We decided to live in Verve because it is a nice place to live, with a lot benefits. It is very clean, it has a laundry in the apartment, two bathrooms, it’s modern, and with a good community. It mainly, we decided for it because of Luna.
After visiting a lot of places, I met the manager I realized that sheI was very pleased with the high level of service managing Verve.
She is an extraordinary person very profesional and also very kindness.
We visited several places where the response, kindness, helpfulness and service of the managers wasn’t even close.
As soon as we met her we immediately realize this was the place.
To summarize, the couple of the building and Luna are what you really need to find a good place to live.

This building is so special! The building manager, Luna, has been exceptional to me my whole time at Verve. She has built an amazing community in the building, and the units are wonderful, modern, and well insulated. I would not hesitate to recommend this building for anyone looking for a new home!

Verve welcomed me when I moved from Japan to Canada to study at the University of Victoria. The application process went smoothly, and I was happy to have a home with my suitcases after traveling halfway across the world.

The unit itself was extremely modern with its kitchen appliances, laundry machine/dryer, heater, and overall aesthetic look, not to mention that the place was well insulated! I was never cold in the winter, and I was told it was one of Victoria's harsher winters. The security of the building is also great, as each resident is required to use a fob to access the inside of the first floor, and it is also needed to use the elevator to reach your floor.

During my one year stay here, I have interacted with several building managers, but I would like to say my most positive experience has been with the newest and current manager Luna. She kept great communication and was very responsive, whether it may be through email or by phone, and she was always ready to listen and solve my concerns. I hope any new or current residents get a chance to interact with her, because everyone should get to know the one maintaining the building.

I was unfortunately unable to stay at the complex longer, as I was finding it difficult to find myself a trustworthy roommate, but I do highly recommend the building, and if you are going to live there, I hope you find it as welcoming as I did.

This place has got everything within walking distance. The maintenance is top notch. I am really thankful to Luna, Helping me out in my initial days to find me a better place. She is very professional and approachable. I can vouch for Centurion properties and am looking forward to calling this place a home.

Love this place to be called home! Perfectly located near the galloping goose trail and Uptown, close to everything but also calm and peaceful. Plus, shout out to our manager Luna for showing us around (twice!), explaining everything and facilitating the application process. Really appreciated it!

We have lived here 2 1/2 yrs. The location is great. Walk to shopping, Swan Lake and Galloping Goose Trail. The views are wonderful & best of all are the residents managers Stan & Archana are wonderful, respectful, conscientious and good humoured while keeping the building like new and promptly attending to any concerns tenants might have.

Archana and Stan have been excellent at addressing issues or requests in a timely fashion! The building is newer with good finishes and centrally located for local shopping.

This building is modern, well maintained, and in a great location! There is beautiful Rudd Park beside the building, and Uptown just a 5 minute walk away. Downtown is a 10 min bus or 7 min drive. The building managers, Stan & Archana, are professional, easy to work with and nice people. Can always count on them to work with us on any issues we may have.

Wanting to downsize I found the Verve Bachelor/Studio the perfect place to make that change. Location, layout, appliances and good sized balcony with an incredible view, not to mention the best, most accommodating building managers, Archana & Stan, who keep everything running smoothly for us. This is home.

This is my first time having a place of my own and I am glad it is at Verve. The unit is in great shape. Location is very convenient: near Uptown mall, a park, bus stop is right out front. The resident managers; Archana and Stan are the best. They responded to the few issues I had when I first moved in very quickly and are great at their job. Overall, six months in and I am still happy I chose Verve to be my home.

This is a wonderful building and fantastic location. Always kept very clean. We have lived here for 2 years and have absolutely loved it. Walking distance to anything you could need. The building managers Archana and Stan are very professional and will work with you to solve any issues that may arise. You will not regret living in this building.

Having lived in this place for half a year, the decoration of the room is new, and the soundproofing effect of the room is also very good. Timely cleaning and maintenance of public areas.

Archana and Stan have been the best landlords / building managers we've ever had! The building is modern, very clean and we very much enjoyed our time at The Verve. Excellent location near Uptown and is a very secure building. Highly recommended!

Verve has been a great apartment building to live in. The location is convenient, it’s always clean and tidy, and any issues or concerns have been promptly addressed. We moved within the building during our tenancy which was a smooth and easy process. Would highly suggest the building to anyone looking in the area!

The property has been professionally maintained and looked after. Thanks to building management team especially Archana & Stan for keeping this place safe and sound.
