Every time I’ve been in, including the last they go above and beyond. I originally went to ask where the guys would recommend I go, as they don’t advertise the service I thought I needed. They still had a look, asked me a bundle of questions to get a full picture and when I picked up my car they all said nope I don’t need the service with a full description why. Alway will go to these guys, great bunch and they actually care:)

I highly recommend Vernon Tireland. I had a flat tire that could not be repaired. They had a tire that matched up well with the others, so they had me on my way in no time. Fast, friendly, and efficient! And their prices are extremely reasonable too! Thanks so much!

Amazing team and service, I was travelling through the area and had some problems with my tires and these guys managed to squeeze me in despite being extremely busy. They diagnosed my problem very quickly and gave me a list of options given my circumstances, clearly there to help and provide good service as opposed to just taking your money.

Cannot thank these guys enough! We were heading out camping and had a blown trailer tire on a holiday weekend so most shops were closed. I bought a new tire from Canadian Tire but they couldn’t make time to mount it for me. Drove over to Vernon Tireland and they were more than happy to squeeze me in. Had my new tire mounted in less than 10mins. I will absolutely be returning the next time I need tire service!

We had the tires replaced on our horse trailer and had our truck tires looked at. They were helpful friendly and answered our questions. They went through out of their way to make us happy.

Recommended us some wicked tires. Really enjoyed dealing with them. Quick easy and painless.

Where to start? Every one of the guys working here are absolutely amazing. Right from the moment you enter, you are greeted or acknowledged you're there even if they're on the phone. The guys in the shop also are super friendly and don't hesitate to explain something to you in terms one can understand. Pricing on the two sets of tires I purchased is by far the best in town. They solved an issue I had with a dealership and saved me a couple thousand dollars for something I didn't need at all. They're honest and upfront about what you need. No hidden agendas here. I will highly recommend this business to everyone I know. It's been a long time since I found a shop I know I can TRUST!

Excellent service on quick notice!
Encountered a flat and needed a tire repair in order to continue driving home. Had the job done in under 10 minutes and we were on our way. Three gents helped the exercise - I felt very cared for! Highly recommend their services!

I had then install a small lift and new tires on my truck. They did a great job, and the customer service is second to none. I would definitely recommend this shop for all of your mechanical and tire needs.

Good place to go if you need tires swapped out. Guys working there seem pretty cool. Wouldn't recommend trying for an alignment if you have a dually truck with aftermarket rims though.

I can’t say enough good things about Gerry and Randy and the team at Tireland. It was my first time in and they made me feel welcome and taken care of right off the bat and I really appreciate the quick and knowledgeable service they provided. I 100% recommend this shop and will happily be returning whenever I need to.

Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. I blew a tire outside of Vernon and needed help with my spare tire. I had to wait to get an actual tire because this the particular tire that I have is hard to find. Tireland helped me out by making sure my spare tire was correctly installed and secured so that I could continue driving it!

I have dealt with tireland for years. And the new team is just as awesome as the old one. I was there for suspension work and was treated very fairly and the cost was reasonable and the time was excellent can’t say enough good about them.

I walked in with a tire. The guy said "don't bring that tire in here" so I left this is literally word for word what the guy said to me in a store that sells tires
