I have had several waxes since my initial visit here, and they were nothing short of horrific. This is the best Brazilian I've ever had! Veronica is amazing and does an excellent job at being precise and efficient. It is always so done so fast and I am someone with a medium pian tolerance so I really appreciate it being done so fast. She is so understanding I made a payment mistake and she instantly reached out to me. She is so honest and very reliable for appointments. I will always go to her for my waxing! Definitely book in advanced in the busy season. Veronica is super flexible and will always try her best to squeeze me in. Highly recommended!

Okay. WOW. I have been getting waxed for years. I've also struggled with ingrown hairs for years now, and I mean bad ones. I have been EVERYWHERE, and nobody has been able to help me with them or explain why they were getting that bad. Veronica not only was able to tell me why it maybe happening, but also had the proper tools, knowledge and technique to get rid of them. I have never been so satisfied with a wax. Not a single hair left behind and I guarantee you won't find anybody faster. She is extremely knowledgeable on her profession and clearly knows what shes doing. She has great technique which made the process nearly painless and and is EXTREMELY hygenic. The salon and all her tools were clean as well as use of gloves, bed protector etc. She was kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Veronica is voted best brazillian in Kelowna for a reason. I won't be going to anybody but her.

Highly recommended this place for a Brazilian Wax! It was so quick and simple. Veronica made me feel so comfortable and relaxed through what was a new experience for me! Im currently 37 weeks pregnant, and was very nervous going in, but Veronica made the whole experience so easy going. And it didn't even hurt like I thought it would! I will definitely be going back!
