also why I inquired about multiple.
This whole experience was such a turn off to Vernon kia and really wish I wouldn’t have felt so disrespected. I will not be considering them in the future. 0/10.

Very disappointed with our experience today. We wanted to take a look in terms of leg room between two models. The sales guy wouldn't let us just take a look we had to go into the show room and give ALL of our information including SIN number and monthly salary before we could even ask a question about the vehicles. That information is not required for a general conversation

Sejah and Reza were great to deal with. Upfront and pleasant to deal with. Ran into some issues with my trade and the staff still made the deal work. Highly recommended.

Troy got me into a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget within hours. Good customer service from all the staff. They even made me popcorn while I waited!

Would be 0/5 if I could. My mother in law went in for a service appt and was conned into buying a new car. When we were going back and forth with the bank and the dealership, this dealership were absolutely awful. Were threatening over the phone, were telling us that "we're lucky that we aren't there"? Really? That is how you conduct business?
Wouldn't give us the correct information when asked. Was giving us wrong numbers and fax numbers for random companies vs helping us try and help our mother in law who simply cannot afford the new vehicle.
A formal complaint with Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia will be made in regards to this and will specifically mention how awful Reza was in this whole ordeal.

I highly recommend Vernon Kia had a not so great experience in 2017 and was worried I might get the run around when my engine failed Sept/21 but they have a whole new crew that are top notch. Matt is an excellent communicator and kept me in informed about the progress, there were no replacement engines in Canada and when my engine finally arrived in Canada and was shipped out of Toronto it arrived in Vernon Monday and Ryan in the shop had my Kia Sportage ready to go on Wednesday. It now runs great! Thanks guys!

Our engine blew in our Kia Sportage, apparently a common thing with the 2015 Kia Sportage. Towed it to this dealership where they had the car for 2 months, and they paid for a rental car for us for 5 days (because that seems fair?). Each time we would inquire about when we would get our car back, they would promise it within a week, but it would keep getting delayed without valid reason. I'm sure you can get a nice car here, but if you need service, take the extra half hour and take it to Kelowna.

We recently purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos from Vernon Kia and have to say that our experience was a 10/10. Peter and Kobe both went above and beyond in exceeding our expectations. I would encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by and see what they can do for you.

I went in there to get my car serviced and ended up leaving with a brand new 2021 Kia Seltos. Peter worked hard on getting the best value he could for my trade in while Dylan took my friend and I out for a couple test drives. Both of them were amazing the whole time. Best customer service I have had at any dealership by far. I also want to thank Dayton for all the help getting the numbers to where I wanted and making sure I got the best prices possible. Dylan was fantastic during the whole process of us buying our Kia. He didn't rush us as we discussed what we wanted and gave us the space to sort out the details between my husband and I. The service team and Peter were also amazing, they got our new winter tires on in record time and before we knew it we were driving off in our new Kia! I highly recommend the Vernon team.

Better late than never! Back to October 7, Cory, thank you for resolving our tire problem so generously that I felt embarrassed - in a good way! Plus, when our Kia came out of Service, it was gleaming. All the travel mud had been washed away and with the new winter tires/rims, the vehicle was almost unrecognizable as ours. (A little note for Kobe:), do check your April files for the separate winter tires/rims sale invoice.)

I recently traded in my car for a used SUV at Vernon Kia. The service, test drive, and opportunity to 'deal' was awesome. Kobe and Corey were very helpful, kind, and fair when it came to the trade in as unforeseen circumstances made the deal less in my favour. The overall experience was great.

The only negative part was when it came to getting the financing with Chelsea figured out. Chelsea herself is a very kind and easy going lady. However, I ended up spending a couple thousand (before interest) on a "health plan" which I will never use & documentation fees (?). I was told in the moment that in order to go through the particular bank I had to choose one of the health plans, but in following up in the next day with the bank I realized I got a bit conned as it was indeed 'optional'. Additionally, the finance ended up being more than the original agreement (sale price), which to be fair I should have read through the deal carefully.an expensive lesson.

Overall, Vernon Kia was very professional, kind and fair to deal with. They only loose 1.5 stars in my books for the financing fiscal.

Joe and Ken were fantastic helping me purchase my new Stinger. Top notch service and delivered a very fair price on my trade in and great lease package for my purchase. The business manager was quick and didn't spend hours trying to up sell me. Who knew you could go to buy a car and not spend 8hrs in a dealership as the process slowly drags along until you break down just to get out of there.

Dayton and staff are by far the best customer service providers there is around! I had car problems after hours, called the manager, he met me at the dealership and got me into a loaner car.
