First off, I have no issue with Justin (sold me my 2020 Kicks) he was awesome.

My issue is I have repeatedly asked your staff to stop calling me with 'offers' and 'sales'. No I don't want to sell my 3 year old car, No I don't want to drive from Kelowna to come test drive a new vehicle for the chance to win an e-bike, no I don't want to drive to Vernon for an oil change, no I don't want to hear about your latest promotion. I have blocked every single phone number that has called me, yet I'm still getting called. The cold calls started in June 2023 and were weekly. After the first few I asked to be removed from your call list. So then the calls started to increase in frequency. I finally got mad at the last 'manager' today with an ONTARIO phone number to take me off all lists, DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN.

Recently purchased a car from this dealership and it was a great buying experience. I've purchased several cars in recent years and the people at Vernon Nissan made this the best car buying experience - from the sales team through to finance - top notch. I'd do business again!

We purchased a used vehicle from the dealership and were very happy with the service up front that we received from Travis as we went through the process.
However, what made the whole experience even better, was their response after the sale. It was winter when we bought the car so the winter tires were installed and the summer tires that came with it were wrapped and stored in our garage. When we went to put the tires on, it was discovered that they didn't have much tread left and it was recommended we didn't put them on our car. When we went back to the dealership to discuss, they made it right and provided us with a new used set of summer tires in excellent condition at no cost. I was super impressed and would highly recommend Vernon Nissan and their sales team.

We had an issue with our Nissan Pathfinder that would not allow us to drive it. Although the service department was very busy Niko listened to the issue we were having and worked with his team to get it in the same day for a diagnostic test. They found the problem, fixed it the next day so that the vehicle was available for the upcoming long weekend. Niko was great, understood the urgency to get the car back and we appreciated the efforts made by the service team to fix the car so quickly. Thanks Niko & team.

Just wanted to leave some positive feedback on a recent purchase. We traded in our vehicle for a newer one with lower kms and received over the top service from Calvin. The vehicle we purchased was missing a couple of options we were really hoping to have. Calvin sharpened his pencil and was able to include roof rails and a remote starter for us at no extra cost. He also came in to work on his scheduled day off to complete the transaction. I highly recommend seeing Cal at Nissan for your next new or used purchase, thanks so much.

Had to purchase a vehicle in a hurry, and in this climate, with few cars available, it was daunting. I shopped around and found a car I thought I wanted. Instead of rushing me into a deal, Calvin got to know what I needed my new vehicle to do. After being able to trade in my (then) current vehicle, and further talk, I ended up with a different vehicle than I had intended.but I'm happier about the investment. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the dealership and especially my sales rep Calvin Reich. The offer was very fair for my trade and he found me a great used vehicle and everything happened smoothly and no stress.

I got such a great deal on a car there! The salesman Ross was helpful and super nice! The sales manager Garrett was also so nice and was able to give me a crazy good price for the car! My parents bought a car from Garrett a few years ago and they were also super pleased with his services. I definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a car. I live it Kelowna and I drove out there to look at a Hyundai Elantra and they had it all ready for me to test drive. I took it home and Ross called me a couple days later to check in to see how the car was doing, which just shows that he cares about his clients! I noticed it had a chip in the windshield once I took it home and I told him about it and he said that they would pay to fix it even though I already drove it off the lot! It’s great how personable both Ross and Garrett are there! If you’re planning on going there to look at cars, ask for Ross. He was super helpful and will make sure you’re happy with your purchase!

Vernon Nissan was one of a few car dealerships I went to in the search of a new truck. I talked to Calvin, one of the salesman there and was lucky enough to be at the right place at the right time when a new truck came in. Inventory was low at almost all of the dealers so when he called me as soon as the new 2022 frontier came in, I was thrilled. The truck drove well as most new vehicles do but it was the service that really impressed me the most. I put a small deposit down and thought about it overnight then purchased my new frontier the next day. The whole thing was very casual yet I felt like I was treated as if I was a long-time Nissan customer. Whether you like Nissan vehicles or not I would strongly recommend going in and talking to Calvin regardless. He and the rest of the dealership will not leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.

Have been using Vernon Nissan Service department for over a year and find every appointment has went great for both regular service and some warranty work my vehicle had done.

Recently had a great buying experience at Vernon Nissan as well. All the staff in sales and service were great. Happy to have purchased another Nissan and to be staying with the Vernon Nissan dealership.

In September 2018 I purchased a Certified Preowned 2018 Nissan Frontier from Vernon Nissan. I remember being pleased with the sales team and their professional approach to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Unfortunately 2 years later I noticed a small area of paint peeling on my drivers side front fender in a spot that would be very difficult for rocks to hit. I was horrified to see the paint continue to peel each time I washed my truck. Even though I was already past my 60,000 km warranty I decided to contact the sales manager, Scott Nicholas to find out if they would help resolve this problem. After our initial conversation Scott asked me to contact the nearest Nissan dealership to where I live so I wouldn’t have to drive over 3 hours to Vernon. After conversations with Penticton Nissan and Nissan customer service directly and no offer to support me to resolve the problem I called Scott again. He told he would do whatever it took to help fix the problem with the paint peeling. After discussing the issue with Nissan he offered to get their body shop to repaint my fender and split the cost. He also provided me with a courtesy car for two days while I waited for my truck. I’m very pleased with the genuine support Scott was willing to provide when I couldn’t get anyone else to listen. This type of service is rare these days.

Really excellent, service, sales, finance and insurance team, all aspects were covered. Every single person we worked with was pleasant and informative, never pushy. Calvin was our salesperson and with us being from out of town he really made things work for us and made us comfortable to put down a deposit and make the trip for a test drive. I haven't shopped for a vehicle in 15 years. I'm always a bit hesitant that the salesman will be a little to pushy. Not only is that not the case at Vernon Nissan, but they treat you as a person and are willing to listen to your requests as well as things about your personal life. Garret and Calvin went above and beyond to meet my needs when I purchased my 2020 Qashqai S.
I found in my continual research that a lot of vehicles charge extra for certain safety features and technology, or you have to go up to a more expensive vehicle. Not so with the bottom line Qashqai S. This little gem has more safety features and technology than you could ever wish for. In addition, the gas mileage is terrific without forsaking the power.
Perhaps Nissan is not your choice, but I would recommend that you visit this dealership and meet the amazing staff.
