The quality of homes built by Vests is much better compared to other builders. They give what they promise. Great quality work done in the homes. I have had the chance of living in two of their builds and the materials are superior and craftsmanship is great.

Dealing with Vesta has been a very positive and easy experience. The sales team is very knowledgeable and deals well with the clients. We bought our beautiful home in Latimer and it is a great community to live in.

Vesta team is very transparent, and they deliver what they promise. The whole home buying process was very seamless, and we love our new home. You can tell the homes and the whole community are built with quality and care.

Whenever they want to sell the project condos apartment they are so nice they can do whatever customer want. Lol after that showing attitude and don’t want to listen. Not allowing to sell assignments. Not recommended whenever these people selling or making any projects pls don’t believe these peoples. Highly not recommended

I bought a home in 2017 from Vesta Properties. I have always heard good things about Vesta, and working in the construction industry I knew many clients who could back those sentiments. Unfortunately once I took possession I was shocked to learn of the total lack of quality and apathetic attitude from their customer care department when it came to fixing things to the contracted and expected requirements. I cannot speak for others, I have heard a lot of people's horror stories, but again can only comment on my own personal experiences with Vesta. Vesta planted dead plants, and dead grass in my yard. I watered them for 6 months hoping they'd come back, but to no avail. I was told by a Vesta representative that the dead plants would be replaced once the final inspections are done. It's now been a year and a half, and I was just told by a Vesta Rep that it's not their problem. Even though half the dead plants where planted with the root bulb half out of the ground. I am totally shocked that I have to now consider legal action to fix a situation that should never have happened. A company with such a good reputation leaving such a mess is baffling. Sad part? I'd still recommend them to others as I feel my situation is just a one off issue of a total lack of management of a specific project.

My advice to other considering a home from Vesta, they are a good company and the overall build quality is better then average for sure. But, when you take possession maybe consider hiring an outside consultant or bring an friend/family member to document what you're told, along with your realtor if you used one, to make sure you get what you paid for.

2023 Update - For the 6th time in 5 years I have no water to my home. A lot of people are saying Vesta hired bad trades to pocket more money for the owners, leaving a middle finger to those who paid top dollar for their product. I don't know if that's true, but based on repeated issues and what's been called "negligent work" by others I am conserned. I can't personally say Vesta puts profits over quality but thing's do seem suspicious.

My advice, if buying from Vesta be sure to contact a lawyer to document anything should things go as the seem to have gone for me. Overall I cannot say Vesta is a money hungry confidence man of a company, but a lot of people tell me that.

Love the architecture and vibe at Latimer Village! Walking through the village and around the pond is wonderful. There's a great collection of stores for eating out, grocery and shopping.
