Rave to Vernon Motorsports I have to say I experienced exceptional above and beyond customer service over the last few days! Found myself having an issue with my 4x4 on my unit and instead of just being told bring it in, they spent hrs of time with the defective part and myself troubleshooting the problem right at the counter there were several people that assisted in the troubleshooting and I just wanted to say thankyou again and give a shout out to this group of people! Great team!

Put a lowering link on my motorbike and needed kickstand cut and lowered. Vernon Motorsports decided to cut it so that it would work for the bike lowered or if link was ever removed for that height too, this is what I was told after work was completed. They did not give me the choice to decide if I would buy a different kickstand if the link was ever removed. Fast forward the position they chose for the height made for a very unstable bike if I didn't find the proper ground when going to get off my bike. I took my bike to a dealership in Alberta well on holidays and was informed my kickstand was dangerous by this time I was well aware it was dangerous so upon coming home I called Vernon Motorsports to make a arrangements for them to correct the issue this dealership said come on in we will make it right, When my boyfriend brought the bike in he wanted to be sure that this was not going to cost, he was then informed it was going to cost two hours labor so 300$ for a job they did wrong in the first place. Vernon Motorsports dealership did not ask me my preference upon doing the job the first time and now wasn't going to stand behind their work. Person I spoke to and had made arrangements to bring my bike in had assured me that this would be made right, and was certain I wouldn't be charged.

I needed an emergency tire replacement in order to finish a roadtrip, the parts guy (sorry. Forgot your name) was super helpful and got me back on the road within an hour with a new tire at a great price! Thx!

Absolutely happy with this place! Everybody gives their best to get you back on the road. Fair prices, good work and nice staff!
10/10 would recommend.

Bought a brand new 2023 TTR-50 and everyone there was super friendly and never pushy! Yamaha makes top notch products and the quality staff at this Dealer makes it just that much better!

On the kids quad - someone left the key on all winter long (probably me) - Called up Ryan and he came through with a new battery at a great price! My son must have put 20 more hours on his bike last weekend! Thank you Ryan for saving the weekend of riding.

In Vernon from Edmonton Alberta and during the hot weather I used a ton of tire, the guys here got me I right away and installed the new and put in a set of breaks too! Thanks guys!

I have nothing but good things to say about the guys here. Travis in parts/service is fantastic and Dale in sales is incredibly easy to deal with and talk to. These guys have excellent customer service and they are trust worthy. Look no further if you need anything motorsports related. You can have confidence that you are being looked after. First time buying a bike through them and highly recommended! I dealt with Dale in sales and Ryan in parts and they are two stand up guys! Definitely will be going there in the future!

Brought these guys an old 95 Yamaha quad that wouldn't start, hadn't been run in a long time. They got it running like new in no time! Great service

When I went there yesterday, most of the staff were not wearing masks. They were working with customers and walking around the store without masks. This is irresponsible behaviour that I will not support.

Vernon motorsports is a top shelf place to buy anything motorcycle related. See Cole and Ryan At the parts counter for an entertaining experience. They both ride and they both know exactly what theyre doing. They have a pretty great selection of new bikes and used bikes. You can literally pick tires right off the shelf! Helmet clothes gloves you name it they have it. They have a lot of sled stuff too but I don't know anything about that.happy shopping! You won't be let down

Dale's a cool guy to deal with! My first ever brand new bike and could not have been happier with the service there.

Poor attitude and poor service. Came to buy a atv and drove 500 km to pick it up. Found some damage on atv. Little tear in seat and damaged storage box. Said they would fix the storage box but it was a take it or leave it. They would not order me in a new seat even after I made a deposited and drove all the way. Even rented a trailer to pick it up. They never even had it ready for me even after I gave them over a weeks notice that i was coming. I asked them to send me pictures and all I got was one, that didn't show the damage. If I buy something new I expect it to be new even if it is being cleared out. Thanks a lot. Your manager was even to lazy to come out and talk to me. A least you refunded me my deposite.

Bottom line if you're not sure what you need to get come to Vernon Motorsports so you won't forget cuz if you do it on your own you're going to make a mistake unless you like the 1% and God bless you but if you're like everybody else just go to Vernon Motorsports their staff is designed to take away the confusion and the cool thing is from my understanding their sales staff don't make a commission so there's no pressure and buying this more pressure and getting you the right Comfort getting you the right fit getting you the right style that will make you a better safer Rider you can't beat that thank you guys and gals your wild and crazy friend Tommy
