Best eye visit ever. Advanced equipment so they can take a picture of your eyeballs to get an in-depth look at your eyes. We saw Dr. Udenberg, young fellow but so knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything in detail as we looked at the photos of the eyes. Highly recommend this eye clinic. Staff and Dr. Udenberg are fabulous. Definitely our favorite ye doctor going forward.

Rude older female staff member saw me waiting in line standing with my cane, and asked the people behind me how she could help them even though she saw me standing there.after she helped them I then patiently stood at the counter in front of her and she totally ignored me (maybe she needs um.glasses!) I decided to cancel my appointment.that negativity is not welcomed.

The staff was really friendly and our Optometrist Dr. Friessen was excellent. However the whole experience was negative as there was still a mask requirement, even though the Public Health Order was rescinded in March 2022 (almost a year ago) and the BC College of Optometrists has advised (since April 2022) that wearing masks is *not* mandatory and should be left to the discretion of each optometrist office (and “be made jointly with the patient as part of the consent process”). Out of respect for your patients and your employees, you should follow this guidance and make them recommended but not required. When dentist offices, orthodontists, massage/chiro/physio offices, and other optometrist offices have respectfully left these decisions to their patients and employees, it’s time to follow suit.

Reg and Dr. Rowe were FANTASTIC. They took time out of my day to help me with a contact lens and saved my vacation get away.
